In general, blast vibrations could make underground cavern unstable by causing relative movements between the surrounding rock blocks that are divided by discontinuities such as joints and faults around the cavern. In the study, a blast guideline was established to obtain the stability of a large-scale cavern for underground crusher room in an open pit limestone mine in Korea. The guideline was suggested in the form of a standard calculation method of the maximum charge per delay for a safe blast. The allowable level of peak particle velocity for the cavern was determined based on the result of a numerical analysis using FLAC2D. The ground vibration data required for the study was obtained from field measurements.

In this study, we propose a method to improve the guideline for accessibility of mobile applications based on the results of manual evaluation of 8 mobile online shopping applications which are widely used in Korea. 13 items of mobile online shopping application were found to have low compliance rate, and 5 items such as response time control were observed and there was no corresponding items. In the current mobile application accessibility guidelines, it is necessary to delete the check items that are not relevant or meaningless, and to provide additional logical items such as logical ordering and form creation, and to improve the accessibility of mobile applications, The government should make efforts to develop and disseminate the development guide, and to resolve the digital devides.

This study was to investigate the level of knowledge and adherence to EBP guidelines for hemodialysis among nurses in dialysis units. Self-administered questionnaire was used that data were collected. The sample consisted of 173 nurses who worked in hemodialysis units located in three different district areas in Korea. Using SPSS/WIN 20.0, t-test, ANOVA and Scheff's analysis were performed. About 98.8% of nurses in dialysis units had received education mostly from dialysis conferences or symposium. The knowledge score for EBP was 15.77 (out of 23) on average. Subjects with more than 8 years of work experience, master degree and those working in tertiary hospital showed significantly higher scores. Despite that there are internationally acknowledge evidence based guidelines for hemodialysis, the actual adherence to guidelines varies by experience, education level and types of hospital. The findings of this study can be baseline data for further research into development of strategies to enhance knowledge of hemodialysis nurses and utilization of EBP guidelines.

This study was conducted on 3,418 cases of cardiopulmonary arrest patients' detailed status table (2020, raw data) collected in 2020. Also, it is a retrospective narrative research that investigates and examines related laws and guidelines. The main findings are as follows. First, the implementation rate of 'bystander CPR' was 30.66% (1047 cases) and it was a remarkable result. It can be inferred the quality of the relevant laws and guidelines. Second, 'Public access defibrillation (shock)' accounted for only 0.10%(5 cases). it is considered that the relevant laws and guidelines are weighted towards 'stock and obligation.' Strategic differentiation of response by region is needed. Third, out-of-hospital cardiac arrest occurred at house was 71.97%(2,640 cases). To operate the 'special ambulance team' efficiently, it is necessary to analyze regional data more closely and develop an efficient strategy in the future.

일본의 전 산업계는 지난해 발생한 동북대지진의 여파로 2년째 전력 사용감축에 나서고 있다. 자의반 타의반이라는 시선도 있지만, 일본 인쇄업도 정부의 지침에 따른 강제적인 조업시간 단축 및 조정에 나서고 있다. 자발적으로 나선 에너지 사용량 감축은 아니었지만, 조업시간 단축 및 조정의 결과로 비용 절감에 도움이 되고, 나아가 기업의 체질 개선에도 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The various software engineering techniques have been come out in order to cope with the software crisis since 1980's. The software Engineering has focused on the process of software component development. The process products a development guide for a quality and productive improvement of software. But, most of the methodologies assume that a new system will be constructed and reused in the future. these do not actually support efficiently how we reuse legacy system's resources and construct a new system. In this paper, we present an efficient Reengineering Process for reusing legacy systems, RUP+re, which extends and customizes RUP. Rup+re consists of Reverse Engineering Workflow, Re-Engineering Workflow and forward Engineering Process. We describe RUP+re's workflows with their own detail steps and verify them practically through the case study. So, we provide efficient guidelines to the software Reengineering process construction which reuses the resources of a legacy system.
