Meyerhold's 'Biomechanics', which germinated from a critical point of view towards naturalism theatre, is a primary acting method that attempted to approach to acting in a material way, along with Stanislavski's 'System'. However, not only for a reason of the political background that all study on Meyerhold were forbidden in Russia but also for a reason of universalization of Stanislavski's 'System' through the world mutated into American acting method, it is a fact that Meyerhold's 'Biomechanics' is not actively utilized in a field of actor training at the present day. Especially, in case of actor training in Korea, 'Biomechanics' is also misunderstood as a method only focused on an actor's physical approach. Therefore, a purpose of this study is to explore usefulness of 'Biomechanics' in order to practically apply it to the actor training through correct understanding.

Through this thesis, I analyzed Coen brothers's directing style centering around Crime movies: Blood simple, Barton Fink, Fargo, The man who wasn't thers, No country for old man. About directing style of Coen brothers, plot is an epic depiction, habitual use of narration, refusal of happy ending. They concern subject matters about human original nature and tragedy by greed. And as motifs, they often use misunderstanding, crossing over, chase. Also they likes characters of ordinary people who is destroyed by greed. How about their technical style? They usually use steady-cam and wide lens in camera, and in his early crime movies he used expressionistic lights, but after that they usually used realistic natural lights. About sound, they likes more sound effects than music. Also they directed realistic acting and emphasized actor's personality. Coen brothers has been directed many crime movies and comedy films. But their unique directing style was particularly outstanding in the crime movies

As the recent change of multiformity and taste in clination in eating habit culture is yearly in creasing foods used oil and fats. Because the frying food is especially important snack , it's safty is very essential. In order to know the safty and harmfulness of frying oil and fats. The 20 kinds samples were purchased chicken fried food shops around the north of seoul and kyunggi. The acid value, iodine value, peroxide value, TBA value, fatty acid, carbonyl value, and smoke point of deep fat fried oils were analyzed. Results of analyzed, A company of deep fat frying oil showed stability state and C company and B company of deep fat frying oil is acidification to turned. But D company of deep fat frying oil showed quite a bit acidification progressived of used hydrogenated oil.
