Background: Twelve patients with acyanotic tetralogy of Fallot(TOF), characterized by the combination of a malaligned ventricular septal defect(VSD) and infundibular pulmonic stenosis with the clinical finding of acyanosis at rest, underwent surgical correction between January 1988 and July 1997. Materials and methods: 9.92% of patients with the diagnosis of TOF were acyanotic TOF in the same period. Ages ranged from 12 to 42 months(mean 25.2 months). 2D-echocardiographic studies, cardiac catheterization, and angiocardiograms were performed in all patients before operation. The preoperative mean systemic arterial oxygen saturation was 93.5%. According to the 2D-echocardiographic analysis, there was Lt-to-Rt shunt through VSD in 4 patients, bidirectional shunt in 2 patients, and no shunt in 6 patients. Results: The preoperative mean right ventricle to pulmonary artery(RV-PA) pressure gradients were 52.3 mmHg on 2D- echocardiogram and 48.4 mmHg on cardiac catheterization. The repair of ventricular septal defect was performed through a right atrial approach and the hypertrophic infundibular muscle bundles were resected by the transatrial and transpulmonary approach. Six patients(50%) received a transannular patch. The mean cardiopulmonary bypass time was 135.0 minutes, and the aortic crossclamp time was 87.8 minutes. Postoperative complications included bleeding necessitating reentry in one and chylothorax in one. No patient died after operation and there were no late deaths. Postoperative 2D-echocardiograms revealed tiny patch dehiscence in 5 cases and a moderate RV-PA pressure gradients(mean 15.3 mmHg). All patients were in New York Heart Association functional class 1 after operation. Conclusions: acyanotic TOF is the uncommon form of TOF, and acyanotic TOF can be repaired with a good outcome.

Result & Conclusion 1) The most important thing for an appearance of shape(form) and image is a differential Qi of sorrow- anger-joy-pleasure. 2) Lee Je-Ma chose a point of view from inside to outside in principle. 3) A method of materialism can be used when we give medical treatment. 4) Shape(form) and image is a method of constitutional diagnosis from a viewpoint of Lee Je-ma. 5) Shape(form) and image has a formal(typical) type, but the thing which is fixed do not exist, therefore partial shape(form) and image is possible. 6) We should observe a condition of mind, but objectivity and reappearance always remain.
In the accompanying paper, we proposed a real. time volumetric imaging method using a cross array based on receive dynamic focusing and synthetic aperture focusing along lateral and elevational directions, respetively. But synthetic aperture methods using spherical waves are subject to beam spreading with increasing depth due to the wave diffraction phenomenon. Moreover, since the proposed method uses only one element for each transmission, it has a limited transmit power. To overcome these limitations, we propose a new real. time volumetric imaging method using cross arrays based on synthetic aperture technique with linear wave fronts. In the proposed method, linear wave fronts having different angles on the horizontal plane is transmitted successively from all transmit array elements. On receive, by employing the conventional dynamic focusing and synthetic aperture methods along lateral and elevational directions, respectively, ultrasound waves can be focused effectively at all imaging points. Mathematical analysis and computer simulation results show that the proposed method can provide uniform elevational resolution over a large depth of field. Especially, since the new method can construct a volume image with a limited number of transmit receive events using a full transmit aperture, it is suitable for real-time 3D imaging with high transmit power and volume rate.
Tombs No. 39 and No. 63 in Gyo-dong, Changnyeong, are unique in the Changnyeong area in that they do not have additional burials because they are hoenggu-style tombs with an entrance on the north side. This study tried to understand the nature and meaning of the two separate stone walls at the entrance of the tomb along with the burial process of the tomb. These two stone walls mark small tombs built independently within a large tomb, with stone wall No. 39 stone wall No. 3 (No.39-3) and No. 63 stone wall No. 3 (No. 63-3). Both units are located in the middle of the northern wall of the burial body part and share one wall with the burial body part wall stone. All animal fluids inside the stone wall were identified. In particular, it was estimated that at least three dogs were buried as a result of identification of animal fluids No. 63-3. Above all, these animals have their heads facing outward with their backs to the main occupants, and do not overlap in a limited space and are placed side by side. Changnyeong Gyo-dong No. 39-3 and 63-3 were created in the process of building the burial body, and although they are independent relics, they form a subordinate relationship in that they were built along the main burial within one tomb. In addition, it is coercive in that it is placed in an orderly manner according to a certain direction in a state that has not been dismantled after killing an animal. Therefore, It is understood to be the SHUNJANG of dogs. Studies on animal fluids excavated from tombs in the Three Kingdoms period are interpreted as animal stewardship, sacrificial collection, and animal sacrifice depending on their location, and this is known as a series of animal sacrifice rites, namely, animal stewardship and sacrifice. This recognition is based on material objectification of animals, such as food or sacrifices. However, Changnyeong Gyo-dong No. 39-3 and 63-3 are different in that they recognize animals as spiritual beings in the process of funeral rites and are closely related to the ideology that there is life after death. In addition, analysis of the location and directionality of the remains is also required from multiple angles. These two SHUNJANG correspond to the entrance to the tomb, and the location is the most open space at the entrance. The appearance of a dog looking outward, etc., can also be interpreted as the meaning of protecting the tombs and byeoksa. This appearance can be compared with the dog depicted in a mural in a Goguryeo tomb that reflects the ancient world's thought and stone figures excavated from the tomb of King Muryeong of Baekje, and it is also consistent with the meaning of the JINMYOSU protecting the ancient tombs. This suggests that a multifaceted study on animal fluid burial remains is needed in the future.
