1988년 한국이동통신서비스 주식회사에서 휴대폰 서비스를 개시하고, 1994년 한국통신에서 인터넷 상용서비스를 실시할 때 만해도 2007년 현재 우리의 삶이 휴대폰과 인터넷이라는 정보통신 환경에 이렇게 깊이 의존할 것을 예측한 사람은 거의 없었다. 이제 인터넷과 휴대폰은 우리 생활에서 없어서는 안 될 삶의 일부가 되었고, 사회를 구동시키는 중요한 요인이 되었다. 현재 우리는 누구나, 언제, 어디서나, 어떤 기기를 사용하더라도 원하는 정보에 접근할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 시대를 향해 나아가고 있다. 유비쿼터스는 단순히 정보통신 컴퓨팅 환경이라는 기술적 의미를 뛰어넘어, 사회를 변혁시키는 유비쿼터스 혁명이라는 시대적 패러 다임의 변화를 의미하게 되었다. 유비쿼터스의 특징으로는 센싱, 네트워킹, 지능화를 들 수 있다. 센싱은 센서를 이용하여 사람, 사물(기기)에 대해서 모니터링하는 것이며, 네트워킹은 네트워크 통신기술을 이용하여 사람, 사물(기기)간 모니터링된 정보, 서비스될 정보를 서로 연계하는 것이며, 지능화는 기기, 사물이 단순히 정보와 지식을 전달하는 것에서 자동화 단계로까지 발전하는 것을 의미한다. 유비쿼터스 기술이 뒷받침되는 유비쿼터스 사회는 개방, 공유 참여가 가능한 열린 사회이며, 사물, 기기가 지능화되는 지능형 사회이며, 기기, 산업, 조직, 시스템간 융복합이 이루어지는 융복합 사회이며, 개인의 기호와 요구에 부웅하게 되는 개인중심 사회이며, 지식과 문화, 예술, 아이디어가 가치를 창출하는 콘텐츠 사회라는 특징을 보일 것이다.

인구 및 가구구성원의 변화, 그에 따른 라이프 스타일의 변화로 국민의 주거환경이 다양한 형태로 변모하고 있어 기존과는 다른 형태의 새로운 정보제공 모델이 필요하게 되었다. 현대인의 바쁜 사회활동과 맞벌이 부부 및 노인인구의 증가는 우리의 가정에 점차 언제 어디서나 네트워크로 연결되어 누구나 안심하고 쉽게 주거공간 내에서 비즈니스, 건강, 교육, 오락 등의 활동을 제공할 수 있는 서비스에 대한 욕구를 확대시키고 있다. 또한 최근의 IT서비스 환경은 전화서비스, 인터넷접속서비스와 방송서비스가 융합되어 소위 "Triple Play" 서비스의 가치가 부상하면서 홈네트워크 서비스라는 새로운 패러다임으로의 전환을 예고하고 있다.(중략)

Various life-logging based on cloud service have developed social network according to the advanced technology of smartphone and wearable device. Daily digital life on social networks has been shared information and emotion and developed new social relationships. Recent life-logging has required social relationships beyond extension of personal memory and anonymity for privacy protection. This study is to determine social network group by using life-logging data obtained in daily lives and to categorize emotion behavior with anonymity guarantee. Social network group was defined by grouping similar representative emotional behavior. The public's patterns and trends was able to be inferred by analyzing representative emotion and behavior of the social groups network.

휴대 단말기 보유율의 급격한 증가는 새롭고 다양한 형태의 무선 통신 기술의 개발을 촉진시키는 계기가 되었으며, 특히 국내의 경우 이동통신 시장의 경제적이나 양적으로 급속한 성장을 이루어 사회 전반에 걸쳐서 새로운 가치를 생산해 내어 생활 모습을 크게 바꾸어 놓고 있다. 따라서 이러한 환경의 변화는 사용자 중심의 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 차세대 무선 통신 기술의 연구가 필수적으료 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 RF Tag 기반의 안전한 네트워크 방식을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 방식은 안전한 네트워크를 형성한 뒤 불법적 Tag에 대한 보안 서비스와 다양한 서비스를 제공한다.

This research uses coolhunting to predict the future trend of e-Commerce industry. Coolhunting is a method to take Cool Trends which are the future trend through social network analysis for discovering the trendsetter and its collective intelligence. Coolhunting is generally carried out by social network analysis while this research uses NodeXL of social network analysis tools. We designed industrial network research model for relation among e-Commerce corporation, product, the types of customer service and customer service employee to discover the Cool Trends of e-Commerce industry. According to the result of this research, e-Commerce industrial network was being changed from chaos to collective intelligence form. As a analysis result for network influences, we found that Cool Trends of e-Commerce industry invigorate social commerce industry through the collective intelligence focusing intelligence VIP, Excellence, grade of Administrating for women customers(trendsetter) and it promotes semantic consumption from customers and purchasing power will be concentrated on cosmetic, beauty, perfume product categories in social commerce. We propose the strategic direction for e-Commerce corporation and hope that domestic e-Commerce corporation continues to grow and high-quality services are provided for customers.

