Recently a variety of companies as the growing importance of big data are in the process of research and development for large-scale data collection and management. In addition, a situation that collects all necessary data inside and outside the enterprise to improve the manufacturing environment and the service environment. In this paper, we collect to ingest the mouth-time work for companies within the temple. Also, in conjunction with the NFC tag of the smart phone and employee information stored in the database. Utilizing this determines whether or not the employee attendance and the authority to automatically access to the database or resource within the enterprise. The proposed system is considered to be able to increase the accessibility and efficiency of a database or a resource in the enterprise.

This paper analyzed the effect of attribution of career success on the occupational adaptation of college graduates, with the Korean Education Employment Panel (KEEP) data. The analysis results are as follows: First, there was a significant difference in self-efficacy and occupational adaptation according to attribution. Workplace satisfaction was the highest when attributing of effort for career success, and effort attribution also was the most influential in job satisfaction and self-efficacy. On the other hand, workplace satisfaction, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy level were the lowest in fortune attribution, indicating that fortune attribution has a negative effect on the on the occupational adaptation. Second, as in the mediating effect of the relationship between attribution of career success and occupational adaptation by Sobel-test, it was found that there was a mediating effect of self-efficacy. The results of this study shows that the more new employees perceive their career success to depend on their own efforts, the more they believe they can successfully accomplish their duties, and can adapt with more effort and patience in the face of stress. These results imply that it is possible to increase occupational adaptation by providing intrinsic and extrinsic rewards for new employees to have an effort attribution to career success.

The painting layer of Payathonzu temple mural paintings in the ruins of Bagan Myanmar has been damaged due to various reasons. In this study, the applicability of Neem resin, a traditional Myanmar adhesive, as a fixative on the painting layer was examined. Cow glue and Paraloid B-72 were selected as fixatives in the comparison group, and pseudo-specimens with conditions similar to the original mural paintings were produced to examine the changes before and after applying the fixatives and according to the deterioration experiments. As a result of conducting the experiments and comparing the fixatives, it was found that changes on the surface such as smudge, yellowing and gloss are greater with the application of higher concentration of Neem resin than with other fixatives. However, such changes were relatively small under the condition of 4% concentration. It was also confirmed that chromaticity and glossiness vary greatly between before- and after-application of the fixatives but that such discrepancies tend to decrease at 4% concentration compared to other concentrations. As for fixation strength, it was found that the fixation capacity of Neem resin on the base and painting layers is overall higher than other fixatives as the concentration is increased. Therefore, the applicability of 4% concentration of Neem resin as a fixative on the painting layer was confirmed considering the low surface changes according to environmental factors, low color discrepancy and glossiness, and characteristics of excellent fixation strength. It is believed that the findings of this study could be used as basic data for the preservation of Payathonzu temple mural paintings in the future.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effects of CSR activities on a defense manufacturing employees' organizational trust and job satisfaction and the mediating effect of organizational trust. To conduct such examinationusing, 289 valid samples collected from field employees of H-company(defense manufacturer) in Chang Won. The empirical analysis results are summarized as follows. First, corporate CSR activities were found to affect job satisfaction of field employees. Second, corporate CSR activities were analyzed to be a very important motivator for field employees. In other words, it can be interpreted that employees who perceive that their organization is actively fulfilling social responsibilities have a high level of perception of organizational trust. Third, it was found that the higher the organizational trust of the employees, the higher the job satisfaction. Fourth, as a result of verifying whether there is a mediating effect of organizational trust in the relationship between corporate CSR activity and job satisfaction, it was found that the full mediating effect and the partial mediating effect were mixed.

This paper presents results of flight experiments on a navigation algorithm including multiplicative extended Kalman filter for estimating attitude of the guided munition. The filter describes orientation of aircraft by data fusion with low-cost sensors where measurement update is done by multiplication, rather than addition, which is suitable for quaternion representation. In determining attitude from vector observations, the existing approach utilizes a 3-axis accelerometer as a 2-axis inclinometer by measuring gravity to estimate pitch and roll angles, while GNSS velocity is used to derive heading of the vehicle. However, during accelerated maneuvers such as coordinated flight, the accelerometer provides inadequate inclinometer measurements. In this paper, the measurement update process is newly defined to complement the vulnerability by using different vector observations. The acceleration measurement is considered as a result of a centrifugal force and gravity during turning maneuvers and used to estimate roll angle. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through flight experiments.

