  • In this paper, we describe design and implementation of optimal smart home control system. Recent developments in technologies such as sensors and communication have enabled the Internet of Things to control a wide range of objects, such as light bulbs, socket-outlet, or clothing. Many businesses rely on the launch of collaborative services between them. However, traditional IoT systems often support a single protocol, although data is transmitted across multiple protocols for end-to-end devices. In addition, depending on the manufacturer of the Internet of things, there is a dedicated application and it has a high degree of complexity in registering and controlling different IoT devices for the internet of things. ARIoT system, special marking points and edge extraction techniques are used to detect objects, but there are relatively low deviations depending on the sampling data. The proposed system implements an IoT gateway of object based on OneM2M to compensate for existing problems. It supports diverse protocols of end to end devices and supported them with a single application. In addition, devices were learned by using deep learning in the artificial intelligence field and improved object recognition of existing systems by inference and detection, reducing the deviation of recognition rates.

  • 로봇은 인공지능(AI) 기술을 비롯해 빅데이터, 센서기술, 클라우드 등 다양한 신 분야의 축적된 기술력과 노하우를 필요로 한다. 코로나 19 여파로 비대면 서비스에 대한 수요가 증가하고 정보통신기술이 발전되고 있는 가운데 청소용, 잔디 깎기, 가사용, 동반자, 엔터테인먼트 및 레저용, 노약자 및 장애인 지원 로봇 등 우리생활 주변에서도 서비스 로봇이 빠르게 도입되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 3년간(2018.1~2020.12) 중앙지, 경제지 등 54개 언론사 기사를 빅카인즈와 데이터랩을 이용하여 서비스 로봇&인공지능을 키워드로 관계도 분석, 키워드 트렌드, 연관어 분석을 하였다. 연관어 키워드 빈도수로는 인공지능(534), LG전자(157), 드론(112), 자율주행(101), 빅데이터(81), 로보티즈(61), 사물인터넷(34) 순으로 서비스 로봇의 성장은 인공지능을 비롯한 4차 산업혁명 관련 기술과 연관성이 매우 컸다. 2016년~2020년 기간에 산업용 로봇은 1.89배 증가했으며, 서비스 로봇은 5.21배 증가하여 서비스 로봇의 수요가 다양한 분야에서 확산됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • IoT technology has been used as a core technology of convergence service that needs intelligent information processing, and the importance is largely emerging now. And internal network construction thru IoT interaction device can connect with IoT device effectively, provide diverse services by connection with open platform. Especially, beacon that is based on low electric power bluetooth device is receiving attention as one of core technology of IoT. Beacon technology is utilized widly in various fields of industry, and there are lot of demands in the specific environment and conditions beyond the basic function. On this thesis, the authors are proposing the beacon device that utilized acceleration sensor and hole sensor. this beacon device can control the target on specific situation thru sensing of moving target. For the more, we will expect to apply to the various type of factory environments like detachable installation, optimized management using sensor.

  • Gartner mentioned IoT (Internet of Things) as one of the ten growth engines in the world in 2014. In addition, IoT has been frequently invited as a theme by participants at CES held in the early this year. Gartner predicts that the number of devices connected will reach to 26 billion and a total of economic value added will grow to 1.9 trillion dollars until 2020. The definition of IoT has been arranged in a different way by each institution. Therefore, this study arranged the concept of IoT which has been variously defined and used together with M2M and IoE. Further, forecasts presented by research institutions which stated domestic and foreign market outlook were collected and arranged. As IoT is on the uptrend and is selected as one of the ten growth engines in the world, it was found out how policies on IoT in the US, China, Japan and Korea were established and promoted as well as how recent strategies on IoT of major large companies have been carried out. Lastly, the following countermeasures of our government and companies were discussed.

  • On-device AI technology, which can operate AI models at the edge devices to support real-time processing and privacy enhancement, is attracting attention. As intelligent IoT is applied to various industries, services utilizing the on-device AI technology are increasing significantly. However, general deep learning models require a lot of computational resources for inference and learning. Therefore, various lightweighting methods such as quantization and pruning have been suggested to operate deep learning models in embedded edge devices. Among the lightweighting methods, we analyze how to lightweight and apply deep learning models to edge computing devices, focusing on pruning technology in this paper. In particular, we utilize dynamic and static pruning techniques to evaluate the inference speed, accuracy, and memory usage of a lightweight AI vision model. The content analyzed in this paper can be used for intelligent video control systems or video security systems in autonomous vehicles, where real-time processing are highly required. In addition, it is expected that the content can be used more effectively in various IoT services and industries.

