Optimum Mix Design of Concrete Incorporating Waste Foundry Sand (폐주물사를 혼입한 콘크리트의 적정배합설계)

  • 산업폐기물인 폐주물사를 재활용하여 에너지절감과 환경오염방지효과를 얻을 수 있다. 반요인실험법을 사용하여 폐주물사를 잔골재에 일정비율 치환한 콘크리트의 적정배합설계제시를 위한 예비실험에서 물-시멘트비, 폐주물사의 잔골재치환율, 잔골재율, 슬럼프와 같은 주요변수와 변수사이의 2차상호작용을 파악하였다. 예비실험결과 폐주물사의 잔골재치환율 70%까지 실시하였을 때 폐주물사를 혼입한 콘크리트의 강도 발현에 가장 중요한 변수는 물-시멘트비로 분석되었고 폐주물사의 잔골재치환율은 거의 영향이 없는 것으로 분석되어 폐주물사를 콘크리트의 잔골재로 대체할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 각 변수의 2차상호작용에서는 폐주물사의 잔골재치환율과 잔골재율의 상관관계가 콘크리트의 강도발현에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 목표압축강도에 대한 적정배합조건을 폐주물사의 잔골재 치환율에 따라 물-시멘트비, 잔골재율에 대해 제시하였다.

  • 자율운항선박 육상원격제어사의 육상원격제어능력은 자율운항선박의 안전 운항 달성에 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 특히 화재, 침수와 같은 비상상황은 긴밀한 대처를 필요로 하며, 선박에 자율화된 대응 시스템이 있다 하더라도 육상원격제어사의 비상상황 대응능력은 중요도가 높은 원격제어능력이라 할 수 있다. 하지만 육상원격제어사의 능력에 대한 연구는 대부분 선박조종능력에 편향된 경향을 보이며 선박조종 이외의 비상상황대처에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 자율운항선박의 비상상황에 대한 육상원격제어사의 대처능력을 평가하기 위한 방법으로써 행동기반 비상대응능력 평가 모델을 개념화하여 제시하였다.

산업간호사의 일차 의료 직무 범위에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 1990년 7월 산업안전보건법이 개정된 이후 새로이 명시된 산업간호사의 일차의료 직무의 범위를 규명하기 위하여 시도되었다. 산업간호사의 직무를 개발하기 위한 노력은 노동부가 1991년 5월 직업병예방을 위한 종합대책 중 하나로 산업간호사의 직무 개발 계획을 포함시킨 이후 한국산업안전공단과 대한산업보건협회을 중심으로 활발히 이루어져 왔다 특히 한국산업간호학회에서는 1992년 8월에 그간의 많은 논의와 연구를 기초로 하여 산업간호사의 일차의료행위에 대한 세부직무를 전문가의 의견 일치 방법을 통하여 개발하고자 연찬회를 개최하였다. 본 연구에서 연찬회에서 논의된 결과와 기존 자료 등을 토대로 분석된 산업간호사의 일차의료직무 범위를 (1)산업 간호사의 건강사정 직무범위 (2)통상 증상 처치 직무 범위 (3)외상 및 응급 처치 직무 범위 (4)상병 악화 방지 직무 범위 (5)직업병의 추후관리 직무범위 (6)약품 투약 범위 등으로 구분하여 구체적으로 제시하였다. 이들 범위를 근거로 각 범위 별 깊이를 구체적으로 개발하여야 산업간호사들의 직무범위와 깊이가 결정된다. 앞으로 본 연구가 제시한 직무 범위를 기초로 하여 구체적 직무 범위에 따론 깊이가 개발되어야할 것이다.

저준위 방사성폐기물 유리화에 관한 타당성 분석

  • 최근 전세계적으로 활발히 연구가 진행되고 있는 저준위 방사성폐기물 유리화에 관한 타당성을 조사하기 위해 여러 형태의 유리용융로에 대한 기술성을 분석하고, 기술성 분석에서 선택한 용융로를 이용한 3종류의 새로운 처리개념에 대한 경제성 분석을 수행하였다. 기술성 분석 대상 용융로는 프랑스 CEA/SGN 사의 직접유도가열식 저온로, 미국 VECTRA 사의 수직전극가열식 저온로, 미국 SEG사의 용응금속로 미국 Retech 사의 플라즈마토치 용융로이다. 기술성 분석결과 직접유도가 열식 저온로와 플라즈마토치 용융로를 병행하여 적용하는 것이 바람직하다는 결론을 얻었다. 이 용융로들을 이용한 3종류의 처리개념에 대해 처분부피, 처분단가에 따른 처분비, 처리비를 산정하고 현재 적용하고 있는 처리개념과 상호 비교하였다. 비교 결과 유리화 기술을 적용하는 것이 경제적이라 것과 현재 보다 80 %이상 처분부피를 감소시킬 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

The Aspect of Music Therapists' Experiences in Countertransference and Countertransference Management Ability (음악치료사의 역전이 경험 양상과 역전이 관리 능력)