South Korea had a hard time creating its own image of a nation that formed its identity due to 6.25, Japanese-style rule, division of South and North Korea, and military dictatorship. Recently, Korea has been searching and spreading its identity by creating a Korean wave such as various events and K-POPs. However, since there are still no images and cultural products representing Korea's identity, it is necessary to develop design contents related to native culture and professional cultural product design. Design powers such as France and Japan focus on design projects that can add value to their national design policy projects. Traditional Korean contents also need to be specialized and continuous in image design and research. In this study, five lucky-SubokGangnYeon(long life, happiness and peace), a representative of Korean culture, studied with the most interest in the old and the modern, namely, "Living healthy long." Through the development of cultural product design and the use of design content, I would look forward to presenting the diversity and direction in producing Korea's own design products and images that fit the trend of modern 'age of 100.' Based on images based on special exhibitions related to longevity of the National Folk Museum of Korea, the museum discovers key used features and meanings, studies patterns and patterns, and analyzes design cases applied to modern cultural product design. We also want to look at the direction available through design content, which is a symbol of llong life happiness and peace. This study explored Chinese traditional art aesthetics in the , focusing on three elements 'principle', 'dance', 'blank' which consist of the artistic conception of Zong Baihua. In addition, this paper is aimed to prove that Chinese traditional aesthetics is still available as a creative element that can provides future direction and implication for modern animation movies by analyzing how the components of these three elements were used in the and how the artistic beauty of the animation was presented. In the critiques of Chinese art, the scope of 'conception' is the 'qualified' standard about art. This 'qualified' standard includes not only external similarity in forms but also internal similarity in spirits. The authors of the early Chinese animations integrated the artistic conceptions with the animations and expressed the national cultural contents of the Chinese animations, so that the audience could deeply understand the characteristics of Chinese animation with cultural and spiritual contents. Based on the artistic conceptions that Zong Baihua proposed, this study analyzed the character setting, the ideas that connotes and the scene composition. succeeded to the innovative spirits about Chinese early animation conceptions. The animation presented the view of life that includes the absolute freedom from Zhuangzi's "A Happy Excursion" and the oblivion of external objects. The heroine Spring's change from human to dolphin was presented by dancing. Besides, in the animation, the sea of clouds, the sky full of stars, sea, the sea melting into the sky were also presented in quantity. The large area of colors fantastically presenting in 'blank' scenes fully expressed the stories and sentiments of this animation. According to the analysis in this study, by identifying the traditional atmosphere that included heavy Chinese characteristics and harmonious conceptions in through the wisdom of Chinese classics and artistic conceptions, it can be confirmed that nowadays the artistic tradition of the classics still works as an extending innovative element in the future animations.
This study was conducted to investigate how the qualities of the stream water vary during the event in the regrowth and rehabilitation catchments in Yangju, Gyeonggido, from June to September 2005. During the observation periods, we sampled the stream water continuously by an auto-sampler (ISCO, 6712FR). The sampled waters were analyzed for suspended solid concentration, electrical conductivity and pH. The suspended solid concentration during the event increased concurrently with the stream flow. The peak of suspended solid concentration usually precedes the peak flow. The maximum value of suspended solid concentration was 420.89 mg/l in the event 1 at the regrowth catchment. Among the events simultaneously sampled at both catchments, the maximum values of suspended solid concentration were 212.8 mg/l and 58.24 mg/l in the event 3 at the regrowth and rehabilitation catchment respectively. The maximum value of EC in each event showed in the early stage of rising limb. EC decreased during the rising limb, and then showed minimum value at peak flow. EC gradually increased to pre-event value after minimum one. pH varied in similar pattern with EC. The maximum value of suspended solid concentration during each event was 2.8 to 4.3 times higher at the regrowth catchment than at the rehabilitation catchment. And the EC during each event was higher at the regrowth catchment than at the rehabilitation catchment. This results indicate that a disturbed forest soil during clear cutting at regrowth catchment still has been unstable.