Analyzes the Changes in the Curricula of Computer and Software-Related Majors in Line with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Comparing the Periods Before and After the COVID-19 Pandemic in KOREA. (코로나19 펜데믹 전후 컴퓨터 및 소프트웨어 관련 전공의 제4차 산업혁명중심 교과과정 변화 분석)

  • This paper analyzed the changes in the curriculum of computer and software-related majors that educate the core ICT technologies needed for the 4th Industrial Revolution, before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the standard classification of university education units, 172 majors classified into Applied Software Engineering, Computer Science·Computer Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence Engineering were targeted, and the curricula of 2023 and 2019 were compared and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the introduction of the related curriculum for each curriculum group increased by about 2.6%p before and after the COVID-19 pandemic (2023 84.2%, 2019 81.6%). and the 4th Industrial Revolution response index increased by 9.5 points (37.0 in 2023, 27.5 in 2019)

  • The Internet of Things era is approaching where all the things are equipped with smart sensors and communicate through internet. The three core technologies of the Internet of Things are 'detection technology' to get information from things and the environment, 'wired and wireless communications and network infrastructure skills' that support to connect things to the internet, and 'service interface technology' that processes the information appropriate to various services. Smart sensor application can expand to smartphone, smart cars, smart home systems, wearable electronic devices, telemedicine systems, and environmental monitoring systems, etc. In particular, technologies that mimic the five human senses. This study reviews the biological principles of the human senses and the principles of operation, research & development status, technology trends and market analysis of the sensors.

Artificial intelligence wearable platform that supports the life cycle of the visually impaired (시각장애인의 라이프 사이클을 지원하는 인공지능 웨어러블 플랫폼)

  • In this paper, a voice, object, and optical character recognition platform including voice recognition-based smart wearable devices, smart devices, and web AI servers was proposed as an appropriate technology to help the visually impaired to live independently by learning the life cycle of the visually impaired in advance. The wearable device for the visually impaired was designed and manufactured with a reverse neckband structure to increase the convenience of wearing and the efficiency of object recognition. And the high-sensitivity small microphone and speaker attached to the wearable device was configured to support the voice recognition interface function consisting of the app of the smart device linked to the wearable device. From experimental results, the voice, object, and optical character recognition service used open source and Google APIs in the web AI server, and it was confirmed that the accuracy of voice, object and optical character recognition of the service platform achieved an average of 90% or more.

  • 4차 산업혁명은 2016년 스위스 다보스에서 열린 세계경제포럼(WEF)의 주요 이슈였다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에서 요구되는 IT융합 기술에는 사물인터넷 환경에서 모든 사물이 사이버 세계를 통하여 연결되어 정보를 수집하고 축적하며, 축적된 빅데이터를 기반으로 인공지능 알고리즘을 활용하는 기술 등이 필요하다. 이와 같은 IT융합 기술과 관련하여 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비하여 산업체에서 필요한 실무적인 IT융합 인력 양성이 컴퓨터 관련학과의 주요 교육 내용으로 요구되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 상황에서 하나의 접근 방법으로 대두되는 것이 NCS 기반의 교육과정에 기반을 둔 IT융합 인력의 양성이다. 이 논문에서는 우리나라 산업체에서 요구하는 IT융합 인력 양성을 위하여 컴퓨터과학 전공을 위한 NCS 교육과정을 제시하고 분석한다.

RFID/USN은 이를 기반으로 각 산업의 고유한 도메인 특성과 연계하여 데이터를 분석 판단 예측함으로써 지능적이고 혁신적인 프로세스를 창조하고 일반사용자가 기술을 의식하지 않고 시공간에 구애 받지 않으며, 언제 어디서든지 원하는 센싱 정보를 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 스마트 환경을 만들어갈 것이다.
