우리들은 현재 3차산업혁명이라고 하는 정보화시대에 생활하고 있으며, 급격한 과학의 진보는 사회에 큰 영향을 미쳐, 커다란 혁명을 초래하여 왔다. 이로써 인간이란\ulcorner 생체란\ulcorner 생명이란\ulcorner 무엇인가에 대해 반문하게 되는 기회가 많아지게 되었고 이에 따라 생물물리, 생물화학, 생체공학, 의료공학의 연구에 더 많은 관심을 갖게 되었다. 또한 사회의 부유화, 국민의 건강의식의 증대, 복지지향사회의 심화를 배경 으로 의료는 질적으로도 양적으로도 고도화되어 가고 있다. 이에 고도화하고 광범한 공학기술이 발전하게 되었으며, 의용생체공학의 연구개발에 대한 사회적 욕구가 점차로 커져가고 있다. 본고에서는 의용생체공 학의 정의에서부터 학문영역, 전망까지 소개하기로 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 두 가지이다. 첫째, 정부주도의 지속가능경영 정책 맥락에서 문화예술분야의 한국기업들의 사회적 책임활동(CSR)을 체계적 문헌고찰을 통하여 분석하는 것이다. 둘째, 체계적 문헌고찰의 결과를 바탕으로 문화예술분야 사회적 책임활동에 대한 연구의 요소를 도출하였다. 이를 위해 문헌고찰을 실시하고 각 연구의 요소가 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 사회적 책임활동에 대한 기업과 소비자의 인식 개선, 소비자의 경험, 발전 방향이 도출되었다.

This research has the meaning to be the basic help for the study of the qualification system for cultural artistic education teachers, and it is to recognize the importance of the qualification system for cultural artistic education teachers which has been developed from the teachers' pool system to the present cultural artistic education teacher system and to find the more systematic development plan. Thus, focusing on the advanced researches and materials regarding the cultural artistic education teachers, this research is to discover the economical, social and educational values and the plan to solve the present problems. And as a result of this research, it suggests the development plans for curriculums and training course, qualification and employment, field experiences, working conditions and treatment of the cultural artistic education teachers.

한국실험동물수의사회는 지난 2월 9일 제1차 이사회의 승인을 얻어 새로이 대한수의사회 산하단체로 활동하게 되었다. 건국대학교 한진수교수를 초대회장으로 하고 138명의 실험동물분야 근무수의사들을 회원으로 한 한국실험동물수의사회는 현재 건국대학교수의과대학내에 사무소를 두고 활발한 활동을 하고 있으며 관심있는 회원들의 지속적인 참여로 한국실험동물수의사회가 더욱 발전해 나가도록 도움이 필요하다. 참고로 대한수의사회는 현재 한국우병학회, 한국동물병원협회, 한국양돈수의사회, 축산물자체검사원협의회, 수생동물질병수의사회, 한국양계수의사회, 한국실험동물수의사회 총 7개 산하단체가 있으며 각기 직능별 업무능력 향상을 위해 교육 및 세미나 등을 통해 수의사의 능력향상에 매진하고 있다.

위험에 대한 인문사회학적인 고찰은 물리적이고 기술적으로 대응하는데 주력하는 재난관리 연구에 새로운 통찰을 제공하고, 재난관리가 국민들에게 제공되어지는 국가의 서비스라는 측면에서 많은 시사점을 제공할 수 있다. 한국에서의 위험에 대한 인문사회학적 논의는 산업사회의 다음 단계로써 현대사회가 바로 위험사회라는 사회변동론적인 접근을 하는 울리히 벡의 "위험사회론"에 경도되어 풍부한 논의와 발전이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 루만의 위험사회학은 소통에 기반을 둔 방대한 사회체계이론으로 위험에 관련한 소통을 위해와 위험으로 구별함으로써 현대사회에서의 위험에 대한 인식과 대처에 새로운 안목을 제시함과 동시에 문제점을 파악할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 루만의 위험사회학이 이론적으로 정교한 체계이론에 기반하고 있기 때문에 행위자기반 시뮬레이션을 통하여 위험과 관련된 체계들, 즉, 재난관리체계, 정치체계, 법체계, 경제체계, 환경 체계, 언론체계, 등의 다이나믹스를 이해할 수 있는 토대를 마련할 수 있다.

It can be suggested that social geography in the 2000s in Korea has achieved a considerable development, dealing with various theories and issues. This suggestion can be identified first of all with the publication of several texts of Social Geography in this period. For important theoretical discussions, the neoliberal glocalization process of capitalist economy has promoted geographical researches from the perspective of political economy, and the development of information and communication technology, increasing foreign immigrants, environmental problems such as the global warming, and social participation and empowerment of women in Korea have increased social geographical concerns with and theoretical discussions on informational society and city, multiculturalism and/or transnationalism, political ecology and environmental justice, and feminism. This paper provides a review on these major issues in recent theoretical discussions in social geography in Korea, and suggests a brief comment on its future development.

The progress in IT has increased work efficiency in many fields, leading to the start of a new era where information is exchanged by connecting all objects under the paradigm of IoT. Interest is growing on the convergence of various fields of study that goes beyond simply applying IT to research to increase efficiency in multidisciplinary studies. As such, there is a need to develop an IT-based model that can be applied to social welfare work. Social welfare workers in Korea at present have twice the workload and stress of those of their counterparts in other OECD countries. This leads to decreased work efficiency. This paper seeks to suggest a way to increase efficiency in social welfare work by improving the work process through IT-based systems. The study is expected to contribute to increased efficiency in the area of social welfare.

This study searched for the common and different aspects of social community welfare centers and health family support centers for family welfare practice of the community. We also tried to find out the awareness of workers and the performance function for each institution. Through the interviews and review of literature, and comparative analysis of operating status, we looked for the common and different aspects, and the direction of development, which evolved family welfare into the community by way of function and relationships of both institutions. As a result, the participants of this study pursued common purposes. They however made aware of the issues of discrimination about social values and each institution's functions. We suggest that the social community welfare center focuses on individuals and families, in order to integrate the community. A health family support center should play the role to fulfill needs for family welfare according to family life cycle, and have good accessibility for individuals and families in the community.

This study verifies a simple research question such as how the core factors of social capital impact the citizen's participation in the regional festival and suggests some agenda related to this issues. The result of this study show the necessity of some effective policy to help regional festival operating more citizen-oriented way which could lead citizen more corporative to the festival. Also Strengthening regional social capital could be the core factor to establish sustainability of regional society. Well-established social capital make regional festival more successful and regional economy more affluence. So Local Government have to make her various efforts to establish and activate social capital in regional level.

In the twenty-first century, it tends to deepen rich-poor gap and differences related to geographic location because of characteristic of polarization and diversification. Various social conflict that appear in the twenty-first century preclude independent effort and active of police from responding various public order problem of community The most important thing is widespread participation and cooperation of inhabitant and community in order to cope with various social change like localization, decentralization and democratization. Above all things, as human rights guardian in order to gain nation's trust, the police should induce dynamic change to desirable police which is wanted by nation in the organization. To achieve this, the police must overcome many negative customs and obstacles remaining organization despite endeavor of the police. In this manuscript, for this discussion, we search simply historical process of development, seek conception of the disadvantaged in regard to police duty, analyse the reality of human rights violation of the disadvantaged in execution of police duty through statistics and case study, find the problem and seek proper solution through improvement of the police legislative system.
