The development of digital technology has made consumers more knowledgeable about products than ever before. In this regard, experts have defined consumers in the digital age as knowledge seekers and pointed out that they are proficient in acquiring and sharing product knowledge prior to purchase. For service goods such as musicals, product prior knowledge executes strong effect due to such characteristics as intangibility, inseparabilit y,and heterogeneity. Prior studies in the field of performing arts, including musicals, have revealed that the prior knowledge of the audience has a positive effect on the satisfaction of the audience and WOM(word-of-mouth) intention. However, studies in the marketing field argue that consumers' high prior knowledge may have a negative impact on customer satisfaction and product evaluation depending on conditions, as they are more likely to compare, review, and expect products more closely. Therefore, in this study, we tried to identify under what conditions the musical prior knowledge enhances audience satisfaction and WOM intention. According to the results of previous studies, a mediating effect model was established in which the musical prior knowledge enhances the WOM intention through the mediation of the audience satisfaction. Then, Transportation was introduced as a mediation variable and it was verified whether the level changed the audience satisfaction and WOM intention. The reason for the introduction of the transportation construct reflects the results of previous research that the story is important component of musical. The results showed that the musical prior knowledge has a significant effect on WOM intention through the mediation of audience satisfaction. The moderating effect of transport was also significant on the relationship between musical prior knowledge and audience satisfaction. Lastly, through moderated-mediation analysis, it was confirmed that transportation moderates the mediating effect that prior knowledge affects on the WOM intention through audience satisfaction. Based on the results, we demonstrated that a musical story is fairly important to satisfy audiences with high prior knowledge. This study could contribute to the related filed in that it introduced the transportation construct for the first time, thereby broadening the understanding of the musical audiences in the era of smart consumers.

기계번역은 자연어 처리 및 인공지능 분야에서 가장 어려 운 태스크 중의 하나로 인식되어 왔다. 이는 정확한 번역이란 텍스트에 대한 이해 없이는 불가능하기 때문이다. 그러한 이유로 연구자들은 한때 기계번역에 대한 부정적인 결론에 도달하기도 하였다. 지금까지 기계번역을 위해 다양한 방법이 연구되어 왔으며 이들 연구에서는 주로 두 언어에 대한어휘나 구의 대역사전, 숙어사전, 개별 언어의 문법, 혹은 변환규칙 및 변환사전, 문장생성에 관련된 지식, 의미나 실세계 지식, 도메인에 적합한 지식 등 번역의 방식과 목적에 따라 다양한 형태의 지식과 알고리즘이 적용되었으며 그 대부분은 방대한 양의 수작업에 의존적이었다.(중략)

This study were to identify the effect of knowledge on advance directives and nursing professionalism on attitudes toward advance directives in nursing students. The data were collected from 216 nursing students in the two colleges located Jeonnam. The result of the multiple regression indicates the intention to execute advance directives, influence of religion in one's life, knowledge of advance directives, gender, nursing professionalism, and time to complete advance directives predict 22.3%(F=10.009, p=.000) of attitudes toward advance directives. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a program to establish positive attitudes toward advance directives by providing knowledge on advance directives and right nursing professionalism of nursing students.

세계는 지식정보의 창출 및 활용정도가 국가경쟁력을 좌우하는 지식기반사회로 급격히 전환하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 주요 지식정보의 집중적인 디지털화를 통해서 국가 지식정보 공유체계를 구축하는 것이 무엇보다 시급한 상황이다. 특히 급격하게 성장하고 있는 디지털 콘텐츠 분야의 체계적인 정보화 사업은 관련 분야의 선진국과 경쟁하기 위해서 절실하게 요구된다. 본 논문은 게임산업에 대한 체계적인 정보화를 추진하기 위해서 의미를 기반으로 한 게임전문용어전자사전 구축을 위한 연구 결과를 소개한다. 의미를 기반으로 한 게임전문용어전자사전 구축하기 위해서 다양한 형태의 게임 관련 자료를 통해서 망뭉치를 추출하였다. 추출한 망뭉치로부터 빈도수 등을 이용해서 중요한 의미를 갖는 표제어를 추출하였으며, 추출한 표제어를 이용해서 게임전문용어 시소러스를 구축하였다. 또한 웹 기반으로 게임전문용어전자사전을 구축하기 위해서 SDML 을 이용하여 전문용어를 표기했으며 다양한 검색 기능을 추가해서 게임전문용어전자사전의 프로토타입 시스템을 구축하였다.

기계번역에서 좋은 품질의 번역 결과를 얻기 위해서는 대상으로 하고 있는 전문 영역에 맞게 시스템의 번역 지식을 조정해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 대상 영역 코퍼스를 이용하여 기계번역 시스템의 특정 영역화를 지원하는 워크벤치를 설계하고 구현한다. 워크벤치는 대상 영역의 코퍼스에서 대상 영역의 지식을 추출하는 영역 지식 추출기와, 추출된 지식을 사용자에게 제시하여 사용자가 사전을 편집할 수 있는 환경을 제공하는 영역 지식 검색기와 사전 편집기로 구성된다. 구현된 워크벤치를 이용하여 일반 영역 사전을 군사 정보 영역으로 특정 영역화를 해 본 결과, 효율성과 정확성에서의 향상이 있었다.

