In this study, we suggest the system to analyze network users' action patterns by using Data-Mining Technique. We installed Network Tap to implement the analysis system of network action and copied the network packet. The copied packet is stored at the database through MainMemoryDB(MMDB) of the high-speed. The stored data analyze the users' action patterns by using Data-Mining Technique and then report the results to the network manager on real-time. Also, we applied the standard XML document exchange method to share the data between different systems. We propose this action pattern analysis system operated embedded type of SetToBox to install easily and support low price.

Recently, diverse schedule management agents are being researched for the efficient schedule management of smart devices users, but they remain at a confirmatory level. In order to efficiently manage user's schedules, execution of planned schedules should be monitored to help users properly execute their schedules, or feedback must be given so that when setting up new schedules, users can plan their schedule according to their schedule establishment patterns. This research proposes a schedule management agent that infers the user's behaviors by using acquired user context, and provides schedule related feedback depending on the user's behavior patterns, when users are executing their schedules or planning new schedules. For this, collected user context information is preprocessed and user's behavior is inferred by Bayesian network. Also, in order to provide feedbacks necessary for confirming the user's schedule execution and new schedule establishment, a context tree pattern matching method for the user's schedule, location and time contexts was applied, then verified with 6 weeks of user simulation in a mobile environment.

In order to provide with personalized recommendation service in context-awareness environment, the collected context data should be analyzed fast and the objective of user should be able to inferred effectively. But, the context collected from the mobile devices is not suitable for applying the existing inference algorithms as they are due to the omission or uncertainty of information and the efficient algorithms are required for mobile environment. In this paper, the behavior pattern was classified using naive bayes classification for minimize the loss caused by the omission or error of information. And pattern matching was used to effectively learn of the users inclination and infer the behavior purpose. The accuracy of the suggested inference model was evaluated by applying to the application recommendation service in the smart phones.

모바일은 사용자의 여섯 번째 감각의 도구로써 신체의 일부가 되고 있으며 사용자의 감정이나 행동패턴 등의 상황 정보를 분석하여 사용자의 의도나 요구사항을 예측할 수가 있다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드를 기반으로 사용자의 감정을 포함한 다양한 상황을 인지하고 감정과 상황에 따른 사용자의 행동을 추론할 수 있는 상황인지 스마트 폰을 제안한다. 상황인지 스마트폰은 카메라에서 입력된 사용자의 얼굴 영상을 통해 감정을 인지하고 감정에 따른 행동과 그 때의 상황정보를 조합하여 히스토리 DB에 축적된다. 또한 현재의 감정과 상황 정보에 따라 과거의 히스토리DB를 비교 분석하고 현재의 행동을 추론한다. 이것은 사용자에게 고차원적인 서비스를 제공해줄 수 있다. 상황인지 스마트폰은 감정을 인지하는 감정인지 매니저와 상황 정보를 수집하고 관리하는 컨텍스트 매니저, 행동을 추론하는 추론 매니저로 구성된다.

The ubiquitous computing made it happen to easily take cognizance of context, which includes user's location, status, behavior patterns and surrounding places. And it allows providing the catered service, designed to improve the quality and the interaction between the provider and its customers. The personalized recommendation service needs to obtain logical reasoning to interpret the context information based on user's interests. We researched a model that connects to the practical value to users for their daily life; information about restaurants, based on several mobile contexts that conveys the weather, time, day and location information. We also have made various approaches including the accurate rating data review, the equation of Naïve Bayes to infer user's behavior-patterns, and the recommendable places pre-selected by preference predictive algorithm. This paper joins a vibrant conversation to demonstrate the excellence of this approach that may prevail other previous rating method systems.

Electronic mail (E-mail) is an integral part of communication for the recent Internet users. However, e-mail has also come to serve as a means to support flood of unwanted spam mails and junk mails having bad purposes. This paper was conducted in order to develop an intelligent e-mail system using user behavior pattern that can prevent these unnecessary information and enable the user to enjoy communication via e-mail in a cleaner environment. The concentrated analysis of the user behavior in terms of using e-mail functions has resulted in better classification between unnecessary and necessary information, thereby facilitating faster disposal of spam mails.

