The intelligent information society is expected to drastically change our lives. The purpose of this content is to derive tasks in the field of media education for the elderly for the realization of digital inclusion in an intelligent information society. To this end, the vision, goals, strategies, and tasks of the intelligent information society were examined through the 6th National Informatization Basic Plan(2018~2022) and the 2022 Education Informatization White Paper(2022). In addition, the current status of the digital gap among the elderly classified as vulnerable groups was identified through the results of the 2022 Digital Information Gap Survey. In order to ease the digital information gap between the elderly in the intelligent information society, it is believed that the development of intelligent media education services using intelligent information technology, provision of media education services for the elderly through learning online service channels, and support for digital intelligent media education for the elderly are necessary.

The urban space has both aspects that the happy space that guarantees opportunity and comfort is an unfortunate space where poverty, exclusion and deportation proceed simultaneously. In other words, growth and decline are simultaneous within the city, and this phenomenon is more evident in modern society, which is getting more complicated. The harbor space is also affected by the growth and decline of the port industry directly or indirectly in the port area. However, since there is no systematic guideline for development and planning of port space in Korea, the phenomenon of the decline of the rear area, which is made up as if the harbor space has been growing and declining from past to present, is getting worse.
As a form of online co-production, government crowdsourcing platforms have received growing attention from scholars and practitioners as a means of enhancing government-citizen co-production. This research aims (1) to introduce government leaders and managers to recent empirical research examining real-world cases of government crowdsourcing from different countries, (2) to systematically organize, analyze, and discuss the findings and implications of recent government crowdsourcing empirical studies, and (3) to provide government practitioners with evidence-based insights that could encourage informed decisions about how they design, implement, and evaluate government crowdsourcing platforms effectively and inclusively. Literature review is limited primarily to empirical works that rigorously examined real-world cases of government crowdsourcing. By focusing on a review of empirical research on crowdsourcing co-design and crowdsourcing design/government delivery platforms, this study discusses the key findings systematically and offers some insights and implications for leaders and managers seeking effective and inclusive design and implementation of government crowdsourcing platforms.

