2015년 사학연금은 '더 내고 덜 받는' 모수 개혁과 함께 사학연금의 수익비를 국민연금 수준으로 맞추어 형평성을 획기적으로 개선하였으나, 연금재정의 장기 안정화를 위한 근본적인 처방은 제시하지 못함으로써 차후 추가적인 재정안정화 대책이 마련되어야 할 필요가 있다. 이를 위하여 사학연금제도안정화 및 재정건전성 제고를 위한 해외 연금개혁 우수사례를 조사·분석함으로써 사학연금제도의 유지 및 재정건전성 제고를 위한 시사점을 찾고자 한다. 일본은 1984년 내각결정으로부터 시작된 피용자 연금제도 일원화를 통하여 저출산·고령화로 인하여 발생되는 공적연금의 문제 해결방안 모색 뿐 아니라 연금제도 분립에 따른 부담과 급여의 격차, 특히 민관격차의 존재를 해소하고자 연금개혁을 추진하였고, 2012년 8월 연금개혁을 통하여 2015년 10월부터 공제연금과 후생연금을 통합하는 개혁을 단행하였다. 이러한 일본의 연금제도 개혁사례에 관한 연구는 공적연금제도의 운영과 재정 면에서 우리와 큰 차이가 있다고 보기 어려우므로 개혁의 배경과 내용 그리고 전망(평가)은 우리에게 연구할 가치를 제공한다. 또한, 인구 고령화 및 저출산의 사회경제적 현상에 따른 공적연금 재정부담이 가중되고 있는 우리에게, 특히 성숙기에 진입하고 사학연금의 향후 재정위기 개혁방향 등에도 도움이 될 것으로 판단한다.

Design securing a dominant position currently in the global market has shown inherent culture of each country, i.d. national disposition. For instancess, there are Scandinavia emphasizing humanism, America adopting pragmatism, Germany reflecting the rational principle, Spain reflecting the daily an, Italian design being rationalism and impressionism. The members of society shall be under the control of the already formed social-cultural value and character. So culture shall restrict the internal manner of social behaviour and apply pressure to the action of main body. Also culture shall be under the control of social environment and each culture shall be materialized as per the disposition of the members of society. Now korean design has been attracted lots of interests and attention from global market because it is excellent in the aspect of application capability for new technology and also suggests the image of design produced through them. Now Korean design shall run side by side the application for formative element to be recognized by technical design as well as korean identity. So dear definition for national and cultural disposition shall be required to korean design education and design development. These prescribed efforts shall be a shortcut for globalization of korean design.

The objective of this study is to suggest measures to support the community-based rehabilitation sports service for health of people with disabilities, which can be applicable to South Korea, by analyzing the rehabilitation sports service support system of Germany and Japan. Through literature review and direct visiting to Japan, the researcher explored such factors as, background of initiating the rehabilitation sports service, concept, range, and subject of theservice, service delivery procedure, and institutions, and finance of the service. The institutional implications are as follows: First, the concept and range of rehabilitation sports are gradually expanding. Initially, the rehabilitation sports started targeting for veterans with disabilities for the purpose of medical rehabilitation in Germany and Japan. As time passes, however, the importance of rehabilitation sports has emphasized, and the subjects have gradually expanded for the purpose of preventing disability or secondary diseases caused by disability. Second, in order to perform rehabilitation sports service, it is essential to have manpower with expertise in medical treatment, welfare, disability, and exercise prescription, likewise Germany and Japan do. Third, Germany and Japan emphasize the assignment of rehabilitation sports instructors in institutions, rather designating specific institutions, which is moving toward the manpower-based rehabilitation sports service, rather place-based service. Fourth, rather having simple medical programs or sports-oriented programs, it would be necessary to have the systematized disease-oriented programs for each type of disability. Lastly, the clients-oriented service delivery process should be established.

Necessity and importance of ethical education for information and communication have been increased, as the age of people who are using internet is lowering progressively. Even though various of text developments and the teacher training to ethical education for information and communication have been done, most teachers and parents of students have been not quite enough satisfied by the ethical education for information and communication in school, society and home. This paper also aims to develop and apply the system of ethical education to each student by presenting suitable ways according to the diagnose to not only students but also teachers and parents of students. After this system applies to students, students could have felt ethical awareness for information and communication and got the information to solve some problems themselves. Futhermore, teachers and parents of students could have felt students' level of awareness and obtained various teaching materials and ways, that is, it has become an opportunity for an efficient ethical education of information and communication.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of college education satisfaction on the employment preparation and social participation of young adults during the pandemic period. To accomplish this research purpose, the researcher used the panel data of Korea Youth Policy Institute and analyzed the eight variables related to college education satisfaction, employment preparation, and social participation. This study's sample consisted of a total of 2,941 individuals, and both structural equation modeling and multigroup structural equation modeling were applied for the analysis. The results revealed that college education satisfaction had a significantly positive influence on the employment preparation activities and social participation of young adults. In the multigroup structural equation modeling analysis, it was found that college education satisfaction had a significantly positive impact on employment preparation and social participation for women, while for men, it only significantly affected employment preparation. Furthermore, college education satisfaction did not show significant effects on the employment preparation and social participation of graduates from junior colleges, but it did have a significantly positive impact on the employment preparation activities of graduates from four-year colleges. Based on these research findings, policy and educational interventions to enhance the college education satisfaction of male students and graduates from junior colleges are required.

