  • This paper shows a reasonable design standard of electric equipment capacity for office buildings, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated electric equipment capacity, electric power consumption, etc for 121 buildings. The saving of electric equiment investment, the decrease of power loss, the improvement of facilities utilization and the decreasse of electric power rates can be contributed by the application of the design standard.

  • 아파트, 사무소 고층건물 공사시 리프트는 공사진척에 획기적 기여를 해왔다. 당연히, 이로 인한 년간사고가 적지 않았다. 한국산업안전공단 분기별 발행되는 중대재해 사고사례집에서 제시하고 있는 최근 5년간 리프트 사고통계에 의하면, 97년도 22건, 98년 15건, 99년 8건, 2000년 12건, 2001년 14건으로 조사되었다. 사고 기인별 내용으로는 물 자체의 결함, 안전방호장치결함, 복장·보호구의 결함, 물의배치 및 작업장의 불량, 작업환경의 결함, 생산공정의 결함, 경계표시 및 설비결함으로 나타났다.(중략)

A Study on the Application Effect of DSSC BIPV Window System in Office Building Considering Cooling.Heating.Lighting Energy (냉.난방 및 조명에너지를 통합 고려한 DSSC BIPV창호의 사무소건물 적용 효과 연구)

  • The aim of this study is to evaluate how much would the building energy consumption be saved by applying DSSC BIPV window which is possible to control the transmittance and express the color in the office building. For this, physical characteristics such as transmittance and reflectance, U-factor of DSSC areanalyzed and an annual energy consumption that is connected to dimming control is calculated when DSSC BIPV window is applied by alternate clear window system. As a result, It is possible to reduce the anannual energy consumption as much as4.1% by just change the clear double window system to DSSC BIPV double window system because the major factor to reduce energy consumption in the office that has much cooling load than other building is SHGC. When the thermal insulation properties of DSSC BIPV window with low-e coating and making triple window are improved, energy saving ratio is about 9%. Plus, energy saving ratio of 25~28% in lighting energy consumption is possible when the dimming control system with DSSC BIPV window is adopt.

  • The Korean government has introduced building regulations with improved energy conservation measures, including higher insulation levels for building envelope. However, there are many existing buildings that tend to consume more energy for heating and cooling than new buildings, as they were built under the former regulations with relatively higher U-values of walls and glazing. In order to improve energy efficiency in existing buildings, green remodelling of building envelope and building services are required. For existing buildings, building services improvements have been achieved through energy service company(ESCO), but much attention has not been paid to building envelope improvements with various reasons, such as uncertainty of energy saving effect design issues and costs. The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of building envelope improvements in a typical commercial building on its heating and cooling energy loads. The results show that the improvement of glazing with lower U-values has the highest energy saving effects, followed by wall, roof and floor, under the condition of same level of insulation improvements. However, high insulated glazing increased LCC because of higher initial investment costs.

  • The requirements for the optimal building system design is numerous. However, most system designers do not take care of various design strategies. They often argue that the proper simulation tools are not existed to solve the implicated design requirements and the time to consider many alternatives of building systems are insufficient. The aim of this study is to develop the optimization interface program that considers various system design variables and eventually find both the optimal values of annual energy use and cost. Therefore, Doe2Opt is developed to easily perform simulation-optimization process based on DOE2 and GenOpt, and minimizes energy cost of small-to-medium sized building for 6.7% and that of large sized building for 3% with optimizing several HVAC system variables.

  • 본 연구는 다양한 형상과 정보를 가질 뿐만 아니라 신축 및 재건축을 통하여 끊임없이 갱신되는 건물에 대해 3-D GIS를 구축하기 위한 기초자료를 효율적으로 획득하고 관리하기 위한 방법을 제시한다. 먼저 BIM과 GIS의 정보모델의 특징들을 비교해 보고, 가상도시 구축을 위한 CityGML에 대한 개요와 건물의 세밀도(Level of Detail)를 살펴본 다음, BIM으로부터 CityGML에 따른 건물정보를 추출하기 위한 프로토타입을 구현하여 실행사례를 보인다. 본 연구의 접근방법은 건축설계 및 건축관련 엔지니어링 사무소, 또는 건설회사에서 CAD로 작성한 기존의 건물 및 부지에 관련한 2, 3차원 정보뿐만 아니라 새로운 추세로 자리잡는 BIM 정보를 활용할 수 있어 국가GIS 구축을 위해 건물 외형과 내부 모델을 생성하기 위한 많은 노력을 절감할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