'오늘보다 더 나은 내일' 새해를 맞는 모든 이들의 바람이다. IT업계의 바람도 이와 크게 다르지 않다. 다행스러운 것은 올해가 작년보다 조금 나을 것 같다는 예측들이 많다는 것이다. '정보화사회'가 신년을 맞아 산업 부문별로 경기를 전망한 결과, 유선전화 시장을 제외하고는 대부분의 산업이 역동적으로 움직일 것으로 예상됐다. 모바일 서비스 시장은 3G중심으로 급속히 재편될 것으로 예상됐으며, 휴대폰 시장은 전년 대비 13% 성장할 것으로 전망됐다. IT서비스관리 시장도 작년 대비 50% 이상 급성장 할 것으로 전망됐으며, SI 시장도 비교적 호재가 많을 것으로 예상됐다. 유선, 초고속 인터넷, 모바일, SI, 네트워크, 보안, HW, SW 등 11개 산업분야의 2007년 시장전망을 분석 정리했다.

네트워크의 급속한 발전과 더불어 컴퓨터 보급 확산을 통해 현대 사회는 정보화 사회로 한층 발돋움하고 있다. 이에 인터넷 환경의 급속한 확산과 개방성, 확장성으로 인한 해킹 등에 의해 정보의 유출, 변조, 도용 등의 보안상 문제점이 심각하게 대두되며, 네트워크를 공유함에 따라 자원의 독점이 불가능하게 되었다. 이로 인해 원하는 시간에 원하는 만큼의 정보를 전송할 수 있는 기능을 보장할 수 없게 되었으며, 네트워크 공유로 인한 속도 저하 등의 서비스 질(QoS: Quality of Service)이 불확실해진 것이다. 현재 TCP/IP 기술이 많은 네트워크 표준 기술로 사용되어 있으며, 이를 기반으로 인터넷에서 사설망의 기능을 제공하기 위해 도입된 기술이 VPN(Virtual Private Network)이다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 VPN통신을 관리하기 위하여, Web Interface 지원으로 별도의 Management S/W를 설치할 필요가 없는 시스템을 구축하였고, 안정성, 보안성, 신뢰성 등 차별화된 서비스로 네트워크를 통합 관리하도록 하고 있다.

This study analyzed the case of elderly care cluster in Gwangjin-gu to explore the possibilities of social economy as a provider of community-based social services. Community-based means the approach by which community organizations build a voluntary and collaborative network to enhance collective problem-solving abilities. Therefore, it is very likely that the social economy that emphasizes people, labor, community, and democratic principles can contribute to community-based social services. This study analyzed social economic network by using four characteristics of social economy suggested by OECD community economy and employment program as an analysis framework. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is found that social economy would hardly supply community-based social services through network cooperation because of a large variation in community identity, investment to new product, and labor protection. Second, community users are not the consumers of the social economy and the products of the social economy stay in market products only for the organizations in social economy. In order to create good services that meet the needs of residents, community development approaches are required at the same time. The importance of community space where local residents and social economy meet is derived. Third, public support such as purchasing support has weakened the ecosystem of social economy by making the distinction between public economy and social economy more obscure. On the other hand, public investment in community infrastructure is an indirect aid to social economy to communicate with residents and to promote good supply and consumption. In the end, community-based social services need a platform where the social economy and the people meet. This type of public investment can create the ecosystem of the social economy.

Since 2000, Korean Society has developed social service program, facing the increasing social needs. With the semi-public goods' factor, social service has shown the original limitation in the private market. This paper analyses social services for children and older citizens in 6 metro cities, exploring the current condition and limitation. Program were collected through research institute and metro city's social service support groups. Analysis shows that most cities have similar programs without reflecting regional specialty. Therefore, the diverse and expanded supply of social services, professional service providers, reflection of regional specialty, easier accessibility of services are suggested. More participation of users in the process of program decision-making process and networking of service providers are also proposed.

국가사회기반구조의 중추신경계 역할을 수행하는 정보통신 인프라를 기반으로 개인의 사이버생활 일상화, 디지털경제로의 전환, 전자정부 구축이 가속화되고 있다. 또한 네트워크 통합과 정보통신 서비스의 융합 등을 통한 제2의 디지털 혁명으로 유비쿼터스사회가 도래하고 있다. 그러나 이와 더불어 정보보호 환경은 개별 시스템, 네트워크 보호에서 서비스와 이용자 보호로 그 중심이 급격히 옮겨져 그 범위가 크게 확대되고 있으며, 웜 바이러스와 해킹 기능의 결합으로 복합화(Blended), 악성화된 사이버공격이 증가하고 있다. 또한 그 전파경로가 이메일은 물론 PC의 공유폴더, P2P, 웹 등으로 확대됨으로써 피해범위는 유선단말에서 무선단말과 방송단말 등으로 확장되고 있다. 이처럼 시간과 장소에 상관없이 지식정보를 자유롭게 이용함으로써 편리하고 쾌적한 정보이용 환경을 누리게 하는 유비쿼터스 사회는, 그러나 동시에 예측 불가능한 위험이 곳곳에 산재한 '고도화된 정보위험사회'로의 진입을 의미한다. 이에 따라 새로운 위협이 상존하는 유비쿼터스 환경 하에서 안심하고 신뢰할 수 있는 새로운 정보보호 정책방향의 설정과 대응전략이 필요함은 주지의 사실이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본고에서는 유비쿼터스 사회에서 나타나는 새로운 도전과 신규위협에 대해 살펴보고, 정보보호 3대 핵심 추진 방향을 비롯한 향후 대응전략과 이를 통한 안전한 미래 사회의 청사진을 제시하도록 한다.