This paper aims at investigate factors inducing school violence from an ecological standpoint on the assumption that a correct analysis of what brings about it must be carried out in advance in order to prevent and cope with school violence, For that, an ecological heuristic model of factors related to school violence devised by Benbenishty and Astor(2005), who were greatly influenced by the ecological developmental theory of Bronfenbrenner(1979), was briefly introduced. On the basis of this model the author classified school violence factors into school-level factors, individual factors, family-level factors, and community contextual factors and examined relevant literature and preceding studies. Through this discussion a conclusion was drawn that, because school violence occurs not by one cause but by various causes including school, individual, family, community related factors, and it can be called 'a synthetic violence type', it is necessary to set up synthetic measures against these factors on a long-term basis. It also was concluded that only when schools, homes and societies free from factors inducing school violence are built, the countermeasures against school violence will be truly effective.

닭에 있어서 여름철 콕시듐증 피해는 크게 증가하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 콕시듐증은 닭에서 생산성 저하를 일으키는 가장 큰 요인 중 하나이다. 본회에서 최근 농가에 다발하는 질병을 조사한 결과 콕시듐이 5대 질병에 포함되었으며, 한국가금수의사회가 상반기에 집계한 질병순위에서도 역시 같은 결과를 보여줄 정도로 농가에 지속적으로 피해를 주는 질병으로 나타났다. 정부에서도 2012년부터 배합사료 내 항생제 첨가 품목을 엄격히 제한하고 일부 품목은 천연제제로 대체하는 정책을 시행해 오고 있다. 수의사 처방제, 각종 친환경 정책 등으로 이제는 항생제를 사료공장에서 사용할 수 없게 되면서, 그 동안 사용해 오던 일반 항콕시듐제들도 동물용의약품으로 분류되어 항생제와 같은 기준으로 까다로운 절차를 통해 사용되어야 하므로 사료회사들에게 큰 부담으로 작용하기에 이르렀다. 이달에는 이러한 번거로움을 줄이고 효능에서도 탁원한 효과를 보이고 있는 천연항콕시듐제를 출시 1년만에 국내시장 50% 이상을 석권하고 있는 케민社(사)를 소개코자 한다.

Objective : This study aims to understand the phenomenon of social admission in Korea's rehabilitation system by analyzing the perspectives of occupational therapists. Methods : We developed a written questionnaire based on RSAT and, in August 2019, distributed it to occupational therapists with more than three years of experience at the time. Data were analyzed using the van Kaam's method. Further, high frequency words were analyzed by word cloud in order to extract significant statements. Results : Forty-six written interviews were collected from various areas of Korea. We analyzed the data into 2 categories, 4 themes, 13 sub-themes. The two categories were 'hospital system' and 'external factors of occupational therapy practice'. The themes according to 'hospital system' were 'difficulties in implementing multidisciplinary approach' and 'inadequate discharge planning system'. The themes according to 'internal and external factors of occupational therapy' were analyzed as 'difficulties of occupational therapists' and 'difficulties in occupational therapy practice'. Conclusion : Occupational therapists in rehabilitation hospitals recognize that the reason for social admission is insufficient insurance systems related to occupational therapy services in rehab hospitals. This leads to difficulties in occupational therapy practice. We need to develop the insurance systems that can meet patient needs for social recovery.

Objectives : Antidepressants are prescribed by not only psychiatrists but also general practitioners. However, patients' negative attitude and stigma against antidepressants are major obstacles to prescribe antidepressants in nonpsychiatric outpatient departments. We, therefore, examined patients' attitude toward antidepressant in medical and surgical group outpatient in Korea. Methods : Short item questionnaire was applied to medical group and surgical group outpatients who consented to this survey in a Korean university hospital. 100 medical and 100 surgical outpatients were surveyed. The questionnaire contained sociodemographic information, previous recognition of antidepressant, and general attitude toward attidepressants. Results : Of the 212 recipients, exclusive of erroneous and missing ones, we analyzed 200 recipients. 1) We found negative attitude toward antidepressants among both medical and surgical outpatients. 2) Medical group outpatients are answered more' antidepressants cause physically ill. 3) The persons who didn't take previously antidepressants showed more negative attitudes. 4) The most reason why they refuse to take antidepressants is concerns of side effects of antidepressants. Conclusion : There are highly negative attitude toward antidepressants between medical and surgical group outpatients. Study findings suggest the need for an active education on antidepressants to nonpsychiatric outpatients to maximize their therapeutic effect and compliance.

Since 1990 when order communication system(OCS) was first introduced, the use of information technology in medical service has been widely accepted in order to enhance quality and customer relationship as well as to increase managerial efficiency. Medical information system is rapidly increasing and is trying to make ubiquitous healthcare environment through telemedicine system. Especially, medical profession and government have taken interest in electronic medical record (EMR) system which can digitalize and manage all medical records in hospitals. By recording patient's medical information in real time, EMR system can improve service efficiency and customer service quality including short waiting time, various utilization of clinic information, and reduced cost.
