The Effects of Social Relations on School Adjustment in the Middle School Students: the Mediating Effect of Stress Coping Style (중학생의 사회적 관계가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향: 스트레스 대처방식의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study was to examine the effects of social relations on school adjustment of in the middle school students on the mediating effect of stress coping style. The data of 3,406 middle school students in the study on '2016 Measurements of Korean Youth Competence and International Comparative Study III' by the NYPI were analysed. For data analysis, reliability analysis, correlation among variables, analysis of multiple linear regression analysis were conducted. The results of the study were: (1) social relations were found a key factor affecting the school adjustment of middle school students, (2) their social relations affected stress coping style, (3) stress coping style affected school adjustment, (4) stress coping style was proved to have the mediating effect between social relations and school adjustment. In conclusion, the implications and limitations were suggested for future research.

  • 사회적기업이란 영리기업과 비영리기업의 중간형태로서 사회적기업육성법에서는 취약계층에게 사회서비스 또는 일자리를 제공하여 지역주민의 삶의 질을 높이는 등의 사회적목적을 추구하면서 재화 및 서비스의 생산 혹은 판매 등의 영업활동을 수행하는 기업으로서 고용노동부 장관의 인증을 받은 기업을 말한다. 현재 사회적기업은 2019년 3월말 기준 2,154개의 기업이 활동하고 있다. 사회적기업의 양적증가에 따라서 사회적기업가 리더십과 조직의 존재가치를 설명하는 조직유효성이 중요하다. 조직유효성의 증가하기 위해서, 조직유효성에 미치는 다양한 영향요인들 중에서 어떤 요인이 더 많은 영향을 미치는 가에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 기존연구는 사회적기업 조직유효성에 대한 조직문화, 리더십 등 조직 관련 개별요인과 조직유효성과의 관계 파악에 한정하고 있으나 본 연구에서는 소셜미션을 추구하는 사회적가치와 지속가능성을 위한 경제적가치를 추구하는 사회적기업의 특성에 따른 역할 스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 뿐 아니라 리더십, 의사소통, 조직문화의 개별적 요인 뿐 아니라 통합적인 적용을 하고자 한다.

Factors influencing the Caregiving Responsibility of Siblings without Disability on Adult with intellectual disability (성인 지적장애인에 대한 비장애형제의 부양 책임감에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구)

  • This study attempts to examine the factors influencing the Caregiving responsibility of sibling without disability on their adult siblings with intellectual disability. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on siblings without disability who have adult siblings with intellectual disability aged 18 years old or more and also who use services provided by 8 welfare centers for persons with disabilities in Seoul. With 132 valid responses, multiple regression technique was adopted in exploring a model for characteristics of adult with intellectual disability, a model for characteristics of siblings without disability, a model for relationship factors, and a comprehensive model. The findings of the study showed that the degree of disability in the model for characteristics of adult siblings with intellectual disability and the intimacy of siblings and social support in the model of relationship factors were significant. The result of the comprehensive model revealed that the degree of disability, the gender of the siblings without disability, the intimacy of siblings, and social support were significant. Especially, the relationship factors including the intimacy of siblings and social support were found to be the most significant factors in order to explain the caregiving responsibility. The findings of the study suggest that sibling program needs to be developed and disseminated in order to increase the understanding and the trust between adult with intellectual disability and sibling without disability, that a help is critical for adult with intellectual disability to extend the social network in which sibling without disability receives support from sibling without disability, family, friends, and other acquaintances around, and that different approach is needed in order to reduce caregiveing difficulties depending on the dependence of disability.

  • The aim of this study is to test the behavioral acceptance of adopting smart-media for special education teachers on the points of personal innovativeness and social influence with structural equation modeling(SEM). The corelation of factors such as personal innovativeness, social influence, performance expectancy and behavioral intention are significant. The results of SEM analysis show that the direct impact of social influence on performance expectancy and behavioral intention is significant. The indirect impact of social influence toward behavioral intention through performance expectancy is also significant. However, the personal innovativeness is not statistically significant factor affecting performance expectancy and behavioral intention.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 온라인 스포츠용품 이용고객들을 대상으로 사회적 실재감, 웹사이트 명성, 상호작용성과 고객신뢰, 관계몰입 및 고객충성도와의 구조적관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 P, U광역시 및 K도에 소재한 5개 대학에서 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 최종 458명을 유효 표본으로 선정하였으며 본 연구의 자료로 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 SPSS WIN 14.0 통계 패키지와 AMOS 7.0프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 스포츠용품 이용고객의 사회적 실재감, 웹사이트 명성, 상호작용성은 고객신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 스포츠용품 이용고객의 사회적 실재감, 웹사이트 명성, 상호작용성은 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객신뢰는 고객충성도(재구매의도, 구전의도)에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 관계몰입은 고객충성도(재구매의도, 구전의도)에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

