Universities need to contribute to the sustainable development of their communities, with a primary purpose of education and research. Recently, the Economic and Social Impact(ESI), a measure of sustainability of universities, has been emphasized, but there is a lack of research on this. Therefore, this study examined the ESI indicators of existing universities and introduced cases of ESI development applied to K-university. In this study, we reviewed the ESI literature, analyzed domestic and international cases, and conduct an analysis of economic effect. As a result, we developed ESI indicators that includes both supply and demand side effects, and proposed an ESI assessment method that distinguishes the influence of universities and their impact on the community. Therefore, it is meaningful that this is a case of how universities measured ESI and how to use it. Future research will require advancement of the university's ESI assessment methodology, development of multipliers appropriate for the university, and comprehensive ESI indexing.

In this study, we investigated actual cases of assessment science teachers conducted and the cases they preferred in a typical situation based on the curriculum in the context of 'Scientific Inquiries in the History' of Scientific Inquiry Experiment. A questionnaire composed of descriptive questions was developed and a survey was conducted with 70 science teachers with experience in teaching 'Scientific Inquiries in History'. Interviews were conducted with eight of them. The assessment cases were analyzed in terms of the assessment areas and assessment methods, and the results were compared. The analyses of the results revealed that 'scientific inquiry ability' accounted for the highest ratio of the assessment areas in the actual cases of assessment. There were few cases that assessed the core concepts presented in the curriculum, 'the nature of science' and 'scientists' inquiry methods'. The assessment methods were greatly biased toward the report method and various assessment methods were not used. In preferred cases of assessment, the ratio of cases that assessed the core concept increased slightly, however the frequencies remained at a low. As for the assessment methods in preferred cases of assessment, the measurement methods decreased, the performance methods increased, and the informal methods which were not shown in the actual cases appeared. However various assessment methods were still not used. The causes of the survey results were analyzed based on the opinions of the teachers who participated in the interviews. Based on above results, plans to actively conduct NOS assessments in Scientific Inquiry Experiment are discussed.

Software development methods have continued to evolve in response to changes in the environment. Structural methodology, information engineering methodology, and object-oriented methodology are the major trends of this change. Each methodology has its own characteristics and advantages, and its applied fields are different. Engineers performing practical work are familiar with applying each methodology, but are not familiar with applying structural methodologies or information engineering methodologies in an integrated manner. Therefore, the maximum effect of the methodology cannot be obtained. With this in mind, we would like to organize and present examples of how to integrate and apply structural methodology and information engineering methodology to the target of each methodology.

사례 기반 추론(Case-Based Reasoning)은 새로운 문제를 해결하기 위해 유사한 기존 문제를 추출하여 그 해결과정을 사용한다. 그러므로, 기존의 문제와의 유사성을 얼마만큼 잘 판별하는가가 매우 중요한 관건이다. 연구된 유사성 판단 방법으로는 퍼지 소속 함수(Fuzzy membership function)를 이용하여 사례마다 각 클래스에 대한 소속 함수 값을 주는 방법이 있다. 이 방법은 퍼지 소속 함수를 어떻게 주는가에 따라 성능이 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 적당한 퍼지 소속 함수를 주기 위하여 Fuzzy C-Means를 사용하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이 방법은 각 클래스에 대한 소속 함수 값을 결정하는데 있어서 좀 더 전체적인 데이터 분포 정보를 이용할 수 있다.

콘크리트에서 알칼리골재반응은 내구성에 악 영향을 주는 일종의 암이라고 표현할 수 있다. 잠복기간이 길고, 균열이 나타나는 시기도 매우 오래 걸리기 때문이다. 이러한 현상이 1940 년대 알려지면서, 미국 ASTM에는 1950년에 모르타르봉 시험방법이, 1952년에 화학법이 각각 시험방법 규격으로 제정되었다. 국내에서는 한국도로교통연구원을 비롯한 전문연구기관 등에서 화학법 및 모르타르봉 방법으로 연구한 결과, 화학법에서는 일부 골재가 반응성이 있는 것으로 보고 되었으나, 모르타르봉 방법에서는 대상 골재에서 유해가능성이 낮은 것으로 보고되었다. 또한, 그동안은 구조물에서 알칼리골재반응에 의한 피해사례도 보고되지 않았고, 골재의 품질도 양호한 것으로 알려져 왔다. 그러나, 최근들어 서해안 고속도로 일부 구간에서 알칼리골재반응에 의한 포장노면에 균열 및 스폴링 등 심각한 피해사례가 보고되면서 국내에서도 관심이 높아지기 시작하였다. 특히 일본에서는 제 63회 시멘트기술대회 (2009년 5월 22일)에서 팽창기구의 재검토에 대한 이야기가 패널토의에서 제기되었고, 일부 시험방법의 이야기도 나왔다. 그동안의 골재는 현재의 규격만으로도 설명이 가능했는데, 최근의 골재들은 설명이 잘 안 되는 경우가 종종 있다는 이야기다. 이런 이야기들은 일본 지인들과 기술교류를 하면서 많은 이야기를 나누었고, 또한 우연히 문헌들을 독해하던 중 이런 이야기들을 경험한 문헌인 일본 태평양시벤트에서 발간되는 CEM'S 자료를 찾았기에 발췌 정리한 것이다.

