축산물의 항생제 잔류와 내성균의 출현 등으로 동물약품 안전사용에 대한 국민적 관심이 증가하여 축산 식품의 안전성 향상과 항생제 내성 문제의 해결을 위하여 농림수산식품부 및 보건복지부를 비롯한 관련 정부 부처와 소비자단체의 노력의 결실로 2007년 12월 6개 관련부처는 "국가항생제내성관리종합대책"을 수립하여 수의사처방제의 시행을 권고한 바 있으며, 농림수산식품부에서는 2008년 7월에 "식품안전종합대책"을 통하여 2011년부터 "수의사처방제"를 도입하겠다고 정책을 발표하였다. 지난 7월 12일에는 수의사처방제의 도입을 위한 입법과정의 일환으로 심재철의원의 주관 하에 각계 대표가 참가한 상태에서 국회에서 토론회가 개최되어 각계의 의견수렴의 과정을 거쳤다. 농림수산식품부와 대한수의사회는 수의사처방제의 2011년 도입을 목표로 입법화과정과 사전 준비를 추진하고 있다. 본 연제에서는 항생제를 비롯한 동물용 의약품에 오염되지 않은 안전한 축산물을 공급하여 국민보건 향상에 기여하기 위한 수의사처방제의 도입에 따른 준비를 위하여, 2009년도 농림수산식품부의 용역연구의 결과 중 (1) 우리나라 소 진료 분야 종사 수의사 실태 및 수의사 처방제 도입 시 필요한 소 진료전문수의사 적정 인원 수 예측, (2) 소 진료전문수의사 양성 방안 및 수의사의 질 향상 유지를 위한 재교육 방안, (3) 우리나라의 소 진료 임상체계 개편 및 국가 동물질병 방역정책과 유기적 연계 방안을 요약 정리하였다. 그리고 본 연제는 소 진료전문수의사들이 수의사처방제 추진과정을 이해함으로서 향후 추진될 수의사처방제에 대하여 능동적으로 대처하고 수의사처방제의 추진 과정에서 생길 수 있는 부작용을 최소화하기 위하여 수의사들에게 정보를 제공하기 위한 것이다.

Antibiotics are used for the prevention and treatment of infections. This study aimed to investigate the patterns of dental antibiotic prescription in children and adolescents. The Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service provided data on patients who visited medical institutions. It was categorized according to year, sex, age, insurance type, dental institution, and region. Chi-square tests, Fisher's exact tests, and one-way analyses of variance were performed. Statistical analyses were performed using SAS software (ver. 9.2; SAS Institute, Cary, NC, USA). Amoxicillin and cephalosporins, the most commonly used antibiotics, accounted for approximately 96% of the prescriptions. The younger the child, the more antibiotics were prescribed for trauma, pulpitis, and dental abscesses. However, closer to adolescence, the antibiotics were primarily prescribed to manage impacted teeth and periodontal problems. Antibiotics were prescribed for 3.13 days on average. There were significant differences in the prescription rates according to age, sex, type of insurance, type of medical institution, and region (p < 0.05). This study suggested that antibiotic prescriptions should be closely monitored to ensure appropriate usage of antibiotics.

Recently, mental patients are increasing by secondary gain, that is, purpose for avoiding a military service as the social prejudice about mental disease decreases. In particular, it is unique diagnostic tool to a patient's subjective symptoms complaint and a doctor's special judgment, in occasion of psychiatry problem that an objective diagnostic tool does not exist. In this paper, we provide an objective basis to help in a quick decision-making of discharging from military service using the datamining, that analyzes mental patient's prescription to find a special rule. Therefore, we propose the decision support system of discharging from service using the analysis of mental patient's prescription.

The current study attempted to develop and operate an exercise prescription expert system based on cloud computing. Recently, concerns on health are increasing due to the development of healthcare technology, increased life expectancy, and enhanced concerns on the body figure and wellbeing among Koreans. This trend pushes up the demand for the personal trainers and exercise specialists. However, supply of the exercise specialists are less than the demand. This study tries to develop exercise prescription system, aggregate diverse data, develop artificial intelligence rule, and operate exercise prescription expert system and education system. This system may assist training exercise professionals by replacing off-line training programs into on-line training programs. Further researches are recommended to connect diverse IoT devices and big data.