국제적으로 개발되고 있는 전자해도는 선박의 대형화 고속화로 인한 각종해난사고의 예방과 급증하는 해상교통을 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 안전항해시스템의 기본데이터로 사용된다. 국제기구인 IHO는 1996년에 전자해도관련 국제표준을 제정하고 각 회원국에 전자해도 개발을 강력히 권고하였으며 이에 따라 국내에서도 국립해양조사원이 1999년 완료를 목표로 전자해도 개발을 추진하고 있다. 전자해도의 개발과정은 기존의 종이해도를 디지틀화 하는 것에서 출발하며 이 과정에서 CIS를 이용한다. 국내에서는 수로데이터의 처리에 강력한 기능을 갖고 있는 CARIS를 사용하여 수치해도를 제작하고 이 데이터를 기본으로 전자해도 데이터를 생성한다. 실제로 종이해도를 스캔한 이미지 파일을 벡터화하고 각종 관련 규약에 맞게 편집하여 수치해도를 제작하며 이를 바탕으로 S-57 기반의 전자해도를 제작한다. 이 과정에서 CARIS는 이미지의 벡터화, 각종 심볼의 입력, 좌표변환, 오브젝트의 입력ㆍ수정등을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 KRISO가 1995년 말부터 국립해양조사원에서 위탁받아 연구한 전자해도 개발과정과 검수과정을 소개하고 그 과정에서 사용된 CARIS의 활용에 대해 설명한다. 이러한 고찰을 통해 향후 중요하계 다루어질 전자해도의 공급 및 관리시스템의 GIS 활용을 고려할 수 있을 것이다.

해무는 해면에 인접한 층에서 수증기가 응결하여 대기 중에 부유하는 현상으로 기상학적으로 수평 가시거리가 1km이하 일때로 정의되며 해무로 인해 항공기 이착륙 지연, 교통사고, 운항 통제, 인명 피해 등 사회적, 경제적 피해를 유발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 해무 발생, 탐지, 예측과 관련한 연구를 비교 분석하여 향후 연구개발의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 해무 발생, 예측과 관련하여 연구개발이 진행되어 왔으나 해무의 특성상 규칙성이 약하고 고정적인 측정법이나 이를 다루기 위한 네트워크가 부족하여 예측하기가 어렵다. 특히, 국내에서는 국립해양조사원과 기상청에서 해무 탐지 및 예측에 관한 연구개발 및 서비스가 진행되고 있으나 현업화가 이루어지지 않거나 특정지점에 대한 정보만 제공되고 있는 한계가 있다. 따라서, CCTV영상, 인공위성 영상, 시정계, 기상자료, 수치모형을 통해 수집된 정보를 통합하여 예측할 수 있는 인공지능기반의 해무 탐지 및 예측 기술개발이 진행되어야 할 것이다.

본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷에 관한 관련 기술을 이용하여 분산 데이터 동기화 표준인 SyncML을 통해 무선 인터터넷 환경에서의 실제적으로 응용 가능한 영업 사원의 업무 자동화 (SPA : Sails Force Automation) 솔루션을 무선디바이스인 PHOPNE 과 PDA 에서 운영할 수 있는 최적 동기화 모듈의 설계와 구현에 목적이 있다. 본고에서는 무선 인터넷 기술, 동기화 기술, 영업사원의 업무 자동화 기술에 언급하고 세 가지 기술을 이용하여 실질적으로 물류, 유통 업무에 사용 할 수 있게 객체 지향 설계 방법과 소스를 분석하여 최적화된 시스템을 도출하고 그것을 통해 무선단에서 경량화된 동기화 최적의 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 무선단에서 여러 제약 사항 특히 데이터의 관리에 있어서의 문제점을 동기화 기술을 통해 많은 데이터를 효과적으로 관리함으로써 대용량의 데이터베이스와 디바이스에 상관없이 분산 데이터 일관성과 통합관리 기능을 유지하고 무선단에서 지연성(disconnection)에 대한 신뢰성을 유지 할 수 있는 시스템을 분석과 설계를 통해 객체지향적인 방법으로 고려해서 시스템을 구축하였다.
