Internet is in rapid growth from technology to total social environment, so technical and syntax based cyber crime is evolved but also psychological and semantic based one is showing. In this paper, we analyze the cyber-crime cases announced by police, then classify it into social and technical influence. After that, we study the profiling method on psychological view point of cyber-crimes. We expect that it is possible to classify cyber-crimes into the categories rapidly and take less time to analyze and response.

본 논문에서는 딥웹 환경에서 사이버 범죄 활동에 대한 정보를 중심으로 분석한다. 분석된 정보는 사이버 수사기관에 범죄 분석을 위한 보조정보로 활용될 수 있도록 지원하는 것과 청소년들의 사이버 범죄에 대한 위중성 및 범법성을 인지시키기 위한 교육을 목적으로 활용될 수 있도록 연구되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 크롤링, 파싱, 시각화 3가지 과정을 기반으로 딥웹 환경에서 활동하고 있는 정보를 키워드를 중심으로 수집하고 분석하는 솔루션 환경을 구현하였다. 분석된 정보는 사이버에서 일어나는 많은 범죄활동 가운데 가장 일어나기 쉬운 범죄 유형과 주의 깊게 수사가 이루어져야 할 범죄들을 정리하며, 수사의 방향성을 캐치 할 수 있도록 지원하는 기능을 포함한다.

This study tests a model for the effect of low self-control on cyber crime and its mediating process. Intervening variables include smartphone addiction, social learning and opportunity variables. Analyzing a data from college students in Seoul, it is shown that the effect of low self-control has a significant effect on smartphone addiction. Results also show that smartphone addiction has a positive significant effect on differential association with illegal peers, illegal definition, and illegal opportunity, and in turn cybercrime. In addition, it is found that low self-control has also a direct effect on differential association with illegal peers, illegal definitions, and illegal opportunity without mediating by smartphone addiction. As a result, it is reveal that the effect of low self-control on cybercrime is indirect and its effect is mediated by smartphone addiction, differential association with illegal peers, illegal definitions, and illegal opportunity.

인터넷과 기타 휴대용 PC등이 발전하고 보편화됨에 따라 인터넷 이용이 편리해짐은 좋지만 비대면성, 비익명성, 비 국경성 등 인터넷의 이러한 특성상 사이버 범죄들이 나날이 다양해지고 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 사이버 범죄 중에서도 스토킹, 원조교제의 수단, 몰래카메라, 사이버음란물 유통 등 각종 신종 성폭력이 심각해지고 있어 사회문제로 끈임 없이 등장하고 있다. 현실세계에서의 성폭력과 마찬가지로 피해자가 느끼는 성적 수치심이나 심적 고통은 피해자의 자아에 깊은 상처를 남기며 더 나아가 왜곡된 성문화를 정착 시키는 새로운 사회적 문제로 작용한다는 점에서 사이버성폭력의 심각성과 문제는 오프라인상의 성폭력범죄에 비해 결코 뒤지지 않을 것이다. 물론 이러한 범죄들에 대한 처벌 조항들은 있다. 그러나 이런 것들이 있음에도 사이버상의 성폭력은 근절되지 않고 있다. 이것은 법적인 조치의 강화를 요구하는 동시에 인터넷을 사용하는 네티즌 스스로의 적극적 대처를 요구하는 것이기도 하다.

A cyber crime has been evolving, as other crimes have. Beyond physical damages such as financial crimes in the cyber world, it has evolved into psychological forms like cyber-bullying. In today's crimes, measures that consider psychological effects of crimes are highly regarded in that fear of crime is considered as well as visible crimes. Accordingly, cyber bullying, which causes psychological damages, needs to be treated very importantly. Because the characteristics of cyber crime is caused by different circumstances from the real world, measures should be taken in different aspects. Rather than physical damages, which can be found in the conventional crimes, cyber crimes cause psychological damages, so the effect that has on inflicting should be specified. Especially, in the environment that virtual reality is ubiquitous through smart phones, it is very difficult to establish measures by considering all the causes of general cyber crimes. Therefore, this study estimated what affects cyber bullying by focusing on personalized faith factor among social bond theory, which can control cyber crimes. As a result, self-controling faith was verified to have a negative effect on cyber bullying, so faith is a very important factor in personalized environment. Thus, it is suggested that the characteristics of cyber space and education of humanism, which can affect individuals' faith should be emphasized.

