최근 병원정보시스템의 도입으로 병원 내 의료서비스 효율성 향상이 두드러지고 있다. 이러한 병원정보시스템의 개선으로 의료정보 통합이라는 문제가 대두되고 있으며, 이를 시도하고자 하는 움직임이 나타나고 있다. 그러나 의료정보 통합을 위한 선행 단계로 동일 환자를 찾는 문제해결이 우선시 되며, 이를 위한 환자 식별 알고리즘의 연구가 필요시 되고 있다. 대표적인 사례로 MPI(Master Patient Index) 모듈을 통해 환자의 기본 정보 및 진료 정보 등의 여러 필드를 비교하여 유사도를 산출할 수 있으나, 국내에 적합하지 않는 언어체계, 필드별 최적 가중치의 산정 등 여러 가지 문제점들을 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 MPI 등과 같은 매칭 알고리즘의 정확도를 높일 수 있는 보완적인 방법으로, 환자 필드 정보 외에 촬영한 의료 영상(MRI) 정보를 활용하여 동일 환자를 찾는 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 영상 정보만을 활용한 방법과는 달리, 의료영상의 물리적인 정보를 환자 식별 시 가장 높은 가중치를 부여하여 변하지 않는 불변의 특정 값으로 하여 높은 정확도를 검출하였다. 이러한 영상 정보를 활용한 유사도 측정 결과는 향후 환자 식별에 있어 보조적인 수단으로 활용하고자 한다.

Categorization in a vital means for dealing with the multitudes of entities in the world surrounding people. Among others, the perceptual and the evaluative similarities factors strongly affect categorization. The conventional SD-type procedure are insufficient in this regard, since it requires an individual subject to make isolated judgments about each stimulus to identify categorization in terms of a group tendency. It disregards the individual categorization in which the similarities are of great importance. Thus in this study the phased emotional evaluation method is suggested based on the intuitive categorization of stimuli and on the similarity judgement of representative/ non-representative case in each category. To verify the effectiveness of the suggested evaluation method the scanned jewelry images are selected as test stimuli for emotional evaluation experiment. As a result of the evaluation experiment, the conventional SD-type procedure is complemented by the emotional evaluation method in phases of the task of intuitive categorization, the selection of the representative images and the setup of the evaluation score of the representative images to internally supplied anchors of evaluating non-representative images.

국내$\cdot$외에서 많은 인명피해와 헤아리기 어려울 정도의 재산피해를 가져오는 중대산업사고가 간헐적으로 발생하고 있다. 이러한 재해를 예방하기 위해서는 안전설계기술 및 안전운전기술 그리고 정확한 안전관리 등 새로운 기술을 개발하는 것도 중요하나, 과거 사고사례를 분석하여 구체적인 사고원인을 찾아 이를 Feedback하는 것도 중요하다. 과거 사고사례의 연구는 동종설비나 유사한 설비를 운용하는데 아주 귀중한 정보자료를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 값비싼 대가를 치러 얻어진 것이기 때문이다.(중략)

전력계통에서 발생하는 고장 중에는 고장 후의 결과만을 가지고는 어떻게 고장이 초기에 발생하여 진전되었는지를 추정하기가 어려운 고장이 간혹 발생한다. 본 고장 분석사례는 보호계전기의 동작사항과 고장기록장치의 파형을 이용하여 송전선로에서 고저항 지락에 의한 최초의 고장이 발생 할 수 있는 가능성과, 그 고장으로 인한 파급 고장 사례를 예시하였다. 과도현상 분석 프로그램인 EMTP (Electro-Magnetic Transient Program)를 이용하여 고장 사례를 재현하여 Fault Recorder 기록과의 유사성을 확인하였다.

Semantic Web은 웹 상에 존재하는 정보들을 사람뿐만 아니라 컴퓨터 프로그램과 같은 기계들이 이해할 수 있도록 만들어진 차세대 웹이다. 이러한 Semantic Web을 수행하기 위해서는 Ontology가 가지고 있는 사실과 규칙들의 의미를 컴퓨터가 자동적으로 이해하기 위한 추론기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 Semantic Web 환경에서 Ontology와 연계한 사례기반 추론 시스템을 제안한다. 사례기반 추론 시스템은 사례베이스로부터 현재 사례와 가장 유사한 사례를 검색하여 그 해결책을 제시하는 추론 방법으로 검색시 빠른 해결책을 제시한다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시맨틱 웹 기반의 온톨로지를 이용한 사례기반 추론시스템은 사용자의 요구사항을 의미적으로 정확하게 판단 할 수 있고, 검색 시 효율적인 알고리즘을 수행하여, 검색 성능 향상을 도모하였다.

In this paper, a new viewpoint and practical education method were presented on educational culture related to today's religions and media. For this purpose, this paper considered the theories of religious media pedagogic and the concept of symbo1ic didactics relating to religious symbols in popular culture. In this paper, a total of eight cases of applying symbolic didactics were developed using the example of "The Da Vinci Code", based on the theoretical framework of religious media education and symbolic didactics. For this, the education methods and contents of religious media education were integrated with the teaching plan model of "action and development oriented media education". In order for this education to be applied effectively, experimental studies have to be carried out verifying the learning effects regarding this education. In particular, education for teachers who will tarry out this education is needed. This is because, in media education, the efficiency of education is significantly affected by the capacity of the one who is teaching.
