A significant number of studies have been conducted on user perceptions of archive and record contents for the National Archives of Korea (NAK) and local record centers in the field of archives and records management in Korea. Yet, there has not been such a research on the use of digital archive contents designed for contents creation. Accordingly, this study investigated user perceptions of the use of the contents on the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA)'s Culturing archive designed for creation purposes. A survey was conducted, examining the user's degree of interests, the expected user preference of the use and the expected extent of help by the contents of the archive. For the analyses of the survey data, this study performed one-way ANOVA for the comparative analyses of the means related to the subjects' general characteristics and the perceptions, along with cross-tabulation analyses for the association among the same items and nominal variables related to perceptions. On the basis of these analyses, this study suggests the following: ① to supplement the contents of the archive; ② to design customized interfaces and to enhance the readability; ③ to reinforce site PRs for large portal sites and creators' groups.

Because of a rapid increase of information available through web site, a user often falls into confusion of which web sites should be visited for his information needs. If a web site search engine can classify web sites according to their subject or topics, it can help the user to determine which web sites are worth accessing and thus to easily acquire relevant information. In this study, I propose new classifying system with a two level hierarchy and 57 items.

The Compact Advanced Satellite 500-4 (CAS500-4) is under development to efficiently manage and monitor forests in Korea and is scheduled to launch in 2025. The National Institute of Forest Science is developing 36 types of forestry applications to utilize the CAS500-4 efficiently. The products derived using the remote sensing method require validation with ground reference data, and the quality monitoring results for the products must be continuously reported. Due to it being the first time developing the national forestry satellite, there is no official calibration and validation site for forestry products in Korea. Accordingly, the author designed a calibration and validation site for the forestry products following international standards. In addition, to install calibration and validation sites nationwide, the authors selected appropriate sensors and evaluated the applicability of the sensors. As a result, the difference between the ground observation data and the Sentinel-2 image was observed to be within ±5%, confirming that the sensor could be used for nationwide expansion.

평생교육 종합정보시스템은 국민들 누구나 자신이 원하는 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 평생교육에 대한 Guide 역할을 수행하는 평생교육 포탈사이트 구축을 목표로 하고 있으며, 나아가 평생교육의 'Information', 'Learning', 'Communication', 'Business' 창구로서의 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 현재 이러한 비전을 수행할만한 시스템 설계 원리나 구체적인 기능들에 대해서는 논란이 되고 있는 것 같다. 이에 한국교육개발원 평생교육센터에서는 평생교육 체제에 관한 국민들의 요구를 반영할 새로운 시스템을 설계 중에 있다. 이 글은 이런 목표를 담당할 시스템의 설계에 관한 이론적인 접근이다.

정보통신의 발달과 인터넷의 확산으로 정보에 대한 사용자의 욕구가 다양해졌다. 최근에는 인물을 중심으로 검색을 제공하는 웹(Web)사이트들이 등장하고 있다. 이러한 웹사이트들을 살펴보면 텍스트 위주의 서비스를 제공하거나 Hyper Link를 이용한 검색 시스템을 사용하고 있다. 특히 사이버 족보들은 단순히 자신의 위치만 검색이 가능하고 자신의 형제, 부모, 자식의 위치를 검색하기에는 불가능하다. 또한 대부분의 사이버 족보에서는 조상들의 유물이나 유적에 대하여 이미지와 부연 설명만을 제공하고 있어 후손들에게 많은 정보를 제공하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 트리 알고리즘을 도입하여 사이버 족보를 설계해 보았다. 사이버 족보 내에서 자신만이 아니라 부모, 형제, 그리고 본인의 자식까지 검색이 가능한 알고리즘을 설계하였으며 조상들의 유물과 유적에 대하여 검색이 가능하도록 설계하였다.