  • The purpose of this study was to offer fundamental data to manage countertransference, and to research into countertransference management ability by aspects in therapists' experiences in countertransference and their professional characters. For the paper, a survey was conducted on 62 music therapists who provided professional music therapy after finishing graduate school of music therapy through clinical practice and internship, and the result was drawn as follows. Around 84% of participants answered that they had been in trouble by countertransference in the analysis of a questionnaire regarding experience in countertransference. 48% among them first experienced countertransference during the practice in graduate school. 27% and 14% respectively answered that they experienced it within 3 years after graduation and during internship. Also, the result showed that therapists usually had difficulty with adults with mental disease, and the second most difficult clients were children with developmental disabilities. 76% of participants who had difficulty by countertransference answered that they were able to manage it to some degree, and almost all who answered thought that research into countertransference and management were necessary. About the question as to how to manage countertransference, 54% suggested self-analysis and self-therapy. 33% answered that countertransference should be treated through supervision. Finally, 13% of participants answered that it should be handled in graduate school. In this paper, which empirically examined therapists' experience in countertransference and countertransference management ability had meaning in providing essential basic data for music therapists to apply and manage countertransference for therapists themselves, as well as for clients.

  • 본 연구에서는 사회복지시설에 근무하고 있는 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인과 조직요인의 주요변수를 검증하여 사회복지사의 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 방안을 모색하기 위해 진행되었다. 분석자료는 2017년 사회복지 종사자의 보수수준 및 근로여건 실태조사 패널데이터 중 사회복지사 자격증을 갖고 근무하고 있는 사회복지사 8,075명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도는 보통이상(3.40점)이었다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인으로 성별, 연령대, 결혼지위, 이직의도로 나타났고, 조직요인으로 총 보수액, 노동강도 대비 보수수준, 인권보장정도, 시설안전도, 시설유형 변인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

The Relationship between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Geriatric Care Helpers (요양보호사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족 간의 관계)

  • The research on the analysis of relationship between job stress and job satisfaction has been conducted targeting 355 Geriatric Care Helpers who are caring for the elderly people in the geriatric care centers in the area of Busan by the Act of Long-term Care Insurance for the Geriatric. As the method for the analysis t-test was conducted to investigate their job stress, counter-stress experience and effort, and job satisfaction. Also regression analysis was conducted to analyse the factors having effect on the job satisfaction of geriatric care helpers. The results of analysis can be summarized as following. First, job stress of geriatric care helpers at hospitals has shown significant difference from that at geriatric care centers, while job satisfaction of geriatric care helpers at care centers has shown some difference from that at hospitals. Second, measurement experience and effort of job stress was shown to some difference according to each institution. Third, the effect factors on geriatric care helpers were employment type, job stress, stress with patients in the case of hospitals, while those on geriatric care helpers were average wage, employment type, the number of charging patients, job stress, job requirement stress, and stress with patients. However, regardless of the type of employed institution, job satisfaction was shown high in case of full time job, low job stress, and high stress with patients.

Comparison of Electro-Osmotic Pumps with Two Different Types of Porous Glass Frits (두 종류의 다공성 유리막을 이용한 전기삼투 펌프의 비교 연구)

  • Electro-osmotic pumps were fabricated by using two types of porous glass frits. The performance of these pumps was characterized in terms of maximum flow rate, current, and pressure using deionized water and 1 mM sodium tertraborate decahydrate buffer. Maximum flow rate and current when ROBU porous glass frits were used were higher than those when DURAN porous glass frits were used because of the high porosity of the ROBU glass frits. However, the maximum pressure when ROBU glass frits were used was similar to that when DURAN glass frits were used. The therrmodynamic efficiency of a pump with ROBU porous glass frits is approximately twice that of a pump with DURAN porous glass frits. Further, the maximum flow rate at maximum current in the case of ROBU porous glass frits is high. However, it is lower than the maximum pressure at maximum current in the case of DURAN porous glass frits. Further, in this study, we also verified the effectiveness of ROBU glass frits when high flow rate is required and of DURAN glass frits when a high pressure is required.

  • This study was carried out in order to verify the influence that social welfare trust organizational culture and level of empowerment. The study object 656 copies of guns were used to analysis to social worker engaged in to the community welfare agency, old man welfare agency, disabled welfare agency which was social welfare use facilities. Organizational culture and empowerment as it was for an independent variable analyzed correlation to trust and executed regression analysis to grasp a degree of an influence to be mad to trust. Research result, first, Organizational culture appeared to what I affected to trust social group culture, development cultural artist and second, Level of empowerment of social worker appeared to what I affected to trust own a task meaning result and self-determination. There's social welfare is organized in order to improve social welfare gratitude confidence, and it is group culture and development culture, and an level of empowerment to recognize a social welfare private house gives meaning anger to a task and self-determination had to heighten it.

Exploring Antecedent Factor that Influence Dental Hygienist's Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention (치과위생사의 직무만족과 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 선행요인 탐색)

  • Advances in the dental medical field now provide high quality medical service, and thus, it has become important to identify the role of dental hygienists. However, the professional status of dental hygienists has not been acknowledged, and this has resulted in problems such as dissatisfaction and high turnover rates at dental hospitals. This study was undertaken to identify factors that influence dental hygienist job satisfaction and turnover rates. To achieve this we used a synthetic approach incorporating individual (optimism), job (professionalism), and organizational (perceived organizational support) characteristics. Our results showed that optimism, professionalism, and perceived organizational support were positively related to job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction was found to be negatively related to turnover intension and to partially mediate the effect between POS and turnover intention. We believe the results of this study could be used by dental hospitals to address dental hygienist dissatisfaction and high turnover rates.
