This study aims to examine the extent to which a social enterprise academy program influences social entrepreneurship. This study also examined changes in self-concept, civic consciousness, and welfare attitudes as key covariates of social entrepreneurship. This paper used a case study of a social enterprise academy program which was held for two months in S social enterprise academy in 2012. Survey questionnaire with socio-economic characteristics of participants, social entrepreneurship, self-concept, civic consciousness, and welfare attitudes was developed and implemented at the first and last weeks of the program. In total, 55 respondents participated in the two surveys. Key findings suggest that program participants have no positive changes in social entrepreneurship, self-concept, civic consciousness, and welfare attitudes. In particular, interests in new market as a measure of social entrepreneurship have decreased significantly during the study period. In addition, welfare attitudes have been changed in a negative way. This paper concludes by discussing future directions of social enterprise academy program.

The purpose of this study is to develop social performance measures of social enterprises and to verify the validity of developed measures. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, first, previous studies on the concept, components, and scale development of social performance were analyzed. After developing a scale suitable for measurement, the validity was verified. The preliminary questions on the social performance scale were 15 items, and after the exploratory factor analysis, 3 items were removed and classified into 2 factors. The sub-factors of the social performance measure were named community development, contribution and community spirit. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis based on 15 items, 3 items were removed. Finally, the social performance scale consisted of 12 questions, divided into two factors.

The purpose of this study was to develop a curriculum for international social workers. Due to the changed circumstances of social welfare agencies, the demand for international social welfare and the need for suitable training for social welfare education agencies has increased. This study explored the job competency of international social welfare and suggested a competency-based curriculum for international social welfare. Researchers analyzed the social welfare NCS, social welfare curriculum and job of international development cooperation agencies and presented a combined curriculum for international development cooperation and social welfare. 본 연구에서는 일반적인 기업컨설팅과는 달리 사회적기업의 컨설팅 방법론이 다른 여러 가지 개념 및 방법론을 연구하여 현재 육성되고 있는 사회적기업의 지속적인 성장을 가능케하는 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 최근 들어 사회적 기업에 대한 관심이 커지고 있으며, 정부의 적극적인 지원으로 사회적 기업이 많이 늘어나고 있다. 사회적 기업이 추구하는 가치에 대한 정확한 이해와 이를 바탕으로 한 지속적인 발전에 대한 연구의 부족과 함께, 사회적 기업에 대한 전문적인 컨설팅 전무한 상태이다. 이는 사회적 기업이 경제적인 목적만을 목표로 하지 않기 때문에 전혀 다른 방식의 컨설팅 즉 사회적 가치에 대한 고려를 통한 컨설팅 기법이 필요한 상황이다. 따라서 해외의 사회적기업 컨서팅 사례를 고찰하는 한편, 일반 영리기업과 구분되는 사회적기업 컨설팅 고려사항에 대한 고찰을 실시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업이 추구하는 사회적 가치와 경제적 가치, 환경적 가치 등에 관한 종합적인 지식을 활용해야 하는 사회적 기업의 컨설팅에 대한 과저을 연구하여, 지속적은 발전할 수 있는 우리나라의 경쟁력 있는 사회적 기업의 육성을 위한 우리나라 환경에 맞는 컨설팅 기법에 대한 단초를 제공하는 연구가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

The aim of this article is suggesting the training system of social enterpriser through the discussion about the promoting of social enterprise to meet the demands of the times. The part of discussion about the promoting of social enterprise addresses the social background, a fundamental concept, directivity, the present condition of social enterprise and the current social enterpriser's training program. The part of proposal about the training system of social enterpriser gives two areas that support social enterprise's establishment and conversion with supply a basic knowledge of social enterprise and deal with expert knowledge and management strategy making preparations as a social enterpriser. These suggestions introduced in the training system should go ahead in phases through the government aids.

Various phenomenons which were not existed before came into being and related problems are increasing as the society became more complex in these days. The social welfare should consider more diversified aspects in this complicated society. We are already living in the information society that can not survive without computers and the internet, and living in the personalized society with the progression of 1 person households. Therefore modern society needs social welfare realization methods which are reflecting the progression of 1 person households and characteristics of the information society. It is different with the previous social welfare formats and it would become an efficient social welfare realization method. How computer games can contribute to social welfare of the modern society is described in this paper.

사회속에서 인간은 타인과의 관계를 가지면서 사회의 문화 제도 법 등의 규제를 받고 생활하고 있다. 이러한 인간의 경험이나 행동을 사회적 조건속에서 설명하는 학문이 사회심리학이라고 할 수 있는데, VTS는 그 사회 범주의 일부분이라고 무방할 것이다. 사회심리학의 이론을 VTS에 적용함과 동시에 기본이라고 할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션, 즉 의사소통의 중요성을 부각하고 VTS가 가지는 특수한 상황을 파악하여 VTS user와 좀 더 효과적인 커뮤니케이션이 될 수 있도록 모색해 보았다.

클라이언트의 욕구가 다양화 되어가면서 그에 맞는 사회복지사들의 영역이 확대되어가고 사회복지사의 업무 또한 클라이언트의 욕구에 맞게 다양화, 복잡화, 세분화 되어 가고 있다. 그러나 이러한 각 영역별 사회복지사의 직무가 특화되어 가고 있는 추세에서 사회복지사들의 업무에 대한 표준화 작업이 이루어지지 못한 것이 현실이다. 이로인해 사회복지전문성이 요구되는 다양한 현장에서 체계적인 접근과 전문지식을 효율적으로 발휘할 수 있는 사회복지사의 표준업무를 나타내지 못해 사회복지사에 대한 이미지가 전문가보다는 봉사자라는 인식이 대두되고 있으며, 사회복지사의 고유영역들이 침해받는 등의 문제들이 지적되고 있다.

본 논문은 EU의 TEPSIE 연구에서 정의한 사회혁신 생태계를 분석틀로 활용하여 한국 사회혁신 생태계의 현황을 살펴보고 발전방안을 제시하고 있다. TEPSIE가 정의한 사회혁신 생태계는 전사회적인 차원에서 '사회혁신'의 요소들을 담아냄으로써, 사회적 경제와 연관하여 사회적 기업을 논의하는 과정에서 다소 협소할 수 있었던 시각을 확장하여 구조적 환경과, 자원, 파트너쉽 등을 포괄하는 분석틀을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 사회혁신기업을 둘러싼 구조적 조건, 수요와 공급 차원에서의 관련 요소들, 그리고 중간지원조직을 중심으로 핵심적인 내용을 분석적으로 담아내고, 이를 바탕으로 사회혁신 생태계의 발전 방안을 제시하였다.

사회적기업이 많아져야 한다는 사실은 공감하지만 사회적기업의 증가는 기업인의 경영마인드에 달린 것이 현실이다. 얼마 전부터 정부의 지원도 사회적기업을 늘리는 데 한몫을 하고 있으나 근본적으로 사회적 약자의 고용을 촉진하고 사회복지를 위한 기금을 마련하는 데 중요한 사회적기업 자체가 더 늘어나야 한다. 미국의 한 벤처기업가 제프 스콜(Jeff Skoll)은 사회적 기업가를 발굴해 지원하고, 사회적 기업가의 활약을 전 세계에 알리기 위해 '스콜 재단'을 설립해서 주목을 받고 있다. 세계적인 전자상거래 회사 '이베이(ebay)'의 대표였던 스콜은 자신이 거둔 부를 좋은 일에 쓰겠다는 목표로 스콜 재단을 운영하고 있다, 스콜 재단이 펼치는 살기 좋은 세상을 만들기 위한 노력을 알아보자.