It is researched to elucidate the effects of Taeumjowuitang(TE,太陰調胃湯), Sibimikwanjungtang(SE, 十二味寬中湯) and Yangkeogsanwhatang(SY,凉膈散火湯) on the obesity induced by gold thioglucose and the differentiation and growth of preadipocyte 3T3-L1 in the mouse. The result were as follows: 1. TE,SE and SY extracts improved the blood level of transaminase in the obese mouse induced by gold thioglucose. 2. TE,SE and SY extracts inhibited the increase of liver fat and body fat in the obese mouse induced by gold thioglucose. 3. TE,SE and SY extracts inhibited the increase of body weight in the obese mouse induced by gold thioglucose. 4. TE,SE and SY extracts inhibited the growth of undifferentiate preadipocyte 3T3-L1. 5. TE,SE and SY extracts showed inhibitory effect on the differentiation of preadipocyte 3T3-L1. The above results suggest that the TE,SE and SY extracts may be used on the obesity induced by the overgrowth and differentiation of adipocyte, and the accumulation of fat in liver and body.

Our society is rapidly ageing and income level is rising. With the development of IT-based convergence technology and the construction of infrastructure for the u-healthcare services, the importance of the hand acupuncture prescription has known as the folk remedies is being spotlighted. In this paper, we proposed the hand acupuncture prescription using the personalized symptom according to context in the u-healthcare. The proposed method defined the context and environment of the users and predicted the profited hand acupuncture prescription service according to the personalized symptom using the collaborative filtering. The user gets the accurate hand acupuncture prescription as the personalized symptom to input only the name of a disease in the proposed system. We developed GUI for this purpose, and experimented with it to verify the logical validity and effectiveness. Accordingly, the satisfaction and the quality of services will be improved the hand acupuncture prescription by supporting the context information as well as the personalized symptom.

이번에 제정된 "생명윤리 및 안전에 관한 법률"은 지난 5년여 동안 우리 사회 각계에서 이 법률에 걸고 있는 기대에 크게 못 미치며, 윤리를 존중하고 추구하는 법안이라기보다는 회피하고 처방하는데 급급하고 있다.

Objectives: Despite the high discontinuation rate of clozapine in refractory schizophrenia, there is limited evidence regarding the suggested treatment after clozapine discontinuation. Methods: The medical records of 37 patients who discontinued clozapine were retrospectively reviewed. The prescription patterns of antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, and antidepressants were compared at three points before and after clozapine treatment and at the most recent visit. Results: After clozapine discontinuation, 75.6% of the subjects were receiving antipsychotic polypharmacy, and 32.4% were taking more than 3 antipsychotics. The frequently used antipsychotics were olanzapine (21.5%), quetiapine (21.5%), and paliperidone (12.7%). The rates of augmentation with mood stabilizers and antidepressants were 43.2% and 29.7%, respectively. Furthermore, valproate was the most commonly used mood stabilizer (87.5%). Conclusion: Antipsychotic polypharmacy and augmentation are inevitable in schizophrenia patients for whom clozapine has been discontinued. Further research is required to improve the outcomes of polypharmacy and augmentation in schizophrenia patients.

최근 들어 정보윤리의 폐해로 인한 법적인 대응이나 기술적인 대응들이 한계에 부딪치면서 보다 교육적인 대응이 강조되고 있다. 특히나 인터넷 게임 중독이 갈수록 저 연령화되어 가고 있는 시점에서 초등학교 저학년들을 위한 인터넷 게임 중독 진단과 그에 따른 처방을 제공하는 콘텐츠가 필요해졌다. 본 논문의 초등학교 저학년을 대상으로 한 인터넷 게임 중독 콘텐츠가 의도대로 활용된다면 정보화 사회를 살아가는 사회 구성으로서 갖추어야 할 올바른 가치관과 행동양식을 심어주게 될 것이다.

The aim of this article is to introduce articles of the special issue on 'Revitalization Conditions on Crisis on Industrial Regions: Experience from Europe and the Republic of Korea, and to explore policy alternatives to crisis on industrial regions on the basis of policy diagnoses and prescriptions. In the existing research, diagnoses of such Korean regions are quantitatively focused upon industry, employment, plant, consumption, investment, real estate, and labour market, and are qualitatively based upon external environment and functional, structural and spatial characteristics. Prescriptions of such regions emphasize the establishment of a law and an institutional fix, financial supports, jobs' creation, industrial diversification, the intensification of urban foundation throughout the urban revitalizaion. In the policy development for these regions, it is required to link the industrial sector to social, educational, political and welfare sectors, and furthermore the collaboration of inter- and intra-ministry and the active participation of provincial and local governments are needed.
