다이오드의 소신호 및 대신호 파라미터 추출은 DC 해석, 외부 기생 소자 추출, 마지막으로 5-파라미터에 의한 내부소자 추출로 이루어진다. DC IV-곡선과 S-파라미터의 curve-fitting으로 내부 파라미터를 구하였고 외부 기생소자는 바이어스에 따라 변하지 성질을 이용하였다. 사용된 소자는 Schottky diode는 SIEMENS사의 BAS125를, Varactor diode는 SONY사의 1t362를, PIN diode는 Hitachi사의 HVM14S를 모델로 사용하였다. 실측을 위해 사용된 소자는 각각 HP사의 HSMS-2822, SONY사의 1t362, HP사의 HSMP-3834을 이용하여 측정하였다.

클라이언트의 욕구가 다양화 되어가면서 그에 맞는 사회복지사들의 영역이 확대되어가고 사회복지사의 업무 또한 클라이언트의 욕구에 맞게 다양화, 복잡화, 세분화 되어 가고 있다. 그러나 이러한 각 영역별 사회복지사의 직무가 특화되어 가고 있는 추세에서 사회복지사들의 업무에 대한 표준화 작업이 이루어지지 못한 것이 현실이다. 이로인해 사회복지전문성이 요구되는 다양한 현장에서 체계적인 접근과 전문지식을 효율적으로 발휘할 수 있는 사회복지사의 표준업무를 나타내지 못해 사회복지사에 대한 이미지가 전문가보다는 봉사자라는 인식이 대두되고 있으며, 사회복지사의 고유영역들이 침해받는 등의 문제들이 지적되고 있다.

최근 고감성 PET 사를 이용하여 생산한 PET 직물은 고감성 의류용 직물로서 많이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 고감성 의류용 PET 직물은 다양한 공정을 거치면서 장력이나 열 등의 영향을 받으므로서 사의 물성의 변화를 초래하여 감성 의류용도의 PET 직물에 많은 결점을 유발 시키므로서 직물 생산 시 공정조건 설정 등의 어려움에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 고감성 의류에 치명적인 문제를 유발하는 문제점에 관한 감성사 제조 시의 공정조건 변화와 관련된 연구 논문은 많이 발표가 되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 7개 원사 Maker의 Denier 별 PET 사의 물성을 균일한 길이의 Layer를 설정하여 분석, 조사하고 Layer 별 물성 차이와 습ㆍ건열 열처리 온도에 따른 사의 수축률 등을 비교하므로서 감성 의류용 직물 생산에 필요한 기초 물성 Data를 제공하고 PET 사의 품질향상을 도모하므로서 최종 감성 의류용 직물 소재 개발에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

WTO(세계무역기구)출범 이후 국제적인 설계시장 개방 및 교류가 점차 증가하고 있는 상황에서 국내 건축계도 그동안 이에 대한 다양한 대응방안을 모색해 왔다. 그러나 대부분의 경우 외국건축사의 국내진출과 시장잠식을 우려한 수세적 자세에 머물러 왔으며, 이를 적극적인 자세에서 국내건축사의 해외진출을 확대할 수 있는 기회로 활용하는데에는 소홀히 해온 듯하다. 본지는 이와같은 배경에서 '국내건축사의 해외진출 방안'이라는 주제로 기획특집을 마련, 한국건축의 해외 설계시장 진출상황과 잠재력, 바람직한 접근방향 및 활성화 방안등을 살펴봄으로써 개방화ㆍ국제화를 국내건축계의 새로운 도약을 위한 발판으로 삼을 수 있는 계기를 마련하고자 한다.

