Gaining information via the internet is becoming pivotal in today's society as the internet is becoming the center of knowledge and information. The goal of this study is to present the guideline of web interface design for the elderly who are alienated in gaining information from the Internet. If the internet were more user friendly to the elderly, they would be able to spend more time in doing what they enjoy and also in self development, with the information gained on the internet. This study investigated current portal sites to understand the present situation, surveyed and interviewed the elderly, and researched literatures on how the elderly perceive various stimulants and also researched documents for previous guidelines on interface design for them. This study investigated internet sites which the elderly use to gather information about products and which entice their purchasing desires. The conclusion is that the usability can be improved by eliminating visual dizzy elements in the pages, simplifying the layout and the menu designs which represent the information architecture.

멀티미디어 기기의 확산과 인터넷의 발달로 Flickr, Facebook 과 같은 사회적 네트워크를 기반으로 이미지 공유가 활발해졌다. 사회적 네트워크 사이트에서 이미지의 효율적인 검색과 관리를 위해서 태그를 이용하는 방법이 많이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 많은 양의 이미지에 수동으로 태그를 등록하는 것은 사용자에게 많은 시간과 노력을 요구한다. 태그 추천 기술은 자동으로 사용자에게 태그를 추천함으로써, 수동 태깅의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 사회적 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 폭소노미에서 사용자 사이의 사회적 관계를 사용자 들의 얼굴 정보를 이용하여 측정하고, 이를 활용하여 이미지 태그를 추천하는 기술을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 이미지의 시각 정보와 태그 분포뿐만 아니라 사용자 사이의 사회적 관계 정보를 추가로 활용한다. 실험을 통해서 제안하는 방법이 기존의 이미지 태그 추천 방법에 비해서 7% 향상된 태그 추천의 정확성을 보장하는 것을 증명하였다.

최근의 웹을 기반으로 한 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 발전은 사회관계 형성 서비스를 넘어 광고 마케팅 및 SNS 오픈마켓 등의 상업적 이용으로까지 사용되고 있으며 Facebook Live와 같은 개인방송의 영역까지 확장되고 있다. 인터넷을 통한 온라인상의 사회관계는 노화와 질환으로 외출이 어려운 노년층에게 지역사회 및 친구들과의 의사소통을 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라 인터넷을 통한 정보 활용으로 생활의 질을 향상시키고, 노후를 즐길 수 있는 방법을 찾는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다고 알려져 있다. 하지만 대부분의 웹서비스는 복잡한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하고 있으며 익숙하지 않은 기기를 사용하는 것은 노년층에게 쉽지 않기 때문에 노년층은 제한된 콘텐츠만을 제공받게 되어 정보화 사회에서 소외될 가능성이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹 접근성을 향상시킨 소셜 콘텐츠 서비스 Photo Alive! Demo EasyFace를 소개한다. 또한 노년층이 다루기 어려웠던 키보드와 마우스를 벗어나 새로운 조작 기기들로 웹 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 구현하였다. MINIX Remote Control, Mirroring, EasyFace Control Application 세 가지의 조작기기 작동 방법을 구현하여 노년층에 맞춤화 된 새로운 사용자 인터페이스를 제안하고자 한다.

The Internet has brought lots of changes to us sharing information mutually. However, as all social symptom have double-sided character, it has serious social problem. Vicious users have been taking advantage of anonymity on the Internet, stating comments aggressively for defamation, personal attacks, privacy violation and more. Malicious comments on the Internet are creating the biggest problem regarding unlawful acts and insults which occur on the Internet. In order to solve the issues, several studies have been done to efficiently manage the comments. However, there are limitations to recognize modified malicious vocabulary in previous research. So, in this paper, we propose a malicious comments detection technique by improving limitation of previous studies. The experimental result has shown accuracy of 87.8% providing higher accuracy as compared to previous studies done.

현대는 인터넷과 컴퓨터 없이는 잠시도 운용될 수 없는 사회이지만 이를 불법적으로 이용한 범죄행위도 점차 증가하고 있다. 이들 컴퓨터 범죄는 익명성에 기반한 대담성을 보이고 있으며, 개인의 사회적 존재로써의 자각에 있어서도 탈개인화됨에 따라 더 많은 우려를 낳고 있다. 이에 따라 일반 컴퓨터 사용자들의 프라이버시 보호를 위한 방법으로 암호화 방법을 점점 더 많이 사용하고 있는데, 이에 비례해 범죄자들의 암호사용도 증가하고 있다. 그렇다면, 범죄자들이 암호를 사용해 자신들의 범죄증거를 숨기고 있는 경우, 이를 수사하기 위해 공권력 및 수사기관은 어떻게 해야 될 것인가\ulcorner 본 논문은 이러한 문제제기를 통해 새로운 환경에 의해 변화된 코드를 활용하는 새로운 법제도를 통한 적극적인 대비방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. KLS와 같은 신기술을 수사기관 및 법집행기관이 신중하게 사용하여 국가의 법 집행력과 프라이버시권이라는 두 가지 근본 가치의 균형을 이룰 수 있는 방안을 고려하여야 할 것이다. PRIVACY와 SECURITY라는 동전의 양면은 현실생활의 법제도를 그대로 옮겨놓는 것만으로는 한계가 있다. 현재 암호와 관련한 보든 논의는 공론화 되지 못하고있다. 좀 더 공개적으로 암호를 사용한 범죄 행위에 대한 현황과 또 이를 대처한 수사기관의 수사 활동에 대해 논의하고, 그 과정에서 어떤 문제점들이 발생되고 있으며, 이들 문제를 해결하기 위해 필요한 조치들이 무엇인지에 대해 논의하고, 해외 각 국은 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 어떠한 노력들을 기울이고 있는지 살펴본후 종합적인 안목으로 시의 적절한 대책을 세우는 시발점이 되었으면 한다.

