  • 인텔리젼트빌딩은 거주자의 다양한 욕구를 충족시켜 근무환경 개선 및 사무능률을 향상시키고 국제화, 정보화시대에 대비한 첨단 정보처리시스템을 갖추어 업무의 효율성을 높히고자 함은 물론이며 특히 인텔리젼트 빌딩의 OA, TC계획에서 있어서는 사전에 그 건물이 갖는 용도 및 규모에 대하여 충분한 조사가 이루어져야 하며 장래의 확장성에 대한 고려가 함께 계획되어져야 함은 충분히 인식되어져야 할 것이다.

  • 전 세계적으로 친환경 및 에너지 절감이 문제로 부상하고 정부 정책의 일환으로 그린 빌딩의 중요성이 대두 되고 에너지 고효율과 친환경을 위한 형광물질이 들어가지 않은 LED를 광원으로 사용하는 건물들이 늘어가는 추세이다. 본 논문은 사무공간에 3W LED 18개를 설치하여 효율 및 조도분포, 발열 상태 등을 측정하여 LED 조명의 최적 선로 배치를 찾고 사무 공간의 저가형 LED 조명 시스템의 보호 저항 값을 최적 설계 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다.

  • D-Cube City is a recently completed multi purpose building consisting of four types of facilities; offices, a department store, a hotel, and congregation spaces. A community energy supply system(CES) has been installed to supply this building with electricity, steam, heat, and cold water. The BEMS, building energy management system, is currently being designed to reduce building energy consumption through the efficient operation of the various pieces of building service equipment. In this study the optimal methods for operating the CES of D-Cube City were considered. This system includes three combined heat and power systems, seven steam boilers, two hot water boilers, two absorption chillers, and four turbo chillers, and various other pieces of equipment. In result, the optimal methods of operating the CES for various energy demand levels were obtained along with the seasonal effects on the economic efficiency of the operation. The effect of the amount of energy demanded by the various facility areas on the total energy consumption was also analyzed.

  • In case of fire in the high-rise buildings, the appropriate and safe evacuation plans for the building residents are very important to minimize the number of casualties. Since the evacuation time usually depends on the floor plans of the buildings, the evacuation plans should be considered while the architectural design is done. Conventionally, the calculation of the evacuation time in the case of fire breakout is based on the approximate mathematical equations which are prone to error. In this study, the simulator model is developed to help the architectural designers to access the more accurate evacuation time and find out the floor plans which offers the most safe evacuation plans for the residents in case of fire.

  • 펌프는 다르 진동 유발원들과는 달리 일정한 주파수 및 크기를 갖는 진동을 일으키므로 스프링이나 댐퍼와 같은 간단한 방진기기를 이용하여 진동을 제어할 수 있다 현재 국내에서는 대부분의 펌프에 이러한 방진장치를 설치하는 것이 일반화되어있다 그러나 펌프의 용량 및 중량 주변 구조물의 형태 및 크기 등에 따라서 방진기구의 채택이 불필요한 경우도 있으므로 설비 진동기초에 대한 획일적인 설계와 시공개념은 불필요한 인적, 시간적 및 경제적인 낭비를 초래할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사무용 건무에 사용되는 각종 펌프류에 대하여 가진특성과 구조물의 진동가속도응답을 측정하는 진동실험 및 이론적 해석을 실시하고 본래 계와 수정된 계의 진동을 답과 허용진동수준을 비교.분석함으로서 방진장치의 설치가 불필요한 펌프용량을 제시하였다.

  • In this study, measurement and analysis of energy consumption of an office building with cleanroom and laboratory have been conducted. Data acquisition system for collecting energy consumption data of the whole building including air-conditioning equipments has been installed in a building located in Seoul. Data are collected for a period of one year in 2000 and analyzed for studying the energy consumption pattern. The percentage of electrical energy used for air-conditioning system is measured to be 46.1%. The collected data will serve as valuable information for diagnosing and improving the energy system of the building.

  • It is increased electrical energy consumption with the development of intelligence society in hospitals and thus an energy conservation through efficient use of electricity became more important. This paper shows a reasonable design demand factor in hospitals, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated electric equipment capacity, peak power consumption, demand factor, etc., for 32 hospitals and 9 electrical design offices. In this dissertation, it is necessary to analyze the key features and general trend from the investigated data. It made an analysis of the feature parameters, such as average, standard deviation, median, maximum, minimun and thus it was carried the linear and nonlinear regression analysis.
