The price stabilization policies which require the underwriters to maintain post-IPO prices at some level (stabilization duty) or give put-back options to investors, have survived for eight years until June, 2006. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of price stabilization policies upon IPO underpricing in KOSDAQ. The study decomposes the influence of the price stabilization policies on IPO underpricing into ex-ante and ex-post effect. The price stabilization policies have shown to increase the IPO underpricing both at ex-ante and ex post bases. And the ex-ante effect is greater than ex-post effect. Among policies, the price stabilization duty magnifies the underpricing more than put-back option. This study differentiate from the precedented studies by including the whole period in which those policies are in act and by decomposing the IPO underpricing effects into ex-ante and ex-post bases.

본 연구에서는 KOSPI 200 옵션과 KOSPI 200 선물의 상대적 가격 형성이 적정하게 이루어지고 있는가를 검증하였으며, KOSPI 200 옵션시장과 KOSPI 200 선물시장 사이의 상대적인 가격불균형을 이용한 차익거래(arbitrage) 기회 빈도 및 차익거래 수익성에 대한 실증분석을 시행하였고, 사후적(ex-post) 차익거래 수익성, 사전적(ex-ante) 차익거래 수익성, 동태적 차익거래 수익성에 대한 분석을 시행하였다. 분석기간 중 KOSPI 200 옵션시장과 선물시장 사이의 가격불균형을 이용한 차익거래 기회가 한국증권거래소 회원사에게 빈번하게 발생하였다. 한국증권거래소 비회원사의 경우에는 전체 관측도수 중 14.8%의 경우에만 차익거래 기회가 존재하였고 사후적 차익거래 이익 평균은 0.229이었으며, 한국증권거래소 회원사의 경우에는 61.8%의 경우에 차익거래 기회가 존재하였고 사후적 차익거래 이익 평균은 0.140이었다. 사전적 차익거래 수익성 분석 결과 한국증권거래소 비회원사의 경우에는 사전적 차익거래 이익 평균은 0.149이었으며, 한국증권거래소 회원사의 경우에는 사전적 차익거래 이익 평균이 0.121로 나타나 사후적 차익거래 이익 평균에 비하여 낮은 수준을 나타냈다. 동태적 차익거래 수익성 분석 결과 한국증권거래소 비회원사의 경우에는 동태적 차익거래 이익 평균은 0.561이었으며, 한국증권거래소 회원사의 경우에는 동태적 차익거래 이익 평균은 0.265로 나타나 동태적 차익거래 전략이 효과적으로 이용될 수 있는 차익거래 전략임을 보여주었다.

본 연구에서는 한국의 주가지수옵션시장 내에서 KOSPI 200 옵션들 사이의 가격불균형을 이용한 박스 스프레드 차익거래 기회와 수익성에 대한 실증분석을 시행하였다. 분석기간 중 한국증권거래소 비회원사의 경우에는 전체 관측도수 중 11.1%의 경우에 박스 스프레드 차익거래 기회가 존재하였으며, 사후적 박스 스프레드 매도 차익거래 이익 평균은 0.3468, 사후적 박스 스프레드 매입 차익거래 이익 평균은 0.3462이었다. 한국증권거래소 회원사인 증권회사들에게는 박스 스프레드 차익거래 기회가 자주 발생하였다. 한국증권거래소 회원사의 경우에는 전체 관측도수 중 61.4%의 경우에 박스 스프레드 차익거래 기회가 존재하였으며, 사후적 박스 스프레드 매도 차익거래 이익 평균은 0.1677, 사후적 박스 스프레드 매입 차익거래 이익 평균은 0.1815이었다. 사전적 박스 스프레드 차익거래 수익성 분석 결과 박스 스프레드 차익거래 전략을 실행하는데 소요되는 시간을 고려하는 경우에도 증권거래소 회원사와 비회원사 모두에게 수익성 있는 박스 스프레드 차익거래 기회가 존재하였다.

The study examined the post-monitoring programs under the energy efficiency labeling program in developed countries. This study suggests a few solutions to improve the post-monitoring activities under the program. First, samples should be selected from each category for the post-monitoring activities, taking account of the consumer's continuous buying behavior. Second, it is necessary to check of detailed label contents and to perform the frequent monitoring the reinforcement of the measurement of items which have violated labeling more than once over the past few years. Last, this study suggests that the entire post-monitoring process should be disclosed and be posted on the websites on the internet in general.

A construction post evaluation is introduced to provide information that can be used for similar construction projects in the future through the evaluation of the efficiency of a public construction project and the verification of the appropriateness of the project results. However, it is not widely used due to a lack of awareness of the method. For this reason, the aim of this study is to provide a basic frame that can be utilized as a reference for a similar project in the future based on the construction post evaluation. More specifically, a more effective analysis method for the construction post evaluation is proposed and then an exemplary analysis is performed based on the method. The paper analyzes 293 cases stored in construction CALS. Construction cost growth rates of railway projects are tend to be greater than other project types like highway, expressway, and harbour. Then, construction schedule grwoth rates of expressway are greater than others. This is expected to provide useful information for a future project, and serve as a basic frame. Moreover, it is also meaningful that a project can be analyzed from different perspectives through the construction post evaluation.

건설공사 사후평가는 공공건설사업 수행성과를 평가하고 차후 유사사업 추진 시 이를 활용하여 공공건설사업 효율화에 기여하기 위한 제도이다. 국토교통부에서는 발주청별로 실시하고 있는 건설공사 사후평가의 결과정보를 체계적으로 통합 관리하고, 이를 활용할 수 있도록 건설공사 사후평가 시행지침을 기초로 한 건설공사 사후평가시스템을 구축하여 운영 중에 있다. 하지만 사후평가 시행지침의 개정에 따라 입력양식 및 관리항목이 변경되고, 축적된 사후평가 결과정보의 분석기능 등의 부족으로 유사 건설사업 수행시 활용 체계가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 건설공사 사후평가 시행지침의 개정과 분석 및 통계기능 강화를 위해 따라 건설공사 사후평가시스템의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통해 사후평가시스템의 활용도를 제고하고 유사 공공건설사업 수행시 시행의 효율성을 도모할 수 있으리라 예상된다.

The Naval Combat System operates in multiple software components for efficient functional processing. Data transmission and reception between components is performed in real time using DDS(Data Distribution Service). Reliable Post-Analysis requires the collection of all DDS messages. However, Software workload and development costs increase because common functions for all messages must be developed directly. In the paper, We propose an improved Post-Analysis based on the Feature Model and a new development system using it. Functions for the modified message were applied as variable domains of the Feature Model. When Build Center updates Post-Analysis, it automatically processes all software tasks associated with Post-Analysis. The proposed development system simplified the overall work procedure, and work time was significantly reduced compared to the existing development system.

The data are often missed and many errors of the data are generated in the input process for the post evaluation system on the construction projects, and the reliability of the data falls down much. Accordingly, the detailed analysis about missing and error of data was conducted to ensure reliability of the analysis results about post evaluation on the construction projects. As results in this study, a lot of input data were missed at the initial construction phase, and the data errors were found in the inaccuracy of reference reports, the lack of understanding about input data, and the failure of KRW unit.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the post management impact of consulting service for small and medium enterprise in Korea using hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results show that first, consulting activities have an effect on the consulting performance. Second, this research found that post management is an important moderate variable between consulting activities and performance. This study have an important meaning that we confirm a part of the knowledge management service for the consulting service, which is considered temporary task, to practice sustainability business.
