IT 사업은 개발 사업, 운영 사업, 유지보수 사업, 인프라 구축 사업으로 구분한다. IT 사업은 각 사업 특성에 맞는 개발 방법론과 사업관리 방법론을 사용한다. 하지만 최근 IT 사업은 운영 사업, 유지보수 사업, 개발 사업을 포함한 사업을 발주하고 있다. 이러한 사업 발주로 인하여 수행에 많은 문제가 생기고 있다. 이러한 사업을 복합운영 프로젝로 정의하고, 위험리스크를 도출하고 이러한 사항을 해결하기 위한 방안을 연구한다.

For urban renewal projects progressing in large scale, it carries a characteristic that frequently changes the environment, subject, law, plan and the like by a demand from various participants and internal/external factors. As such large-scale urban renewal projects have a lot of possibilities of change, it requires setting a plan to recognize the possible variable factors by each project operation stage and to manage it systematically by defining the variable factors on the basis of working process of the entire project. Therefore this research has produced a factor of main variable management based on working process for systematic variable management on the projects that inherent various possibilities of change as urban environment refurbishment projects. And it also suggests the status of main variable factors characterized by project operation stages quantitatively through reflecting external and internal features for variable factors produced from utilizing ANP methodology.

SW사업의 고유특성에 따른 하도급 만연과 대 중소 SW기업간 하도급계약의 협상력 불균형 등으로 인한 불공정 하도급 거래관행이 지속되어 국내 SW사업의 다단계 위계화 하도급구조가 지속되고 있는 실정이다. 이로 인해 SW사업 결과에 악영향을 미치고 역량있는 중소 SW기업의 사업의지를 약화시켜 SW산업 발전을 저해할 수 있어, SW사업의 하도급관련 국내외 법제를 조사 분석하고 그 시사점을 도출하여 SW사업 주체간의 공정거래를 담보할 수 있는 SW사업 하도급관련 법제 인프라 개선방향을 제시한다.

This paper presented a research model to investigate the relationship between the psychological traits of small business entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial orientation and the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance. To verify the research model, a total of 202 entrepreneurs in Daegu were surveyed and the data obtained were used. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS. The results of the analysis showed that all of the psychological traits except 'Agreeableness' and 'Extroversion' among the small business entrepreneur's psychological trait had a positive(+) effect on entrepreneurial orientation. In addition, it was confirmed that entrepreneurship orientation had a positive(+) effect on performance, and government policy funding had a moderating effect between entrepreneurship orientation and performance. In conclusion, the causal relationship between the small business entrepreneur's psychological traits and entrepreneurial orientation is examined, and the moderating effect of government support programs is examined to find out what psychological traits of small business entrepreneurs affect the expression of entrepreneurial orientation. In addition, since entrepreneurial orientation affects performance and government policy funds control, it suggests that continuous financial support for small business entrepreneurs is needed.

This paper proposes a way to visualize the cyber space with respect to the offline space. In general, people have difficulties to understand the cyber space since it is not tangible and not visible. In businesses, both spaces depend on identical proposition of "salse of merchandise goods to customers". Here, 3 merchandise elements of "customers", "merchandise goods" and "salse" in the cyber space are compared to them in the offline spaces in order to visualize the cyber space in terms of businesses.

Construction Management is the overall management of the project as construction manager and the owner are united together. Construction manager's role is to conduct the overall or partial construction administration in the 'design, bid, build' process, in the owner's interests with maintaining technical neutrality. Construction manager is becoming one of new professionals in the building process and the contract defines their roles and the range of services, so high level of ethnics are required. This study suggests the legal status of the construction manager and the ethnic standards and the ethnic's characteristics. In conclusion, firstly, the legal characteristics of the administration of construction management are the delegations contract, the responsibility of negligence and the duty of due diligence, abided by the contract that ties between the owner and the construction manger. Secondly, the administerial characteristics of the construction management are the role of mediator, the service of professional technology, accountability to the owner and publicness. Thirdly, due to these characteristics, as a professional, the standard of ethnic assessment for the construction project manager are intention, act and result, so with the relation to that, morality, deontology and consequentialism have been suggested in this study.