Cyber society formed by the development of the Internet is growing rapidly. The Internet is very convenient for our daily life, but it comes with negative aspects including cybercrime and cyberbullying. Recently, there have been incidents that show cyber criminal techniques of adolescents are getting more sophisticated and ferocious. To cope with this crime problem, it is necessary to analyze the causes that affect cyber crime offences among adolescents. There are numerous studies on cybercrime, but less attention has been given to trend analysis. To fill this void, this study examined how the factors that affected the cyber crime offences among adolescents have been changed over time according to transitions in social structure. Implications for future research and policies for adolescents' cyber crime prevention such as time considered response strategies are discussed based on the findings.

As with the vast array of computer technology and its rapid development, along with the entry of the internet as one of the necessities of life, the so-called cyber space has become a vital component of our modern day living. While such cyber space has provided the society with much convenience and utility as to the gathering and acquiring of information, crimes involving cyber space has accordingly increased in both number and form, Nevertheless, the conventional law as existed before the development of the cyber space were unable to meet the demands of this new breed of crime, which inevitably led to the gap in the government ability to punish such criminals, Thus, in response to the rising number of cyber crimes, a large number of nations have either created or is in the process of committing human and financial resources to strengthen the investigative powers relating to cyber crimes and creating a new area of prohibiting such crimes. As a overview of cyber crime, (1)defines the terms, describes features of cyber crime, (2)explains the international prevention necessity of cyber crime, and (3)the necessity of legislating the cyber crime Fundamental Act (4)the recognition of the evidential values on the confiscated electronic records and reviews types of cyber crime including cyberterror. Lastly, emphasizes necessity on international cooperation for prevention of cyber crime as usual.

When current cyber attacks to information and communication facilities are examined, technologies such as chase evasion technology and defense deviation technology have been rapidly advanced and many weak systems worldwide are often used as passages. And when newly-developed cyber attack instruments are examined, technologies for prefect crimes such as weakness attack, chase evasion and evidence destruction have been developed and distributed in packages. Therefore, there is a limit to simple prevention technology and according to cases, special procedures such as real-time chase are required to overcome cyber crimes. Further, cyber crimes beyond national boundaries require to be treated in international cooperation and relevant procedural arrangements through which the world can fight against them together. However, in current laws, there are only regulations such as substantial laws including simple regulations on Punishment against violation. In procedure, they are treated based on the same procedure as that of general criminal cases which are offline crimes. In respect to international cooperation system, international criminal private law cooperation is applied based on general criminals, which brings many problems. Therefore, this study speculates the procedural law on cyber crimes and presents actual problems of our country and its countermeasures.

In recent years, as smart phone penetration rate is growing explosively, new forms of cyber crime data is poured out beyond the limits of management system for cyber crime investigation. These new forms of data are collected and stored in police station but, some of data are not systematically managed. As a result, investigators sometimes miss the hidden data which can be critical for a case. Crime data is usually generated by computer which produces complex and huge data and records many logs automatically, so it is necessary to simplify a collected data and cluster by crime pattern. In this paper, we categorize all kinds of cyber crime and simplify crime database and extract critical clues relative to other cases. Through data mining and network-visualization, we found there is correlation between clues of a case. From this result, we conclude cyber crime data mining helps crime prevention, early blocking and increasing the efficiency of the investigation.

The purpose of this study was to exam the casual relationship between Internet addiction and cyber crime's recognition of university student. This study summarize three results. First, male student Internet addiction was higher than female student. Second, it was analyzed that internet addiction group recognizes cyber crime averagely higher than general use group. It is understood that according as internet practical use time increases, they recognize much danger that exposed cyber crimie. Third, cyber criminal recognition by internet addiction did multiplex regression analysis. As a result, Internet addiction was analyzed that cyber crime recognition increases according as increasing of addiction level that connected with usually life difficulty and deviation behavior.
