산업재해보상보험법(법률 제4826호) 4조 1항에 의하면 '업무상 재해라 함은 업무상의 사유에 의한 근로자의 부상, 질병, 신체장애 또는 사망을 말한다'로 규정되어 있습니다. 질병을 포함한 재해가 업무상 사유에 의한 것인가의 여부를 판단하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니며 더욱이 국가의 사회적.경제적 여건에 따라 시대적으로 업무관련성의 범위나 인정기준등 개념이 변화되고 있기 때문에 산업보건분야 관련 종사자들은 관심을 갖고 항시 그 흐름을 파악하는 것이 바람직합니다. 본 란에서는 관계자 분들의 이해를 돕기 위해 근로복지공단에서 발행되는 '산재보험법판례속보'에 게재된 내용을 선별하여 업무상 재해 인정에 관한 최근의 법원 사례를 소개합니다.

The purpose of this paper draws out a theoretical frame for dwelling space from Heidegger's thought, "Dwelling" and analyze Luis Baraggan's housing design as an instance of the practical expression of them. The 'creative inculturation' of dwelling space is possible through familiarity by disclosuring in time and place. Heidegger suggests that place as existential space represents the occasion revelation of incidents in Dasein. He interprets the dwelling as creative openness in which elements comprising this world face and interact with each other into one. Openness may be referred to a dynamic coordination in which the each and the world sustain each other under incessant mutual tension, but not sticking each other. Creative inculturation is determined according to how deeper conversation was made internally. To complete the process properly requires determining several relationships involved in the land area.land area.

Recently, global pollution reached the critical level. Thus, new paradigm for the development and conservation of natural resources appear. This is so called Environmentally sound and Sustainable development. Ecological Architecture proposed as a proposal for the paradigm. This research deals with Christian Thoughts about the Ecological Architecture planning. The results are as follows; First, Sustainable development is new paradigm that is suitable for the Christian Integrity of Creation. Second, Ecological Architecture will be better when the people have full of the Christian love.

(사유) 5개 신도시의 공동주택사업승인분 감소가 주된 요인으로 작용하였으며, 주거용 건축물의 재건축을 제한한 9.4조치의 영향이 있었음. $\circ$ 상업용 건축 ''91.10월중 상업용 건축은 전년대비 $19.9\%$ 증가하였으며, $1\~10$월 누계치는 $6.5\%$ 감소를 나타냄. Architectural color has been preserved the multiple characteristics reflected the change of social value criteria and technical development. Especially, the change of technical paradigm has led to variation from simple and fixed color system, as through the considerable change of architect's subject thinking, favored and symbolic system. Now, architectural color has also been revealed as the timely, moving, behavioral and existent color by anthropolatric thinking system. Therefore, it could be transformed expressive system reflected from abstract-pictorial characteristics, from the fixed to non-determining system, constructive to non-constructive system, context to expressive system, reasonal to emotional system, respectively. So, the range of architectural color has been extended as a element in reinforced the planned concept of the architect beyond the past decorated and symbolic color scope. As thereinafter, future's architectural color could be expected to concrete to the public-friendly relation system, developed widely to the system for reinforcing the concept not introduction of meaningless, fragmental and instinct color through the relational adaptation with design concept.

괴테의 불완전성 정리와 그것의 역사적 배경을 이루었던 힐베르트의 프로그램이 어떤 관계에 놓이느냐 하는 쟁점은 전자가 후자를 논박하느냐 하는 문제로 요약될 수 있다. 전자는 수리논리학에서의 한 정리이고 후자는 어떤 철학적 해석이 요구되는 요소를 지니고 있다. 따라서 전자는 '그 자체만으로는' 후자를 논박할 수 없으며, 어떤 철학적 해석이 부여될 때에만 그런 일은 가능할 수 있다. 후자가 지니고 있는 철학적 요소 중에서 가장 중요한 것은 힐베르트의 "유한주의"의 개념이다. 이 개념에 대해서 어떤 철학적 해석이 부여되느냐에 따라, 전자는 후자를 논박할 수도 있고 그렇지 않을 수도 있다. 특히, 힐베르트의 "유한주의"에 대한 철학적 해석은 괴델의 "특수한 유한주의적" 해석과 겐첸의 "구성주의적 해석"으로 대변할 수 있으며, 각각 논박설과 반논박설의 근거를 제공하고 있다. 결국, 문제는 그러한 철학적 해석들이 힐베르트의 사유에 비추어 얼마나 정당한가 하는 점이다. 이 글에서 나는 겐첸의 해석이 괴델의 해석에 대해 대등하게 경합적일 뿐만 아니라, 어떤 점에서는 힐베르트의 사유에 비추어 더 정당하다는 것을 보이고자 한다.

Cases of the time extension have continuously transpired in the public construction projects. The potential of economical loss and claims is increased because the concerned parties such as an owner or a contractor have not properly performed their own responsibility for the time extension. Therefore, this paper aimed to improvement of apportioning responsibility for the time extension in construction projects.

비실시간 온라인 수업은 학습자가 원하는 시간에 학습을 할 수 있고, 공간의 제약이 없다는 장점이 있다. 그러나 실시간으로 이루어지는 수업이 아니다 보니 수업 콘텐츠에 문제가 있거나, 설명이 부족한 부분에 대한 학습자들의 의견이 교수자에게 전달하는 것에 한계점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 수업 콘텐츠를 듣는 학습자들의 피드백 정보를 교수자에게 전달하는 시스템을 제안한다. 학습자에게는 온라인 녹화 수업 콘텐츠를 정지했을 시 정지 사유를 조사하고, 정지 사유와 정지한 콘텐츠의 시간 정보를 교수자에게 전달할 수 있고, 교수자에게는 학습자들의 온라인 녹화 수업 영상의 피드백 정보와 정지시간을 교수자에게 그래프로 나타내어 한눈에 수업 콘텐츠의 문제점이 많은 부분을 파악할 수 있게 해서 전달한다. 교수자는 피드백을 반영해 콘텐츠를 재업로드하여 질 높은 수업 콘텐츠로 인해 학습자들은 학업 성취도를 높일 수 있을 것이다.
