The scholastic consumer education program in Japan was adopted after world war Ⅱ. And so far, based on home economics class at school, the program has undergone seven times modification with “A course of study(learning coaching guide). Now the main objective with the consumer education program, initiated from ‘purchasing skill’ and ‘information offer’, has been shifted to the direction of stressing the ‘reasonable decision making’ and ‘invocation of consumer recognition’. The concrete operation of the scholastic consumer education program in Japan was managed and operated to the direction of urging the student to think independently and self-motivated and provoking the power of thinking, while utilizing daily works closely to routine life as educational materials and subjects. The investigations on Japanese scholastic consumer education program which have been developing and accumulating concrete instances and know-how's of scholastic consumer education program are considered to be still suggestive, and we may conclude it's necessary for both of Korea and Japan to interchange necessary experiences and ideas on this field with each other.

신뢰도를 높이는데 별도의 비용이 든다는 생각은 이미 퇴색하고 있다. 좋은 제품을 만들어 갈수록 원가는 떨어진다. 초기 신뢰성공학은 부품의 고장에서 출발하였지만, 지금은 결함을 줄이는 방향으로 개념이 바뀌고 있다. 결함이란 요구분석, R/D, 생산활동 전반에서 일어나는 모든 불완전요소를 포함한다. 가능하다고 해서 신뢰도를 올릴 필요는 더더욱 없다. 그래서 사용환경, 요구조건, 기술배경 등을 감안한 비용의 효용성이 활발히 거론되고 있다. 신뢰성활동은 물리적대상에서 인간의 사고가 집약된 소프트웨어, 나아가서는 인간자체도 그의 영역으로 되고있다. 본고에서는 신뢰성공학의 성장과정을 발전사적 관점에서 재조명하고, 개념의 변천과 앞으로의 움직임 그리고 당면문제들을 분석한다.

재난안전통신은 각 국가의 안전을 위한 사회 공공시설 중에서 위기상황에 대처하기 위한 범국가적인 통신망이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 국민의 생명과 관련된 통신망으로, 어떠한 사적 이익도 배제해야 한다는 것이 전문가들의 공통적인 의견이며, 중요한 요소인 표준화된 재난안전통신망을 사용하여, 범국가적으로 대처해야만 한다는 공감대를 갖고 있다. 국가적인 차원에서 재난안전통신망 구축을 위한 노력이 이루어지고 있고, 최근 재난안전무선통신망으로 PS-LTE(PS-LTE Public Safety LTE) 기술을 채택하면서, 우리나라에서도 PS-LTE에 대한 적극적인 관심을 갖고 있다. 재난안전무선통신망 구축을 위해서 PS-LTE에서 요소 기술을 검증하기 위해 공공기관 및 학계에서 활발한 활동이 있다. 본고에서는 3GPP에서 진행되고 있는 재난안전통신에 대한 요구사항, 국내동향 및 그에 따른 표준화 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

The digital copying and digital transmission are rapidily Increasing with the innovation of information technology and the development of networking technology. But It Is Inevitable to limit copyright for the public benefit and cultural development In the digital environment in like manner with the analog environment. First, this study examinated the international trends and legulations relating to the copyright limitations In the U.S. and Japan for the fair use. Second, it dealed with the problems of the digital copying relating to the temporary storage In RAM and screen display that are recently becoming international issues. Third, it concretely explored and analyzed the problems according to the application of the fall use of the private copying, the library copying, and the copying for the purpose of school education in the network environment. In conclusion, to solve these problems that Is occurred from legulations In the analog environment Is needed the revision of the existing copyright law in Korea. Finally, this study suggested 'the copyright collecive management system' and 'the private copying levy system' as the systemic devices to control the digital private copying.

세계 최고의 정보통신 인프라를 바탕으로 다져온 정보통신 강국의 위상은 IT839 전략을 통해 유비쿼터스 및 컨버전스로의 진행이 가속화되고 있다. 특히, 광대역 통합망의 구축을 통해 이종망간 끊김없는 멀티미디어 서비스 제공이 가능해짐에 따라 언제, 어디서나, 누구든지 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 환경으로진화 발전되고 있다. 이는 곧 개인의 사적인 정보들과 공적인 정보들이 네트워크를 통하여 유통된다는것을 의미하며, 이러한 정보들에 대한 보호 활동은 그 무엇보다도 중요해질 것이다. 본 기고문에서는 IT839 전략 추진에 따른 정보보호 환경을 분석하여 보고, 향후 중점적으로 개발하여야 할 정보보호 기술의 개발 방향을 살펴본다.