The Fourth Sector has been attracting attention as a means to solve the various problems plaguing modern society; it emerged to overcome the Third Sector's issues such as excessive reliance on the government and service model isomorphism, represented by social economy enterprises (Meadows, 1972; Howaldt & Schwarz, 2010). Social venture companies have been mentioned as key agents of the Fourth Sector (Gyeonggi Research Institute, 2018). However, the academic and policy concepts related to social ventures continue to be vague. Therefore, this study aims to clarify the concept of social ventures as part of the Fourth Sector, and research development strategies for the vitalization of the social venture ecosystem in an effort to encourage inclusive growth of society. To achieve these goals, it establishes the concept of social ventures differentiated from the Third Sector, based on previous studies, and presents the importance of an intermediate support organization for the ecosystem's vitalization. Furthermore, to propose strategies for said vitalization, the study derives detailed forms of social venture intermediate support organizations, and provides suggestions regarding their importance and roles through social innovation levels.
This paper aimed to reveal the needs and intentions of the people with developmental disabilities through AAC for supporting their independent living in the community and furthermore to contribute to realizing an inclusive community. From August 7 to September 11, 2020, trained researchers conducted 1to1 interviews(AAC) with 74 people recommended by specialized institutions. Data were analyzed by frequency-analysis, Chi-square-analysis and T-test using SPSS 25.0. As a result, the creation of community-level conditions(ex. housing and employment) and job aptitudes and preferences are important for the independent living and expectations and desires for social participation were high. It is different from the previous survey results through agents. It means the policy for the developmentally disabled should be based on their needs and aim for 'living in the community as a community member'. Based on these results, the implications of supporting decision-making for the ordinary lives of people with developmental disabilities were suggested.
The purpose of this study is to derive indicators and development directions to be considered when planning new towns in the Seoul metropolitan area as new towns are planned to be built. To this end, the following implications were derived after analyzing the survey data of experts in each field using Frequency Analysis and Analysis of Variance(ANOVA) technique. First, the assessment results of the existing first and second phase new towns showed that there were many negative assessments of citizen participation and information sharing, smart technologies and services, social and cultural diversity and inclusion. Regarding the third phase new town, experts said that the most important indicators are accessibility and convenience of transportation, environmental comfort, quality and service of residence. In addition, experts cited the superiority of landscape/design, jobs/self-sufficiency and social/cultural diversity as important indicators. Second, after examining whether the perceptions and assessments of experts differ depending on individual characteristics such as gender, age, occupation, and professional field, the first and second phase new towns showed significant differences only in "gender", and the third phase new town had significant differences in "gender" and "professional field". Third, experts thought that changes in population structure, industry and jobs, quality of life and diversity, environment and climate change, and social and residential welfare should be considered important in the planning of third phase new town. In addition, experts considered expanding park and self-sufficient land as important in the land use plan, and ranked eco-city as a desirable type of the city, and public transportation facilities, park areas and education facilities as the most important living infrastructure.
The purpose of this study was to examine how various dimensions of social exclusion experienced by married immigrant women are affected longitudinally. Autoregressive cross-lagged analysis between sub-dimensions of social exclusion of married immigrant women was conducted to investigate the direction of interrelationships. The data were collected each year through a three-wave longitudinal survey from 2011 to 2013. The results showed that statically significant autoregressive effects appeared among economic exclusion, community exclusion, educational exclusion, and ethnic exclusion. The cross-lagged effects of the sub-dimensions of social exclusion showed that married immigrant women with higher levels of the economic exclusion tend to experience higher levels of the educational exclusion, and ethnic exclusion at the later measurement point, even when controlling for their previous level of social exclusion. It was found that economic exclusion as a more fundamental precedent factor positively predicted other dimensions of social exclusion. The results suggested that financial support and job-related services should be strengthened for active social inclusion of married immigrant women, and early intervention to prevent chronicization of social exclusion should be needed.
The structural and sustainable implementation of the microfinance policy is required to be successful. To this end, the government should focus on availability and accessibility of the public microfinance, away from providing the beneficial financing (financial benefits)featured by the combination of the welfare and finance in the past. In addition, the government-sponsored microfinance needs to aim for performance-oriented evaluation that leads to stabilization of financial life of ordinary people or increase of income, moving away from conventional funding based on the scale and the quantity for the poor. It is necessary to implement the following policies in order for the Moon's administration to take the government-sponsored microfinance to the next level. The government-sponsored microfinance must be in the market failure domain, but nonetheless, it is required to be managed by structural and sustainable ways so that it complies with the market principles and does not crowd out the private microfinance. Last but not least, making the best use of the capital market function can be a way to fund social enterprises or social economy enterprises. This aims to enable catalyst capital in the capital market to play a prime role for the inflow of private capital for the purpose of creating the social value.

Modern cities are changing to 'smart cities' dramatically with the introduction and development of the fourth industrial revolution technologies. Among these technologies blockchain is unique because it not only embraces technological innovation but also societal revolution. Therefore, blockchain is expected to play a pivotal role for contributing comprehensive development of smart city. The current research and policy atmosphere in Korea, however, is that blockchain is just a new technology and its broader impacts are overlooked. This study argues that blockchain has significant effects on smart cities not only from technological perspectives but also from social, economic, institutional, governmental perspectives. Further, this study suggests three categories that blockchain can help the development of smart city: technology, socio-economic, and governance, with examples of existing blockchin projects. However, these projects have been builting separately without any interaction under the common hood of 'smart city'. To emhance influences of blockchain on smart cities in positive ways, private companies, policy maker, and citizend are supposed to consider and discuss about publi sector's blockchain that is commonly used in at the smart city level.
