Using existing tunnel for section enlargement and remodeling is being considered as an optimal alternative in order to solve traffic jam in tunnel. The existing method has been performed while blocking the traffic flow. Recently, New enlargement method was developed which can maintain traffic flow during the construction by using protector. It can minimize social loss due to keeping traffic flow. On the other hand, installing and operating protector can cause economic disadvantages. So, social cost estimation considering traffic flow should be considered for relevant economic evaluation of tunnel section enlargement methods. This paper presents the social cost estimation method of tunnel section enlargement methods considering traffic flow. In addition, to compare economic efficiency existing method with new method, suggested method was applied to Maebong Tunnel.

Recently, the information visualization research community has given significant attention to graph visualization, especially visualization of social networks. However, visualization of information flows in a very large social network has not been studied in depth. However, information flows are tightly related to the structure of social networks and it shows dynamic behavior of interactions between members of social networks. Thus, we can get much useful information about social networks from information flows. In this paper, we present our research result that enables users to navigate a very large social network in Google Maps' method and to take a look at information flows on the network. To this end, we devise three techniques; (i) mapping a very large social network to a 2-dimensional graph layout, (ii) exploring the graph to all directions with zooming it in/out, and (iii) building an efficient query processing framework. With these methods, we can visualize very large social networks and information flows in a limited display area with a limited computing resources.

Analyzing the frequency and correlation of the news keywords in the modern society that are becoming complicated according to the time flow is a very important research to discuss the response and solution to issues. This paper analyzed the relationship between the flow of social keyword and major issues through the analysis of news big data for 10 years (2009~2018). In this study, political issues, education and social culture, gender conflicts and social problems were presented as major issues. And, to study the change and flow of issues, it analyzed the change of the issue by dividing it into five years. Through this, the changes and countermeasures of social issues were studied. As a result, the keywords (economy, police) that are closely related to the people's life were analyzed as keywords that are very important in our society regardless of the flow of time. In addition, keyword such as 'safety' have decreased in increasing rate compared to frequency in recent years. Through this, it can be inferred that it is necessary to improve the awareness of safety in our society.

International trade flows have been determined by social, cultural and political environment around the world as well as economic elements. The environment of international trade has changed rapidly as the world has globalized. Significant changes have been generated in the international trade flows. This study investigates the influences of economic globalization on the international trade flows. The changes in international trade flows examined comprehensively by integrating trade with industrial locations, investment, and the various trade related environments. The focus laid on the integration of world economies, such as widening and intensifying international linkages in economic, political and social relation. Special concerns are laid on the impacts of Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) by Trans National Corporations (TNCs), which affect the supply-demand distributions of commodities by industrial relocations, and the expansion of intra-firm trade flows on the international trade flow patterns. The geographical characteristics of tile origins and destinations of FDI flows analyzed, since the spatial patterns of the intra-firm trade flows are determined by them. The FDI and intra-firm trade flow patterns have changed significantly over time.

토양내의 수분흐름을 이해하는 것은 토양수분의 시공간적 분포변화와 유출기작을 규명하는데 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 설마천유역의 작은 사면에서의 장력측정 시스템을 구축하여, 3차원의 흐름방향에 대해 잠재적 흐름구배를 평가하고자 하였다. 또한 흐름구배를 평가하기 위한 일반적 산술적 계산방법인 평균적 흐름구배와 측정시스템의 구조적 영향 및 흐름구배의 공간적 평가 기준을 고려한 계산방법론을 개발하여 비교 평하였다. 3차원의 흐름방향은 사면의 지표경사를 기준으로 x, y, z축을 기준으로 하여, 각 축 방향에 해당하는 흐름구배 값과 흐름방향을 각각 계산하였다. 그 결과, 강우사상에 따른 토양내의 장력변화는 매우 민감하게 변화하였으며, 이에 따른 각 흐름구배 값과 흐름방향의 반응이 빠르게 반응을 하였다. 특히, 습윤, 건조기간동안의 흐름구배의 발달 및 방향이 바뀌는 천이되는 상태인 흐름 굽힘 현상(flow Bending)을 확인하였다.