This study aims at providing the basic data to help establish the right identity of dental hygienist and develop the work of dental hygienists, and thereby investigating the effect of patients' perception of dental hygienist on their social demand of dental hygienist, by conducting a survey of 300 patients visiting dentists around Busan-Gyeongnam region from April 7, 2012 to April 25, 2012. The collected data is statistically analyzed by SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Science 14.0. SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). First, I analyzed the frequency by suggesting the demographic and descriptive characteristics of data, and conducted t-test and One-Way ANOVA at 5% of significance level to figure out the degree of perception and social demand of dental hygienists depending on customers' reason for visiting dentists, and also conducted regression analysis to find the effect of the perception of dental hygienist on patient's social demand of dental hygienist. The result suggests that as the perception of the dental hygienists' role, the social demand for dental hygienists' image increases, but as perception of dental hygienists' image increases, the social demand of dental hygienists' image decreases. Therefore, it suggests that as the knowledge about dental hygienists increases, patients demand their service more, while the perception of their image lowers the social demand for their image. It turns out that as the knowledge of dental hygienists increase, the social demand for the knowledge also increases.

폴리에스테르 직물 제조 공정은 원사에서 사가공 공정을 거쳐 제직 준비 및 제직 공정, 염ㆍ가공 공정으로 분류된다. 이들 공정 중 사가공 공정에서 DTY 사를 제조할 때의 가사 방식에 따라 생산된 사의 품질에 큰 영향을 끼친다. 일반적으로 DTY 사의 품질은 사가 가지는 Bulky 성에 따라 그 품질을 평가하는데 이러한 사의 벌키성은 직물이 가지는 촉감과 밀접한 관계를 가지므로 가공사의 중요한 특성이라 할 수 있다. (중략)

This study identified the relationship between professional competence of social workers, organizational commitment, and happiness, and then analyzed the effect of professional competence on the happiness of social workers and the mediating effect of organizational commitment. The survey for data collection was conducted among employees of social welfare facilities located in Gyeonggi Province. We analyzed the data from 203 participants who agreed to the purpose of this study. For the collected data, descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression analyses were performed using SPSS 22.0. The data analyses showed that the professional competence of social workers was found to have a meaningful effect on the happiness and organizational commitment of social workers. Second, organizational commitment of social workers was found to have a meaningful effect on happiness. Third, organizational commitment was found to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between professional competence and the happiness of social workers. Based on the results, this study suggested that professional competence affects the happiness of social workers and also recommends practical plans that can improve organizational commitment.

This research purports to examine the mediating effects of right perception and performance at service processes in relationship to the social worker's professionalism and user advocacy. As the research method, 198 social workers were surveyed, and structural equation was used for analysis. The research findings showed that the professionalism of social workers had a direct influence on right perception, right performances at service processes and user-advocacy. However, right perception at service processes do not have a direct influence on user advocacy. In addition to this right perception and performances at service processes was proven to be an important mediator between a social worker's professionalism and user advocacy. As a result, this research has implied the necessity for social work practice to promote user-advocacy.

This study was aimed to investigate the relation between codependency and mental health and to get a idea dealing with social worker's codependency for their healthy and professional caring, which is an important factor between social worker and client in social work practice. The subjects of this study consisted of 290 social workers working in social welfare facilities of Gangwon-do. The data were collected through self-reported questionnaires from Jun. to Oct., 2013. Results indicated that codependency showed over 50% of social workers were moderate-severe level and there were the significant correlation between codependency and mental health. Implications of findings of this study were discussed.

최근에 클라우드 기반으로 가상 네트워크 기능이 더해진 Network Function Virtualization(NFV)이 미래 네트워크 설계에 큰 이슈가 되고 있다. NFV는 클라우드 보다 네트워크 토폴로지가 있고, 정책에 따른 변경이 용이해야 되며, 고가용성이 요구되고, 높은 전송률 처리를 위해 고성능이어야 한다. NFV 전체 구조에서 최상위 제어기인 Orchestrator의 구조와 제품을 분석하고자 한다. NFV 제품으로는 Cyan사의 Blue Planet, HP사의 Director, Ericsson사의 Cortex Service Orchestrator, Telefornica사의 Openmano 등이 있다. 이때 소스와 GUI가 공개 된 Openmano를 분석하여 Orchestrator 이해에 도움이 되고자 한다.
