This study was to performed to get the reference data of the kinetic parameters for normal subjects according to the arm swing type. Forty-five normal subjects($22.62{\pm}2.69years$) pariticpated in this study and preformed 4 sequence according to the arm swing type as follows; first procedure-normal arm swing, second procedure-one arm swing, thrid procedure-no arm swing, fourth procedure-fitness arm swing. There were significant differences according to the arm swing type in the kinetic parameters such as walking speed, hip power, ground reaction force of vertical in terminal stance phase(p<.05). These finding can be utilized (a) as a reference for kinetic data of gait analysis in normal subjects, and (b) as an aide in evaluating and treating patients who have problems relating to gait.

This paper aims to examine the mediating effects of client involvement and client utilizing willingness among consultant competency, consultation process and consulting performance. To accomplish the purpose, the analysis was conducted with 446 SMEs which had a consulting experience. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS and AMOS for Windows. This study used several statistical techniques such as descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, feasibility analysis, Sobel test and the significance test of indirect effects. All studied factors presented meaningful results(+) except the path of consultant competency and client involvement. The client utilizing willingness presented the mediating role between consultation process and consulting performance. Consequently, it said that consultation process with client utilizing willingness was more important than consultant competency itself.

Since the Ronan Point apartment collapsed in 1968, researches on the progressive collapse have been intermittently conducted, and the collapse of the World Trade Center twin towers made the researches active again. In the United States guidelines such as GSA (2003) and DoD (2005) were provided for design and analysis of building structures against the progressive collapse. In this study the progressive collapse-resisting capacity of steel moment resisting frames designed by KBC-2005 was investigated using linear elastic static analysis and linear dynamic analysis procedures suggested in the guidelines. The results showed that in accordance with the GSA guideline the moment frame designed only for gravity load turned out to be vulnerable to the progressive collapse, whereas the lateral load resisting frame designed for earthquake load satisfied the criteria for progressive collapse. However both systems sailed to satisfy the criteria of the DoD-2005 guideline.

ICT education guidelines revised in 2005 reinforce computer science elements such as algorithm, data structure, and programming covering all schools. And Ministry of Education emphasizes STEAM education. Most important is that "How instruct them". This means necessity of contents. So this paper suggests learning method of Stack and Queue using LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT. The main purpose is that how stack and queue are used, when robot explore realistic maze. Teaching and learning strategies are algorithm, flowchart, and NXT-G programming. Simple maze has path in left or right, but complex maze has three-way intersection. These are developed by authors. Master robot explores maze and push stack, and then return to entrance using stack. Master robot explores maze and transmits path to slave's queue. And then slave robot drives without exploration. Students can naturally learn principles and applications of them. Through these studies, it can improves ability of logical and creative thinking. Furthermore it can apply to ICT and STEAM education.

Seventeen domestic banks, Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd. and Korea Post provide their subscribers with banking services such as statement service, funds transfer, and application for loans through Internet banking sites, which have become ever-increasing banking services for individual and corporation and government subscribers. First, this study aimed at presenting a process of determining factors to measure customers' perception while using Internet banking for doing transactions. Secondly, this paper attempted to unveil a list of major factors that Internet banking customers perceive while accessing the web sites to do their business with their banks. This study also suggested the features of those factors, which would help improve our understanding of Web usage for Internet banking. This result of the paper will lead further understanding of factors associated with Internet uses in other economic activities, which enable practitioners such as web designers and security specialists to provide Internet banking subscribers with better services in a safe and convenient web pages.

The paper constructs the economic theory of sleeping patents in the knowledge-based economy. Starting with the definition of sleeping patents, we suggest the types of sleeping patents, intended and unintended ones. While intended sleeping patents are divided into 'for-defending technological position' and 'for-describing past technology', unintended sleeping patents include frictional, intrinsic, market-deficient, and institutional ones. We also introduce the concept of the natural rate of sleeping patent and measure the social loss due to sleeping patents. The study can contribute to solving policy problems for utilizing registered patents. For example, if we measure the natural rate of sleeping patent in Korea, we can estimate 'tolerable rate of sleeping patent' and control the extend of policy intervention for patents utilization. Since we invest the theory of sleeping patents firstly, the suggested concepts should be elaborated through further discussion in depth.

Web accessibility refers to the practice of providing equal access to web sites to people without and with disability. This study aims to investigate the web content accessibility of 153 university libraries in Korea, and further suggest the approach to implement an effective university library web site to meet Korean Web Content Accessibility Guidelines(KWCAG). Survey was conducted with two steps. The first step was to find out the general level of web accessibility of all university library web sites using an automatic appraisal tool, KADO-WAH2.0, and the detailed examination of web accessibility check items was limited to 19 web sites which proved excellent in automatic appraisal. Regretfully, the result says that there is no perfect web site. Therefore every university library is advisable to make good use of the findings to meet all the requirements of KWCAG. In particular, the basic requirements, such as voice service, resizing and highlighting text, must be fulfilled by priority and to almost all contents.

The importance of the security management system for the aviation infrastructure cannot be overemphasized. What is especially important on the security management system for it is the assessment that is detaild and systematic. This article presents a framework based on a Hanulcha-type security management system model for a Information security of the Aviation infrastructure. This system checks, estimates and analyzes the goal of security with effect, especially in case of the security-accident on the aviation infrastructure because this system model gives the integrated security assessment method.

A bearing failure in RCS(Reinforced Concrete Column and Steel Beam) system is recognized as one of the distinct joint failure modes for the composite frames. Vertical and transverse reinforcement in addition to concrete are effective for better transfer of vortical forces through concrete bearing. To examine the effect of the vertical bars, tie bars, a U-type detail developed in this study and concrete confinement, local bearing tests were conducted using 22 small-scale concrete block specimens. Test results show that vertical reinforcement and tie bars mainly contribute to the bearing capacity. However larger amounts of tie reinforcement are required than those recommend from ASCE guidelines, to apply the nominal concrete strength as 2 $f_{ck}$ over the bearing area. Cross ties are proved to be highly effective for resisting the vertical forces. Maximum bearing strength can be increased upto 2.5 $f_{ck}$ . An accurate prediction model for bearing strength is proposed for better design of the composite Joint.

The cost of repairing the deterioration of concrete structures due to corrosion of the reinforcement steel has been the prominent figure in the maintenacne of the reinforced-concrete infrastructures. As an alternative material to steel reinforcement, the use of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) bar in concrete is being actively studied for the high resistance of chemical environment and high strength to weight ratio properties of FRP. However, there remain various aspects of FRP properties that still need to be studied before the standard design criteria can be established. One of the imminent issues is the bond between FRP and concrete. In this study, the bond-behavior of FRP bars in concrete is investigated via the pullout test with three varying parameters: surface condition of FRP bars, concrete compression strength, and cyclic loading patterns. As a result of experiment, the bond strength of GFRP increased with the concrete compression strength increasing and decreased with applying cyclic load.