본고에서는 차세대 스마트 인프라 준거틀로서 '만물지능통신 기반 초연결 인프라' 개념을 제시한다. 동 개념이 대두하게 된 근거 기반으로 기술적 관점에서 스마트 기술혁신과 인프라 혁신 간의 상호관계성, 문명사적 관점에서 정보 교통 에너지 인프라 간의 공진화 과정을 거시적으로 개관한다. 그리고 초연결 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 만물지능통신망과의 선순환 관계에서 기존 인프라의 고도화와 동시에 정전교(情電交) 초연결 인프라의 탄생과 발전 방향을 모색한다. 또한 EU의 중장기 R&D 전략의 공통성과 도출을 위한 분산화된 협업시스템으로 부상하고 있는 SoS(System of Systems) 모델을 초연결 인프라의 프로토타입으로 검토한다. 이러한 작업을 기반으로 '물리적 인프라의 추상화' 그리고 '추상화한 인프라의 현실 세계로의 실체화'라는 관점에서 초연결 인프라로의 재편 메커니즘을 분석하고, 초연결 인프라를 지향한 공통 플랫폼과 그 실현을 위한 기술적 정책적 함의를 도출한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence financial transfers between married women aged 20-40 and their parents and parents-in-law. In particular, we examine whether there is any reciprocity between parental support for the cost of marriage formation and financial resource transfers from married children to their parents and parents-in-law. Data from the 2009 wave of the Survey of Marriage and Childbirth were analyzed. Among married women who have been married for over 16 years, we find that the probability of them giving financial resources to their parents increases in line with the parental support they received to help their marriage formation cost. Therefore, we confirm that there is reciprocity between parental support for the cost of marriage formation cost and children's financial support provision for parents.

경제성장과 더불어 발생되는 환경오염물질 배출의 증가로 인해 이를 규제하려는 세계적인 동향이 강화되어 이러한 환경문제를 경제 내적인 문제로 발전하고 있다. 특히 전력부문에 있어서 여러 가지 투자대안들이 환경에 미치는 영향을 고려할 경우, 각 대안들이 전력을 생산하기 위해 필요한 비용은 사회적 비용을 고려치 않는 사적인 비용과 커다란 차이가 생길 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 균등화발전 원가법으로 유연탄과 LNG화력 발전의 경제성을 분석하였는데. 환경 규제상황에서 발전원간 평가를 위해 저감설비 도입비용, 탄소세, 연료비 인상, 할인율 변동에 따른 경제성 비교를 통하여 유연탄 및 LNG발전의 발전원가를 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 의한 민감도 분석을 통해 비교하였다.

본 연구는 앞으로 우리나라에 증권선물 옵션거래제도가 도입될 것에 대비하여 선물규제체계와 선물회계제도를 연구하는데 촛점을 두고 있다. 선물규제법체계 및 시장규제의 동향에 대해서는 미국, 영국, 일본 등 선물거래가 급속도로 발전하고 있는 금융선진국의 경험적 사례를 사적으로 연구하고 선물규제에 관한 제반의 문제점을 파악함으로서 앞으로 우리나라에 선물거래가 도입될 경우 이들 문제점에 대해 어떻게 대응할 것인가를 모색하였다. 특히 시장규제에 관해서는 1996년에 도입이 예정되어 있는 주가지수선물거래의 도입이 현물 주식시장에 미치는 영향을 집중적으로 분석하고 규제상의 고려사항을 제시하였다. 한편 우리나라에 증권선물거래가 도입되면 이에 대응하여 선물거래의 회계처리기준과 시가정보의 공시기준이 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 선물거래의 회계처리에 있어서 손익의 인식기준 및 헷지회계의 기준을 설정함에 있어서의 고려사항을 제시함과 동시에 선물거래의 공시 기준설정시의 고려사항을 아울러 제시하고 있다.