데이터 마이닝은 KDD의 분야로서, 의미 있는 정보와 관심 있는 행동 패턴을 추출해 나가는 과정이다. WWW의 발전으로, 웹 데이터가 거대해지고 있다. 이러한 데이터 마이닝 분야에서도, 웹 사용 마이닝의 목적은 의미 있는 사용자 행동 패턴을 찾아내는 것이다. 특히 현재 전자상거래가 널리 활성화되고 있는 환경에서, 사용자의 특성을 발견해내는 것은 매우 중요한 부분이다. 사용자의 특성에 따라 사용자에게 상품을 추천하거나 메일을 보내는 것이나 사용자에게 적절하게 사이트를 구축하는 것이 가능하다. 전처리 과정을 통해서 추출된 트랜잭션 데이터를 모호한 사용자의 요구를 분석할 수 있는 퍼지 집합으로 변형시켜 Fuzzy Association Rule을 통해 분석한다. 그리고 분석된 결과에 대한 규칙을 사용자의 피드백을 통해서 다시 분석하는 과정을 거치게 된다. 사용자의 요구 사항을 적절히 반영할 수 있다.

지능형 홈 네트워크 서비스의 일반적 보급화로 사용자의 필요와 욕구에 밀착한 개인화 서비스를 위한 사용자의 프로파일 및 다양한 상태 정보, 센서 및 기타 환경정보를 통한 동적 상황인지가 가능토록 하는 상황인지(context-aware) 서비스에 대한 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 사용자 행위 학습에 따른 지능적 자동 제어 시스템 구축에서 먼저 고려해야 할 사항은 사용자 행위 학습에 따른 지능적 자동 제어에 대한 기준을 마련하는 것이다. 홈 네트워크 내의 정보가전기기들 환경에 대한 정보를 지속적으로 수집하고 학습 알고리즘을 통하여 분석하며, 분석되어진 정보를 바탕으로 사용자의 성향을 파악하는 것을 주요인으로 간주해야 할 것이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 사용자 능동적 행위에 따른 지능형 홈 제어 시스템을 제안하였다. 또한 지속적인 모니터링을 통하여 사용자의 성향이 파악되면 상황에 따른 최적의 환경을 제공할 수 있도록 홈 네트워크 제어 시스템을 구축하는 것으로 목적으로 하였다. 사용자의 행동 패턴을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 지능적인 서비스를 제공함으로써 사용자 중심의 능동적 서비스 효과들을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문은 사기업들의 개방 데이터를 바탕으로 사용자의 과거 행동과 주변 상황정보를 토대로 사용자의 음식 기호를 맞추는 앱 어플리케이션 '눈치코칭_음식'의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 서술한다. '눈치코칭_음식'은 사용자가 쉽게 음식점을 추천 받을 수 있도록 만들어진 앱 어플리케이션으로 기존의 필터링 방식으로 사용자가 검색하는 방식의 유사한 어플리케이션들과 달리 사용자의 주변 상황과 사용자의 행동패턴 분석을 통해 문제해결에 대한 도움을 줌으로써 시간 절약을 할 수 있다. 사용자의 별도의 입력을 받지 않고 앱에서의 간단한 클릭과 나의 음식 저장과 같은 기능을 활용할 때의 주변 위치나 날씨와 같은 상황정보를 함께 저장한 후 다음 앱 사용 시기의 상황정보와 비교하여 기존 데이터를 바탕으로 사용자에게 다시금 피드백 되는 앱이다. 사용자의 행동패턴에 따라 알림 기능을 활용하기 위해서 사용자 식사 시간 설정 기능을 통해 매일 식사하는 시간에 알림 설정을 할 수 있도록 만들었다. 또한 사용자의 편의성을 위해서 음식선택 시간의 평균을 내서 해당 설정 식사시간을 추적할 수 있도록 구성하였다.
