Purpose: This is a study to design an optimal Edutech teaching-learning platform model that can be linked with various types of LMS to activate e-learning. Methods: For this purpose, the contents of e-learning systems that can be used in the 4th industrial technology of cyber universities and general universities were cross-sectionally analyzed. Results: Cyber universities relied entirely on LMS, and general universities supplemented and utilized different Edutech methods for each professor such as Google Classroom, Zoom video communication, and YouTube in addition to LMS. It was considered that it would be meaningful to provide a minimal algorithm mapping to LMS to share metadata such as Google and YouTube for the Edutech teaching and learning platform model. Conclusion: Therefore, this study is expected to contribute to the improvement of teaching methods and academic achievement through the LMS-based Edutech teaching and learning platform model.

The purpose of this study is to explore factors affecting the effect of e-learning, and to find out the casual relationship among these factors. Subjects are 2,091 students who have participated in e-learning based class during the period of second semester in 2013. Those of them, 1,732 students response to the survey questions. After gathering data, they are analyzed by using Confirmative Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. From the result of Confirmative Factor analysis, data have reduced four factors, and are named as four latent variables likes e-learning effect, contents satisfaction, managing assistant factor, and system functional factor. From the result of Structural Equation Modeling, it is known as the relation and impact among factors: (a) "managing assistant factor" affects to "contents satisfaction" directly. (b) "contents satisfaction" affects to "e-learning effect" directly. (c) "system function factor" affects directly to "contents satisfaction", but does not affect directly to "e-learning effect". (d) both "managing assistant factor" and "system function factor" have an indirect effect on "e-learning effect" via "contents satisfaction".

We investigated the e-learning platforms for higher education in developing countries. First, we introduced e-learning environmental factors such as ICT technology as well as ASEAN Cyber University (ACU) project for developing countries. And then, we presented Cambodian case as an example of e-learning platform for developing countries. We analyzed the national education policy and ICT environment as well as the demands and obstacles of e-learning in Cambodia. We derived e-learning strategies and plans based on the analysis results, and finally proposed e-learning platform C-MOOC Net. In order to verify the proposed scheme, we developed prototype of C-MOOC Net system which is implemented based on open software. As a result, we have met the requirement of networking the C-MOOC hub, supporting localization of local language and personalization of favorite courses respectively.

This study grasped the problem by examining the consciousness of professors about the e-Learning and reached a conclusion as follows. The understanding of the e-Learning in university should be reconsidered and diffused. To activate the e-Learning in university, the education system corresponding to course of the coming education should be introduced by hold the seminar and workshop periodically and establish vision and middle-short range policy for the e-Learning. Also, university should manage by characterizing a web-based class with the major for a learner hoping to take a cyber education course and propel contents development and interchange with a foreign university by concluding a convention for taking lectures having competitive power of an advanced country to make a worldwide university.

With the advance of the Internet and computing technologies, e-learning is now a hot issue worldwide for providing the effective learning on the cyber-space. However, most of existing e-learning contents have been developed mainly based on text, including simple multimedia elements such as images, animations, and voices. This paper suggests a method effective for the computer programming e-learning. The method is based on program visualization using flowcharts. It features the stepwise hierarchical program visualization on the level of statements, the flowchart based visualization for control constructs of languages, visualization over whole programs, visualization compared with source codes, and interaction with users. Finally, we implement a system to realize the suggested method, and execute it for an example program.

The purpose of this paper is to present the effective operation method of cyber home learning system 2.0. Cyber home learning system 2.0 which plays an important role to produce and share data of internet users establishing user-centered internet environment is recently introduced as web 2.0 is beginning to appear. This research is based on the case of the operation on cyber home learning system, research literature of web 2.0 as well as expert consulting and performance test. After doing this research, cyber home learning system 2.0 can bring enormous educational effect when it has online education using web-based discussion tool and long distance consulting linking with off line school education. Redundant system configuration, the distributed processing also may be provided by the service was smooth. Moreover, it demands monitoring team consisting of student, parents and teacher in order to provide developmental service.