컴퓨터는 자연언어로 된 문장을 올바르게 이해하기 위해 의미지식을 필요로 하며 이러한 의미지식을 정확하게 구축하기 위해서는 수작업을 필요로 한다. 그러나 수작업에 의한 의미지식 구축은 많은 비용과 시간을 필요로 하고, 작성자의 주관이 개입되며, 응용 도메인에 따라 의미지표 테이블이 수정되면 의미지표 사전의 재구축이 불가피하다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 영어 WordNet과 한영 사전을 이용한 한국어 명사 의미지표 사전의 자동 구축 방법을 제안한다.

기계번역(Machine Translaton, MT), 다국어 정보 검색, 의미 정보 검색 등에 대한 연구는 시소러스, 지식베이스, 사전 검색, 의미망, 코퍼스등과 같은 다양한 방법으로 이루어지고 있다. 시맨틱 웹이 등장과 시맨틱 웹 기반 기술의 발전에 따라 위 연구들을 시맨틱 웹에 적용시킬 필요성도 제안되었다. 특히 한국어 시소러스, 워드넷(WordNet), 전자 세종 사전, 가도까와(Kadokawa) 시소러스와 같은 지식베이스가 개발되었으나 활용 분야에 따라 그 구축 방법론이 다르게 적용되어, 위 연구에 효과적으로 통용될 수 있는 지식베이스는 실질적으로 구축되지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 세종 사전과 가도까와 시소러스, 한/일 기계 번역 사전 그리고 전문 용어 사전을 기반으로 한국어와 일본어 지식베이스를 위한 사전 온톨로지 서버를 정의하여 의미 정보를 구성하고, Semantic Web Rule Markup Language (이하 SWRL)을 이용해 구문 정보 규칙을 정의한다. 그리고 SWRL 기반 정방향 추론 엔진을 이용하여 번역에 필요한 추론 엔진을 구성하고 문장 구문형성 규칙 추론 엔진을 통해 사용자에게 한국어와 일본어의 문장 구성 변환을 제공한다. 본 연구는 현재 기계 번역이 갖고 있는 다의성, 술부 어순의 차이, 경어체 등 아직 해결해야 할 많은 부분들에 대한 해결 방안으로서 시맨틱 웹 기반 기술과의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 소비자들의 광고평가과정을 정보처리능력의 관점인 사전지식과 정보처리동기의 관점인 관여도의 조절적 역할을 고려하여 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 인지자극과 감정자극이 동시에 제공된 광고에 대하여 소비자들의 인지적, 감정적, 행동의욕적 평가관계를 구조적으로 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 각 구조적 관계들을 사전지식수준과 관여도수준에 따라 그 상대적 역할들을 살펴보았다. 실증분석결과 본 연구는 기존의 DMH 모델을 지지하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 광고에 대한 감정적 평가(Aad)에서 상표에 대한 인지적 평가(Cb)통해 상표에 대한 감정적 평가(Ab)에 미치는 영향력의 정도는 관여도보다는 사전지식이 더 큰 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 광고에 대한 감정적 평가(Aad)에서 상표에 대한 감정적 평가(Ab) 그리고 상표에 대한 감정적 평가(Ab)에서 상표에 대한 행동의욕적 평가(Ib)로의 영향력은 관여도가 중요 조절변수임을 확인하였다.

This study aimed to examine the relationship of the knowledge of end-of-life(EOL) care, life-sustaining treatment(LST), and advance directive(AD) with the educational needs regarding AD writing among nurses in convergence era. For this cross-sectional study, participants were 169 nurses at a general hospital in South Korea. Data were collected from July 19 to 26 in 2018 using structured questionnaires. Knowledge on EOL care scored 8.56 out of 11 points, knowledge on LST scored 5.11 out of 6 points, and knowledge on AD scored 8.02 out of 9 points. Educational needs regarding AD writing scored 4.31 out of 5 points. There were statistically correlations between knowledge on LST and educational needs regarding AD writing (r=.182, p=.018), and between knowledge on AD and educational needs regarding advance AD writing (r=.234, p=.002). The findings can be used to develop the educational program regarding AD.

본 논문은 인물 도메인의 백과사전 지식베이스를 구축하기 위하여 백과사전 본문의 자연어 문장으로부터 인물 표제어의 특징을 잘 나타내는 속성 값을 인식하여 추출하는 방법에 관하여 기술한다. 속성은 인물 공통 및 세부 분야별로 총 52개의 속성을 정의하였고 이를 태그셋으로 정의하여 1천 문서의 백과사전 인물 속성태깅코퍼스를 구축하였다. 속성태깅코퍼스로부터 반자동으로 약 1천 8백여 개의 속성패턴을 추출하였고 백과사전 인물 표제어 24,848개에 대해 속성패턴을 적용하여 지식베이스를 구축하였다. 추출성능은 f-score 0.68의 결과를 나타내었다.
