카메라 광학을 측정한다는 것은 워낙 광범위하기 때문에 이러한 내용을 소개함에 앞서 우선 영상 렌즈가 장착되어야 할 카메라 센서가 정의되어 있는지, 아닌지를 설명해야 할 것 같다. 이 글은 카메라 센서가 정확히 사전에 정의된 카메라 모듈 -주로 휴대폰, 스마트패드, 노트북 등에 장착되는 -로 한정하여 광학 측정 및 그에 따른 포커싱 조정 기술 동향을 소개하고자 하는 것이다. 카메라 센서가 정의되어 있다는 것은 카메라 렌즈만을 놓고 측정하는 것이 아닌, 카메라 렌즈와 센서가 조립된 상태, 또는 최적으로 조립하기 위한 광학 측정 기술을 소개하려고 한다.

This study aims to reveal what is necessary for pre-service science teachers to make good use of online formative assessment in the context of online classes. For 22 pre-service physics teachers, first, the preliminary perception of online classes, online formative assessment, and formative assessment was investigated; second, the practice process of online formative assessment was examined. Then the differences between perception and practice were compared and analyzed. Data were collected in preliminary surveys, lesson plans, online formative assessment items, and interview data. As a result of the study, an interaction was mentioned as the difficulty of online classes in the preliminary perception, and pre-service teachers mentioned the use of technology, feedback, and adjustment as advantages of online formative assessment. In most cases of practice, the automated feedback was used using the platform's technology, but it did not lead to adjustment and interaction. In addition, the use of items in online formative assessment was not suitable for formative functions. The reason why the interaction using formative feedback did not occur seems to be because the understanding of formative assessment was insufficient. Pre-service teachers need to be prepared for the 'formative' function through the feedback of online formative assessment so that can lead to interaction in online classes. The shift to online classes is creating difficulties, especially in interaction. It is necessary to prepare and educate pre-service teachers on fundamental aspects that can overcome these difficulties.

본 시스템은 같은 환자로부터 촬영한 기존 안저영상과 초광각 안저영상을 Paired Dataset으로 지니고 있으며, 영상의 크기 및 해상도를 똑같이 맞추고, 황반부와 신경유두 및 혈관의 위치를 미세조정하는 과정을 자동화하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이 과정은 황반부를 중심으로 하여 영상을 잘라내어 이미지의 크기를 맞추는 과정(Scaling)과, 황반부를 중심으로 잘라낸 한 쌍의 영상을 포개었을 때 황반부, 신경 유두, 혈관 등의 위치가 동일하도록 미세조정하는 과정(Warping)이 있다. Scaling Stage에선 기존 안저영상과 초광각 안저영상의 촬영범위가 현저하게 차이나기 때문에, 황반변성 부위를 잘 나타내도록 사전에 잘라낼 필요가 있으며, 이를 신경유두의 Object Detection을 활용할 예정이다. Warping Stage에선 동일한 위치에 같은 황반변성 정보가 내포되어야 하므로 규격조정 및 위치조정 과정이 필수적이며, 이후 안저영상 내의 특징들을 매칭하는 작업을 하기 위해 회전, 회절, 변환 작업 등이 이루어지며, 이는 Homography Estimation을 통하여 이미지 변환 matrix를 구하는 방법으로 진행된다. 자동조정된 안저영상 데이터는 추후에 GAN을 이용한 안저영상 생성모델을 위한 학습데이터로 이용할 예정이며, 현재로선 2500쌍의 데이터를 대상으로 실험을 진행중이지만, 최종적으로 3만 쌍의 안저영상 데이터를 목표로 하고 있다.

This paper proposes an efficient handwritten English word recognition scheme which can be applied practical applications. To effectively use the lexicon which is available in most handwriting related applications, the lexicon entries are introduced in the early stage of the recognition. Dynamic programming is used for matching between over-segmented character segments and letters in the lexicon entries. Character segmentation statistics which can be obtained while the training is being performed are used to adjust the matching window size. Also, the matching results between the character segments and the letters in the lexicon entries are cached to avoid repeat of the same computation. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methods, several experiments were performed using thousands of word images with various writing styles. The results show that the proposed methods significantly improve the matching speed as well as the accuracy.

한국어 Propbank를 구축하기 위해서는 유사 동사를 군집화하고 군집에 포함되는 동사들의 구문 및 의미 특성을 모아놓은 정보가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 군집화의 초기 단계로써 개별 동사들의 격틀 구조에 기반하여 동사간의 유사도를 추정하여 유사 동사를 추출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 개별 동사의 격틀 정보를 추출하기 위하여 세종 계획의 용언 사전과 KAIST 언어자원의 동사 격틀 사전을 활용하였다. 또한 격틀을 세분화하여 보다 상세한 격틀 정보를 생성하기 위하여 격틀이 가지고 있는 논항의 특성을 활용하였다. 동사의 유사도를 측정하기 위하여 개별 동사들은 벡터로 표현하였고, 벡터의 원소는 해당 동사가 다른 동사와 세분화된 격틀을 공유하는 정도로 하였다. 실험에서는 두 용언 사전에서 개별적으로 위의 과정을 진행하여 각 동사와 유사한 동사들을 추출하였다.

신경망 기계 번역(Neural Machine Translation)은 주로 지도 학습(Supervised learning)을 이용한 End-to-end 방식의 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 지도 학습 방법은 데이터가 부족한 경우에는 낮은 성능을 보이기 때문에 BERT와 같은 대량의 단일 언어 데이터로 사전학습(Pre-training)을 한 후에 미세조정(Finetuning)을 하는 Transfer learning 방법이 자연어 처리 분야에서 주로 연구되고 있다. 최근에 발표된 MASS 모델은 언어 생성 작업을 위한 사전학습 방법을 통해 기계 번역과 문서 요약에서 높은 성능을 보였다. 본 논문에서는 영어-한국어 기계 번역 성능 향상을 위해 MASS 모델을 신경망 기계 번역에 적용하였다. 실험 결과 MASS 모델을 이용한 영어-한국어 기계 번역 모델의 성능이 기존 모델들보다 좋은 성능을 보였다.

문서 요약(text summarization)은 주어진 문서로부터 중요하고 핵심적인 정보를 포함하는 요약문을 만들어 내는 작업으로, 기계 번역 작업에서 주로 사용되는 Sequence-to-Sequence 모델을 사용한 end-to-end 방식의 생성(abstractive) 요약 모델 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 최근에는 BERT와 MASS 같은 대용량 단일 언어 데이터 기반 사전학습(pre-training) 모델을 이용하여 미세조정(fine-tuning)하는 전이 학습(transfer learning) 방법이 자연어 처리 분야에서 주로 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MASS 모델에 복사 메커니즘(copying mechanism) 방법을 적용하고, 한국어 언어 생성(language generation)을 위한 사전학습을 수행한 후, 이를 한국어 문서 요약에 적용하였다. 실험 결과, MASS 모델에 복사 메커니즘 방법을 적용한 한국어 문서 요약 모델이 기존 모델들보다 높은 성능을 보였다.