본 연구에서는 수평면에 대해서 양방향성을 갖고 접지면을 향해서 주빔이 25$^{\circ}$의 기울기로 지향하도록 설계된 대칭 SSAIP(Strip, Air, Inverted Patch) 구조의 슬롯 결합 back-to-back 마이크로스트립 위생배열 안테나를 설계, 제작하였다. 이 구조의 안테나는 2-섹터 셀 사이트에서 기지국 또는 중계기의 지향성 안테나에 적용할 수 있으며, 도로 환경에 따라 지향각 25$^{\circ}$를 기준으로 약 $\pm$$10^{\circ}$정도 빔을 틸트할 수 있도록 위상기와 결합된다. 안테나는 공동모델을 이용하여 해석하고 앙상블로 설계한다. IMT-2000의 상.하향 링크 주파수 범위인 1.885~2.2GHz에서 안테나를 측정한 결과 임피던스 대역폭은 약 21%이였으며, $\pm$37$^{\circ}$의 지향각 오차를 보였다.

오늘날 웹은 급속도로 확산되어 교육에 있어서 필수적인 존재로 강력한 힘을 발휘하게 되었다. 사이버 교육 환경의 시대를 맞이하여 웹을 이용한 학습 활동의 비중은 점점 더 증가되었지만 대다수의 웹기반 교수 (Web-based Instruction : WBI)학습 사이트들이 비장애인 중심의 사용자 인터페이스로 설계됨에 따라 청각 장애인을 학습 공간에서 격리 시키고 학습 능력을 저하시키는 이중 장애를 발생시키고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 최근 청각 장애인의 교육방법으로 대두되고 있는 이중언어-이중문화 접근법 (Bilingual Method : 2Bi 이론)을 활용하여 청각 장애인의 WBI 학습 능력을 신장시킬 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하였다. 본 사용자 인터페이스의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청각 장애인의 웹접근성을 고려한 인터페이스를 설계하여 청각 장애 학습자가 보다 쉽게 학습 공간에 접근하게 하였다. 둘째, 청각 장애인의 장애 정도 및 학습 성취 정도에 따라 3단계 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하여 수준별 학습이 가능하다. 셋째, 순차적 반복 학습이 가능하여 청각 장애인의 학습 능력뿐 아니라 의사소통 기능 향상에도 긍정적인 영향을 제공한다.

개인의 선호도 및 취향에 부합하는 이성을 만나기 위한 다양한 유형의 프로그램들과 어플, 그리고 인터넷 사이트가 등장하였으나 실효성이 부족하여 활용도가 낮은 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 요구조건을 만족하는 이성을 찾고 흥미 있는 이벤트를 가미하여 회원의 관심을 유도하고, 이와 관련된 데이터를 체계적인 관리하는 맞춤형 이상형 찾기 프로그램의 설계 및 구현방법을 제안하였다. 본 시스템에서는 누구나 회원가입이 가능하며 회원들 상호간의 정보교류를 위해 채팅과 쪽지보내기, 게시판 등의 기능을 구현했고, 원하는 이성을 찾을 수 있도록 검색조건을 세분화하여 사용자의 만족도를 제고시킬 수 있도록 설계하였다. 현재 개발된 본 시스템을 좀 더 확장할 경우에는 미지의 많은 자료 중에서 본인이 제시하는 조건에 부합하는 자료를 쉽고 빠르게 찾고 관리할 수 있으며, 이를 위해 설계단계부터 용도 변경의 유연성을 부여했다.

This study analyses the relationship with the feature of the web usability and Social commerce. Therefore, this research tries to investigate the relationship about in which the characteristic of the web-site usability is connected through the confidence about the Social commerce site to the re-purchase. The existing research that the information system and Electronic commerce relates is considered and the usability factor about the Social commerce site tries to be drawn and these try to verify on the relationship with the trust building of the user about the Social commerce site and purchasing intention through the positive research. The result is follows. First, the visual property of the Social commerce site was confirmed to have the descriptive ability noted to the confidence. Second, it was confirmed to have the descriptive ability that information characteristic about the Social commerce site notes to the confidence. Third, it was confirmed to have the descriptive ability that relative characteristic about the Social commerce site notes to the confidence. The importance of the web-site usuability has preferentially to be considered in being put through this research and building the confidence of the social commerce user could be known. When running with the social commerce site design, this is determined because it can become the useful standard.