본 연구에서는 포항제철의 사례를 바탕으로 사용중인 중역정보시스템(EIS: Executive Information System. 이하 "EIS"라함)을 보다 효과적으로 개선하 기 위한 새로운 방법을 소개한다. 제시되는 전략적 분석 모델은 중역, 정보 제공 책임자, 비서진, 기존의 소프트웨어 트래킹을 주요 정보 제공원으로 하 며 단계를 결정한다. 각 단계에서는 과거 정보요구분석을 실시한 방법들의 효과성을 평가하고 새로운 방법들을 제시한다. EIS가 개발 의도와는 달리 사 용 빈도는 줄어들고 있는 추세를 보이는 경우가 많아 올바른 정보요구 도출 방법이 요구되고 있다. 사용자인 중역으로부터 정보요구를 잘 도출할 수 있 는 방법들이 적용 상에 많은 어려움을 보이고 있고 이에 대한 연구가 중요 함에도 불구하고 관련 연구가 부족한 형편이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 EIS의 개발 또는 개선의 경우에 있어서 중역의 정보요구사항을 명확히 정립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 수 있을 것이다.

인터넷의 등장으로 기업의 전통적 비즈니스 방식이 변화하고 있다. 인터넷 비즈니스는 인터넷 기술을 기업 내부 및 기업 간 비즈니스 프로세스에 활용하여 정보 제품 및 서비스를 거래한다. 인터넷 비즈니스 환경에서는 인터넷웹 사이트가 비즈니스의 출발점이 된다. 변화하는 고객 요구 사항 분석과 이를 반영한 웹 사이트 개선 활동은 인터넷 비즈니스 경쟁력 유지의 핵심이다. 현재까지 제안된 방법론들은 신규 인터넷 비즈니스 구축을 주목적으로 하며, 고객요구에 대한 분석이 제시되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 고객 우선 인터넷 비즈니스 구축 방법론을 제안한다. 본 방법론은 고객 분석, 가치 분석, 웹 설계, 구현 설계, 구축 단계로 구성된다. 각 단계의 세부 절차를 I 사이트 사례를 통하여 제시하였다. 본 연구는 기존 방법론과 달리 고객 분석 단계와 시나리오 기반의 요구 분석이 특징이며, 다음과 같은 의의를 가진다. 첫째, 본 방법론은 고객 중심의 인터넷 비즈니스 운영 및 개선에 효과적으로 활용 가능하다. 둘째, 시나리오의 활용으로 인터넷 비즈니스 시스템의 핵심인 네비게이션 설계를 사용자 중심적으로 향상 가능하다.

SOA에 대한 도입희망이 여러 분야에서 가속화 되고 있지만 서비스 모델링에 대한 구체적인 방법과 사례가 부족하며, 제안된 모델링 방법들은 비즈니스 분석에 집중되어 있거나 서비스의 도출에 대한 구체적 절차와 서비스 식별 기준을 명확하게 정의하지 않아 실제 시스템의 개발에 적용하는데 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 서비스 모델링을 위하여 지금까지 많은 시스템들이 구축에 활용되었던 방법론에 대한 결과물인 유즈케이스(Use Case)를 활용하여 프로젝트의 특성에 관계없이 적용될 수 있는 구체적인 서비스 정의 방법을 소개한다. 또한 이를 위한 서비스 구분과 서비스 아키텍처를 제안하고 제안된 서비스 정의 방법을 국가성과정보시스템의 구현에 적용한 사례를 소개한다.

사례기반추론기법을 통한 유사상품의 탐색과 사용자 요구에 적합한 상품추천을 위해서는 다양한 요구에 부응할 수 있는 사례베이스의 구축이 우선되어야 한다 이에 본 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 상품추천시스템에서 번들상품구성문제를 표현하는데 적합한 사례표현기법을 개발하며, 유1.1사례를 추출하기 위한 유사도 척도의 개발에 연구의 첫 번째 주안점을 둔다. 본 논문에서는 번들상품추천을 위한 사례표현기법으로 속성-값(feature-value) 방식인 프레임(frame) 형식을 사용하고 있다 또한 유사도 측정을 위하여 각 속성(행사, 예산, 참여자 수, 고객 거주지 등)에 대하여 유사도 테이블을 작성하고, 이들 속성들의 가중합계방법을 이용하고 있다.