As the complexity of social problems and interdependency increased significantly, research on social entrepreneurship(SEship) increased rapidly. In this study, systematic approaches(bibliometrics analysis, citation network analysis, and keyword network analysis) were performed to identify research trends in business administration. To this end, keywords of 883 SEship papers published in prominent journals in the SCOPUS database were collected to investigate the existing research flow. The results of this study can be helpful for grasping the perspective of scholars in the business administration on SEship research and determining research topics through understanding related concepts.

The purpose of this study focuses on and explain the policy-determining factors that emerged in the process of revising customized wages for the National Basic Livelihood Security Act on December 30, 2014. This is an analysis of the reasons why the rapid revision of the welfare system could have been made at a certain time in a situation that did not progress despite the specific demand for revision of the law surrounding the blind spot. To this end, using Kingdon's policy flow model, which emphasizes the contingency of policy decisions, the flow of problems, political flows, and policy alternatives were reviewed respectively. In the course of each of these flows, the suicide incident of mother and 2 daughters in Songpa served as a major medium that played a large role in the policy-making process and the window of policy could be opened. As a result, This incident triggered social and policy interest in the issue of the National Basic Livelihood Security Act. It was found that the law was revised quickly, causing a great wave of waves as a social issue.

기술혁신으로 인간과 로봇의 문자 음성형 대화가 가능한 사회가 도래하고 있다. 인간이 로봇에 정서적 반응을 나타낸다는 선행연구 결과는 로봇이 도구적 장치에서 벗어나 친밀감을 맺을 수 있는 대상이 될 수 있음을 시사하였다. 이러한 흐름을 반영하여 본 연구는 심리학에서 연구되어온 애착이론이 인간과 로봇의 관계에도 적용되는지를 분석하였다. 먼저 인간이 기계를 의인화한다는 기존의 인간-로봇 상호작용 연구를 검토하고, 인간이 타인과 관계를 맺는 방식에 대한 애착이론을 고찰하였다. 또한 인간이 기계와 정서적 관계를 맺을 수 있으나 타인과는 다른 방식으로 형성함을 선행연구를 통해 살펴보았다. 그런 다음, 애착이론을 토대로 인간과 로봇의 가능한 사회적 관계양상을 그려보았다. 마지막으로 로봇과의 소통이 일상적으로 이루어질 가까운 미래사회에 인간과 로봇의 건전한 관계형성을 위한 후속연구 주제들을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 최신 기술흐름을 반영하여 대화가 가능한 로봇을 대상으로 연구했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 인간이 타인과 관계를 맺는 방식을 바탕으로 인간이 로봇의 관계양상을 심층적으로 모색해 보았다는 점에서 함의를 지닌다.

본 연구는 과학 커뮤니케이션 분야에서 널리 쓰이고 있는 뉴스 내용분석 방법론이 하이프 사이클 모델에 부합하는 지를 탐색적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 즉 과학기술 뉴스 내용분석이 하이프 사이클 모델에서 설명하는 사회적 가시성의 실체적 파악을 위한 기술기획의 유용한 보완적 방법론으로 쓰일 수 있음을 밝히는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 대표적인 유망기술로 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 대상으로 뉴스 내용분석을 수행하였다. 분석의 초점은 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술 관련 뉴스의 빈도, 보도태도(긍정, 중립, 부정), 5가지 뉴스 프레임 관점에서 분석이 이루어졌고, 뉴스 보도경향이 하이프 사이클 흐름을 따라가는 지를 살펴보았다. 종합지 경제지와 IT전문지를 대상으로 한 뉴스 내용분석 결과는 뉴스 빈도, 보도 태도, 뉴스 프레임 모두 하이프 사이클의 흐름을 따르고 있었으며, 특히 2014년 이후의 흐름은 하이프 사이클 상에서 기대붕괴 지점을 지나 현실인식의 지점으로 진화되는 시점임을 추론할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 최근 확산되고 있는 텍스트 마이닝, 감성어 자동식별 분석 기술 등과 접목하여 사회적 맥락 파악을 위한 기술기획 분석의 보완적 방법론으로 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