A Study about Factors Influencing the Social Isolation Experienced by Marriage Immigrant Women (결혼이주여성의 사회적 고립감에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this research is to 'know what causes the social isolation felt by marriage immigrant women'. Thus, a total of 253 cases of marriage immigrant women who use Multi-cultural Family Support Center in D city have been analyzed. The findings reveal that the factors influencing the sense of isolation in the social environment, experienced by immigrant women married to Koreans are: social support, family relationships, self-esteem, household income and economic activity. In other words, their strong sense of isolation from society will be lessened when they get more social support, are happy with their family relationships, have their improved self-esteem, earn higher household incomes and don't take part in undesirable economic activities. Based on the research results, this study makes suggestions, on both a political and practical level, to solve the above problem of social isolation faced by marriage immigrant women through their financial stability, desirable economic activities, healthy family relationships, the enhancement of self-esteem and the provision of generous social support for them.

Correlation and Associated Factors of Social Support and Social Participation for Life Care of in Stroke Patients Living in Community (지역사회에 거주하고 있는 뇌졸중 환자의 라이프케어를 위한 사회적 지지와 사회참여의 상관성 및 관련요인)

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate the social support and social participation and to analyze the correlation and associated factors of social support and participation in social support for life care in stroke patients living in community. Scores for the social support as a moderator of life stress and the Korean version of the Reintegration to Normal Living Index (K-RNLI) were surveyed using a face to face test for 92 patients who had a stroke between September 3, 2018, and January 10, 2019. As a result, there was a high correlation between social support and social participation(p<.05). Factors related to social support were living together and social participation, and factors related to social participation were type of stroke, relationship with patients, and social support. This study found that social support and social participation are related and important factors for successful rehabilitation in stroke patients living in the community. This study could be used as a basis for rehabilitation intervention in stroke patients living in the community.

  • Author analyzed the relationship among job stressors, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of police officials. And the Author analyzed the moderating effect of social support on the relationship between job stressors, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. First, I found that job stressors associated with characteristics of the job or the organization affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job stressors significantly affecting job satisfaction were found to be perceived uncontrol and role ambiguity. Second, the job satisfaction's impact on organizational commitment in the impact relationship was significantly very large. Third, despite the role overload, the group with a high social support had a high job satisfaction. In addition, if there is high level of social support, job satisfaction could significantly increase organizational commitment.

A Study on the Life Satisfaction of Married Immigrant Women : focusing on ecosystem perspectives (결혼이주여성의 생활만족도에 관한 연구: 생태체계적 관점에서)

  • This study classified the predictors affecting the life satisfaction level of married immigrant women into socio-demographic factors (age, education, personal system factors (Korean proficiency, self-rated health, depressed mood, multicultural attitude), family system factors (spouse relationship satisfaction, child relationship satisfaction, couple conversation time, decision-making status), and social factors (social support, social capital, experience of social discrimination, multicultural family support center use) based on ecosystem perspectives and comprehensively examined their effects. The data for 14,464 married immigrant women from the National Survey on Multicultural Families 2015 were analyzed through hierarchical multiple regression. The findings of this study are as follow. First, the results indicated that all ecosystem factors- that is personal, family, and social system factors-significantly affected life satisfaction level of married immigrant women and especially personal and family system factors increased the predictability on their satisfaction. Second, among all predictors, spouse relationship satisfaction was the factor most strongly associated with life satisfaction. Finally, the income variable among socio-demographic factors, depression among personal system factors, spouse relationship satisfaction among family system factors, and experience of social discrimination among social system factors all showed the strongest significant effects on the life satisfaction level of married immigrant women. These results suggest that comprehensive factors based on the ecosystem perspectives to intervene and promote the life satisfaction of married immigrant women should be considered.