하천 유사량 자료는 하천의 이 치수 목적으로 활용할 수 있는 기본 자료중 하나로서 하상변동 예측, 저수지 퇴사량 추정, 하도 계획과 설계, 유사조절 계획 수립 및 기타 구조물 등의 영향 평가 등 다양하게 활용할 수 있다. 정도 높은 유사량 자료를 측정하기 위해서는 현장측정부터 분석까지 정확한 과정과 세밀한 준비가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 정도 높은 유사량 자료를 생산하기 위하여 국가 유사량 관측망 중 19개 지점(율극, 점촌, 일선교, 구미, 왜관, 선산, 죽고, 진동, 개진2, 정암, 회덕, 마륵, 나주, 학교, 남평, 영수, 선암, 구례2, 죽곡, 용서, 곡성)에 대하여 부유사량 특성분석을 수행하고 이를 반영하여 유량-부유사량관계곡선식을 개발하였다. 유사량 측정과정은 사전조사, 현장측정, 실험실분석, 모형적용 단계를 거친다. 사전조사 단계에서는 현장에 대한 현장안전, 지점특성 등의 현장관련 정보를 수집하여 현장측정 계획을 수립한다. 현장측정 단계에서는 사전에 유량측정 자료를 이용하여 측선을 나누는 등유량법과 등간격법을 사용하였으며, ISO 기준 이상의 5~8개 측선을 나누어 측정하였다. 측정장비는 D-74 부유사 채취기를 이용하여 왕복수심적분법으로 부유사량 샘플을 채취 하였다. 실험실분석은 유량조사사업단 유사분석센터에서 채취 시료에 대한 농도, 레이저 회절법을 이용한 부유사입도분석, 하상토분석(체분석)을 실시하였다. 또한, 유량-부유사량 농도 변화양상과 부유사량 특성분석을 이용한 부유사량 측정결과를 평가하였고 각 지점의 부유사량특성을 잘 나타낼 수 있는 지수식($Q_{ss}=aQ^b$)을 이용하여 유량-부유사량관 계곡선식을 개발하였다.

행정중심복합도시의 건설의 우리나라의 국가적인 전략도시를 건설하기 위한 중대한 사업이며, 사업의 특성상 기존의 신도시나 대형 건설프로젝트와는 상이한 속성을 가지고 있다. 행복도시 건설사업을 효과적으로 성공시키기 위한 방안으로서 종합사업관리방안에 대하여 분석하고 그 대안을 마련하고 있다. 우선 기존의 신도시건설사업과 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아보고, 해외의 사례중에서 말레이시아의 푸트라자야 건설사업을 조사하여 그 유사성과 차이점을 분석함으로써, 행복도시 건설사업에서의 종합건설사업관리방안에 대한 단초를 마련하고자 한다. 본 고에서 언급하는 내용은 현재 행복도시건설청이 사업관리방안을 마련하기 위하여 연구중에 있는 사안으로서, 구체적인 대안들을 제시하는 것에는 한계가 있다. 다만 건설청의 바람직한 사업관리체계에 대한 향후의 논의전개와 국내의 종합사업관리체계에 대한 관심과 연구를 촉진하는 데에 도움이 되었으면 하는 바람으로 본고를 제출하고자 한다.

세계적으로 전력사업이 정부의 보호와 규제라는 전통적인 특성과 독점적인 운영구조가 급격한 변화를 겪고 있다. 종래 전력, 가스, 수도, 통신 등과 같이 망으로 연결되는 산업은 자연독점이 인정되어 왔으나 통신사업으로부터 시작된 경쟁화의 바람은 전력사업에도 영향을 미쳐 세계각국의 전력사업체제가 변화되고 있다.