CPS(Cyber Physical System)는 사이버 세계(cyber world)와 물리적 세계(physical word)를 연결하여, 현실과 사이버의 정보를 융합 분석하고, 분석한 데이터를 현실에 Feedback 하는 자동적이고 지능적인 제어 시스템이다. 이러한 CPS는 빅데이터를 분석하여 사용자에게 알맞은 정보를 제공해 주며 딥러닝(Deep Learning)을 통해 정확하고 세밀한 Feedback을 제공하는 등 이종 복합 시스템 간의 고신뢰성과 실시간성을 보장하는 무결점 자율 제어 시스템으로 주목 받고 있다. 실생활에서는 의료, 헬스케어, 교통, 에너지, 홈, 국방, 재난대응, 농업, 제조 등에서 폭 넓게 사용되고 있다. 해외에서는 이와 같은 CPS를 이용해 한 분야에 세밀하게 접목시켜 발전을 도모하며, CPS에 의해 변혁되는 데이터 구동형 사회를 준비하고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 CPS를 사용할 때, 보안의 문제점으로 대규모 정전사태가 발생하고, 생명을 위협하는 등의 취약점 또한 드러나고 있어 이에 대한 보안의 중요성과 CPS의 적용분야를 파악하여 전반적인 보안 문제점을 분석하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 주행 중 운전자의 운전작업 중 전방 주의집중 여부를 모니터링하는 연구 방안들을 조사하고 최신 연구 동향을 분석하였으며, 자율주행자동차에서 운전자의 주의집중이 필요한 상황들에 대해 사전에 안내하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 동향을 조사한 결과 대부분의 방법은 시각 자료 기반과 생체신호 기반으로 진행하고 있다. 연구분석 결과를 바탕으로 두 가지 방법 중 본 연구에서는 시각 자료 기반 연구 방법에 초점을 맞추어, 자동차에 설치된 카메라를 통해 수집된 영상에서 운전자의 운전작업 주의 여부를 식별하는 방법들에 대해서 분석을 진행하였다. 주행 영상에서 HoG(histogram of oriented gradients) 특징과 딥러닝 학습을 통해 운전자의 주의집중 여부를 모니터링하는 방법이 효과적임을 제시한다. 본 연구조사를 통해 분석된 운전자 모니터링 방안들을 자율주행 자동차에 적용하기 위한 운전자 주의 태만 경고시스템에 적용이 가능함을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 전기 자동차 배터리 팩 설계에서 성능 예측을 위해 전산유체해석 및 Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM)를 활용한다. 두 계산 모두의 예측이 상당한 유사성을 나타내며, 전산유체해석은 시스템 유체 역학을 고려한 상세한 물리 모델을 제공하고, LSTM은 시계열 데이터를 기반으로 한 딥러닝 모델로 효과적으로 패턴을 파악, 향후 온도 상승을 예측한다. 결과는 두 접근 모두가 효과적인 예측을 제공하며 향후 전기 자동차 배터리 팩 설계 및 최적화에서 종합적인 접근의 필요성을 강조한다. 특히, LSTM 기반 예측에 소요되는 시간은 계산 유체 역학의 약 25%로, 약 일주일 정도로 빠르게 확인 가능하다. 이는 현대 산업 환경에서 시간적 효율성이 중요한 측면을 강조하며, 계산 유체 역학의 상세한 물리 모델링과 LSTM의 빠른 예측 속도를 결합한 설계 방법론을 제안한다.

본 논문은 금융 범죄 중 하나인 보이스피싱을 실시간으로 예방하기 위한 탐지 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 모델은 수화기에 출력되는 음성을 녹음하고 네이버 CSR(Cloud Speech Recognition)을 통해 텍스트 파일로 변환한 후 딥러닝 기반의 KoBERT를 바탕으로 다양한 보이스피싱 패턴을 학습하여 실시간 환경에서의 신속하고 정확한 탐지를 위해 실제 통화 데이터를 적절하게 처리하여, 이를 통해 효과적인 보이스피싱 예방에 도움을 줄 것으로 예상된다.