인터넷 및 컴퓨터 시스템의 급격한 발전으로 인해 네트워크를 통한 서비스 제공이 금융, 교통, 산업, 방송, 의료 등 사회기반에 전반적으로 사용되고 있다. 이와 함께 네트워크의 취약점을 악용한 사이버 공격이 증가하고 있어 사회 전반적인 부분에 피해를 입힐 수 있는 중대한 위협요인으로 등장하고 있다. 이와 같은 사이버 공격이 테러리즘 등 특정 목적과 결부될 경우 국가 안전보장에 대한 위기를 초래하는 등 심각한 문제가 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사이버테러의 개요 및 국내 외 사이버테러 동향에 대해 알아보고, 각 국가별 대응방안에 대해 알아본다.

우리나라는 국민의 정부 출범 이후 정보화 선진국 실현을 위해 $\boxDr$Cyber Korea 21$\boxUl$ 을 수립하여, 창조적 지식기반 국가건설을 국가의 정보화 비전으로 설정하여 추진해 왔으며, 다양한 정보인프라와 컨텐츠 및 서비스 개발을 통하여 지속적인 발전을 추구해 왔다. 그러나, 정보화의 성과 이면에 연령, 직업 등 사회적 여건과 지역적, 신체적 여건으로 인해 컴퓨터와 인터넷 사용에 어려움을 겪는 정보소외계층의 문제가 사회적으로 대두되고 있는 현실이다. 이러한 정보화 격차를 해소하기 위해 정보통신부에서는 2003년 5월 장애인, 노인 등을 위한 정보통신 접근성 보장지침을 발표하였고, 컨텐츠 제공업자로 하여금 그래픽 문자를 음성정보로 제공하는 것을 주요 내용으로 포함하고 있다.(중략)

현대 사회에서 휴대폰은 더 이상 문자 메시지를 송수신하거나 통신을 위한 매개체가 아니라 이동 중에도 인터넷 검색 또는 대용량 데이터를 전송하는 용도로 쓰인다. 특히 통신사에서 제공하는 서비스를 통한 모바일 인터넷 뉴스 기사 검색은 현재 효율성과 주관적 만족도가 떨어진다. 이에 본 연구는 목록 제시 방식이 모바일 브라우징 사용성에 미치는 영향을 보고자 하였다. 따라서 정보 제공의 완전성과 정보 제공의 지연 여부의 2 가지 측면으로 목록 제시 방식을 구분하였다. 탐색 과제를 통한 목록 제시 방식 효과를 비교한 결과 정보 제공이 완전하면서 지연이 없는 레이어드 팝업 조건에서 사용성과 지각된 사용성이 가장 높았으며 정보 제공이 완전하나 정보의 지연이 있는 동적 제시 조건, 정보 제공이 불완전하나 지연이 없는 ‘…’ 조건 순으로 나타났다. 그러나 레이어드 팝업 조건과 동적 제시 조건 간의 유의미한 사용성 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 이 결과는 정보의 지연 여부보다 정보 제공의 완전성이 모바일 브라우징에 더 큰 영향을 준다는 것을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과는 상이한 디스플레이 방식들 간의 차이만을 살펴보는 수준을 넘어서 현재 적용되고 있는 WAP 서비스의 한계점을 보완하여 사용성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 구축하였음에 의의가 있다.

There is a growing demand to access the broadband internet while on the very fast move. In order to meet these users needs, much research has been made for providing the broadband internet and HDTV services via satellite broadband internet systems even at top train speeds above 200km/h. In this paper, economic analyses on the satellite broadband internet services for KTX are to be reviewed. Broadband internet to trains in Europe are investigated, and Boeing cases for planes are also examined. In the first step, system configuration which is composed of a hub, terminals, satellite, and gap fillers for the tunnel areas has been proposed. A terminal includes a ultra-fast high gain antenna installed on the roof of the train, and APs inside the coaches. Secondly, cost estimation on the capital expenditures as well as operating expenditures has been performed in the proposed configuration. From the european and Boeing cases, demand and tariff are postulated, consequently, service revenues are derived on the scenario basis. Thirdly, estimated costs and derived revenues make up net present value and internal rate of return in each scenario. Finally, conclusions and contribution of this study are presented.

As internet use is being generalized central of WWW(World Wide Web) service of multimedia based recently, we could acquire many informations that exist to all over the world's computer network .Therefore, picking up of information became important problem before that internet is generalized, but it is risen to important problem to acquire correct information rapidly on modem society that use of internet is generalized. This paper designed internet search engine and understand structure of internet search engine drawing URL that is optimized, and secure embodiment technology using Java that is language of object base. Search engine that proposed in this paper maintained user's the convenience by offer keyword search, and simplify user interface And although quantity of searched information site is few, search engine show that the bad link rate of searched result is improved compare with existent domestic manufacture search engines.