There have been few researches about Christian imagination reflected in modern sijo. The purpose of this study was to provide basic information helpful to deeply understand Christian literature and clarify the history of Christian sijo literature. For this purpose, the study focused on pieces of sijo written by Seon Jeong-ju and Jang Sun-ha both of whom put out lots of sijo based on Christian imagination. The two poets are common in that they were born in the Japanese colonial period and started their career as a poet at an almost same time. First of all, how a sijo writer, Seon Jeong-ju applied Christian imagination to his pieces of sijo can be summarized as follows. As a poet and paster, Seon Jeong-ju wrote and published 6 volumes of sijo collection. His pieces of sijo were all written based on Christian imagination. Many of the pieces contain Christianity-related stories that were poetically represented through paradoxical imagination. Among pieces of sijo written by Seon Jeong-ju, some reveal enthusiasm for seeking after truth that he kept in mind as a clergyman and others, the poet's strong belief in the Resurrection. Next, Christian imagination that another sijo writer Jang Sun-ha reflected in his works can be briefed as follows. The poet published a sijo collection of his own in 2010. As one of the best representatives of the modern sijo circles, he is a veteran poet who is still creating pieces of sijo. Since he became a Christian in 1996, he has released more than 200 pieces of Christianity-based sijo including those contained in his sijo collection, "Introduction to Love Studies". Most of the Christian poets quoted words from the Bible or borrowed episodes described in the Book. In those poets, he uses imagination that is allusive to the confession of his faith and, in some cases implies his own views of eschatology. In conclusion, both Seon Jeong-ju and Jang Sun-ha wrote and published lots of sijo works on the basis of Christianity, and each of them built up his own world of Christian sijo. In many of the two poet's pieces of sijo, critical doctrines of Christianity and their desperate devotion to that religion are found. Both of them made remarkable poetic achievements, so they deserve being recognized as second to none in the history of Christian sijo literature.

In the design process of counter measures against the beach erosion, information like the main sediment transport mode and yearly net amount of longshore and cross shore transport is of great engineering value. In this rationale, we numerically analyzed the yearly sediment budget of the Mang-Bang beach which is suffering from erosion problem. For the case of cross sediment transport, Bailard's model (1981) having its roots on the Bagnold's energy model (1963) is utilized. In doing so, longshore sediment transport rate is estimated based on the assumption that longshore transport rate is determined by the available wave energy influx toward the beach. Velocity moments required for the application of Bailard's model (1981) is deduced from numerical simulation of the nonlinear shoaling process over the Mang-Bang beach of the 71 wave conditions carefully chosen from the wave records. As a wave driver, we used the consistent frequency Boussinesq Eq. by Frelich and Guza (1984). Numerical results show that contrary to the Bailard's study (1981), Irribaren NO. has non negligible influence on the velocity moments. We also proceeds to numerically simulate the yearly sediment budget of Mang-Bang beach. Numerical results show that for ${\beta}=41.6^{\circ}$, the mean orientation of Mang-Bang beach, north-westwardly moving longshore sediment is prevailing over the south-eastwardly moving sediment, the yearly amount of which is simulated to reach its maxima at $125,000m^3/m$. And the null pint where north-westwardly moving longshore sediment is balanced by the south-eastwardly moving longshore sediment is located at ${\beta}=47^{\circ}$. For the case of cross shore sediment, the sediment is gradually moving toward the shore from the April to mid October, whereas these trends are reversed by sporadically occurring energetic wind waves at the end of October and March. We also complete the littoral drift rose of the Mang-Bang beach, which shows that even though the shore line is temporarily retreated, and as a result, the orientation of Mang-Bang beach is larger than the orientation of null pont, south-eastwardly moving longshore sediment is prevailing. In a case that the orientation of Mang-Bang beach is smaller than the orientation of null pont, north-westwardly moving longshore sediment is prevailing. And these trend imply that the Mang-Bang beach is stable one, which has the self restoring capability once exposed to erosion.

In this study, the applicability of SRTM(The Shuttle Radar Topography Mission) DEM(Digital Elevation Model) which is one of the remotely sensed shuttle's radar digital elevation was tested for use as the input data in a grid-based rainfall-runoff model. The SRTM DEM and digital topographic map derived DEM(TOPO DEM) were building with 500m spatial resolution for the Chungju-Dam watershed which located in the middle east of South Korea, and stream-burning method was applied to delineate the proper flow direction for model application. Similar topographical characteristics were shown as a result of comparing elevation, flow-direction, hydrological slope, number of watershed cell, and profile between SRTM DEM and TOPO DEM. Two DEMs were tested by using a grid-based rainfall-runoff model named KIMSTORM with 6 storm events. The results also showed no significant differences in average values of relative error for both peak runoff(0.91 %) and total runoff volume(0.29 %). The results showed that the SRTM DEM has applicability like TOPO DEM for use in a grid-based rainfall-runoff modeling.
