EMRAS-2 (Environmental Modelling for RAdiation Safety, Phase 2) is an international comparison program, which is organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), in order to harmonize the modelling of radionuclide behavior in the environment. To do so, the urban contamination working group within EMRAS-2 has designed the hypothetical scenarios for a specified urban area. In this study, the importance of contaminated surfaces composing an urban environment was analyzed in terms of dose rate using METRO-K, which has been developed to take a Korean urban environment into account. The contribution of contaminated surfaces to exposure dose rate showed distinctly a great difference as a function of specified locations and time following a hypothetical event. Moreover, it showed a distinct difference according to the existence of precipitation, and its intensity. Therefore, if an urban area is contaminated radioactively by any unexpected incidents such as an accident of nuclear power plants or an explosion of radioactive dispersion devices (RDDs), appropriate measures should be taken with consideration of the type of surface composing the contaminated environment in order to minimize not only radiation-induced health detriment but also economic and social impacts.

In recent years, our society, because of the arrival of a new paradigm according to the rapid changes in ICT has entered into future smart society and the ubiquitous era. So it can be a notable turning point in the marine disaster prevention system with big data, aspects of the era change. Therefore, this study was to derive a desirable vision for the big data marine disaster prevention informatization in terms of ICT maritime disaster prevention system development as preparedness for the maritime disaster by applying 'scenario planning' as a foresight method. Soon this study derived a successful marine disaster prevention informatization strategy as preparedness for the maritime disaster like Ferry Sewol Disaster. It proposed the big data marine disaster prevention informatization system with the use of the administrative aspects of information with spatial informatization as big data information. Also this study explored the future leadership strategy of the big data marine disaster prevention informatization in smart society. Eventually in 2030 to around, In order to still remain our marine disaster prevention informatization as a leading ICT nation, this study suggested the following strategy. It is important to ready the advanced Big Data administrative spatial informatization system In terms of prevention of incidents like Ferry Sewol Disaster.

In this paper, I review the origins, activities, and influences on the future mathematical development of the Analytical Society of Cambridge. The story of the late 18th century Scotland mathematicians and the early 19th century Cambridge mathematician such as Woodhouse, and the Analytical Society's history show that the Analytical Society wasn't a completely new and reformative meeting. This article reveals that the new analytical studies developed characteristically in Britain's specific intellectual and social context of the late 18th century and the early 19th century.

Negative life events, self-esteem, perceived social support, and maladjustment were studied longitudinally among late elementary children. Subjects were 241 boys and girls for depression and 258 for antisocial behavior. The instruments were the Adolescent Perceived Events Scale, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, the Social Support Scale for Children, the Revised Korean Version of the Center for Epidemiologic Studies' Depression Scale, and the Antisocial Behavior Scale. The results showed that the way variables were reciprocally related to one another in patterns over a period of one year differed by internal and external adjustment. For depression, depression at Time 1 had effects on self-esteem, social support, and depression at Time 2. For antisocial behavior, negative life events at Time 1 influenced negative life events, self-esteem, social support, and antisocial behavior at Time 2. The findings were discussed in relation to the effects of negative life events, self-esteem, and perceived social support on maladjustment.

인터넷의 등장은 인간사회의 의사전달 체계가 발전하는 과정에서 가장 큰 혁명적 사건으로 국가간 경계를 허물고 경제시장을 글로벌화 시키는 주요한 역할을 하였다. 현재 우리나라 인터넷 사용인구는 3,440만명(2007. 2월 기준)으로 전체인구의 50%이상이 활용하고 있으며 사회 경제전반에 중요한 매체 역할을 하고 있다. 본 논문은 현재 중앙 집중 형태로 관리 운영되고 있는 우리나라 인터넷교환(IX)센터의 운영현황 및 문제점을 파악하고 개선방안을 도출하였다. 또한 정부에서 최초로 2003년부터 2007년까지 부산지역 1개소에 구축한 IX(Internet Exchange; 인터넷교환센터)구축 운영의 통신정책 실패사례를 분석하고 지역 인터넷 불균형 해소를 통한 국가균형발전과 지역 IT산업 발전방안의 새로운 정책모델을 개발 제시하였다.

국내 경제성장이 증대함에 따라 철근콘크리트 건축구조물은 다양화, 복잡화, 고층화 되고 있으며 이로 인한 사업의 무리한 추진으로 부실시공 등으로 국내에서는 1970년 4월 서울마포의 와우아파트 붕괴사고, 1995년 6월 삼풍붕괴 사고 등 크고 작은 사건 및 사고로 인한 막대한 재산과 고귀한 생명의 손실 등이 사회적인 문제로 대두되면서 건축물의 유지관리 및 안전진단 등에 대한 중요성이 부각되기 시작했다. 이렇게 크고 작은 사고들이 많이 발생함에 따라 기술인 들이 피땀 흘려 건설된 공공시설을 불신하게 되면서 건설공사중인 현장과 사용중인 시설물에 대해서 법으로 규제사항을 강화하거나 새로운 내용이 신설되고 있는 실정이며 전국 중요 시설물에 대한 유지 관리 업의 중요성이 대두되고 있는 실정이다.(중략)

최근 모바일 내비게이션 시장의 양대 강자인 'T맵'과 '김기사'가 송사에 휘말려서 사회적인 이슈가 되었다. 이 사건을 통해서 소프트웨어의 불법 복제 방지 및 개발자의 저작권을 식별하기 위한 워터마킹 기법이 부각되었다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 앱의 클래스를 여러개의 클래스로 분할하여 저작권 정보를 삽입하는 클래스 분할 워터마킹 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 워터마킹 기법은 소프트웨어 코드가 도용되었을 때 원저작자의 정보를 확인할 수 있도록 하여 불법 복제 시도를 사전에 예방할 수 있으며, 불법 복제가 의심되었을 때 근거 자료로 사용될 수 있다.

누드사진에 대한 저작물성을 판단하였던 대법원 1990. 10. 23. 선고 90다카8845 판결에서 소위 '음란물'을 저작물로서 인정하여 저작권법상에서 보호하기 시작하였다. 최근에는 일명 "음란물 등 헤비업로더 사건(대법원 2015. 6. 11. 선고 2011도10872 판결)"을 통해 음란물의 저작물성을 다시 한 번 인정하였고 이후 일본 AV제작사의 저작권 침해금지 가처분신청에서도 저작물성을 인정하였다. 하지만, 여전히 음란물의 저작물성 인정 여부에 대해서 사회적으로 논란이 있고 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률에 의해 음란물 유통에 대한 형사처벌 조항이 있어서, 음란물 보호에 대해서 저작권법과 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률이 충돌하는 양상이다. 본 글에서는 우리나라의 판례와 미국의 판례 등을 검토하여 현재 상황 속에서 음란물의 저작물성을 인정하는 것이 적절한지에 대해서 연구하려고 한다.
