Four fungal species, during indoor air monitoring for fungi that possibly affect the field testing of a newly bred shiitake cultivar in cultivation houses located in Cheongyang, Chungnam Province and Jangheung, Jeonnam Province. Of these species, two are known to be plant pathogens and the other two are saprobes but potent contaminators in the mushroom cultivation environment. This study reports the morphological characteristics and phylogenetic relationships of these four species based on nucleotide sequences of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and 18S rDNA region, including their known information.

본 논문은 작업 현장에서 청각장애인의 의사소통을 보조하는 한국 수화 메시지 보드의 개발에 대하여 다룬다. 청각 장애인은 일상적인 직업 현장에서 의사소통이 자유롭지 못하여 업무에 잘 적응하지 못하고 사내의 인간관계에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 문자를 이용한 정보 전달을 통해 모든 의사소통을 대체할 수 있을 것이라는 일반적인 생각과는 달리, 청각장애인의 경우 비장애인과 비교하여 사물의 개념 습득에 어려움이 있을 수 있으며 마찬가지로 사용하는 어휘수도 제한적인 경우가 많아 문자를 통한 의사소통에는 명확한 한계가 존재한다. 실제로 청각 장애 근로자가 이직하는 사유로 의사소통이나 인간관계가 높은 비중을 차지한다. 수화 메시지 보드는 크게 사내 네트워크를 이용한 공지 사항 전달을 위한 용도와 복수 개의 메시지 보드 간 문자 송수신의 용도로 사용 가능하다. 비장애인이 청각장애인에게 문자 입력으로 의사를 전달하면, 전달된 문자는 문자-수화 번역기를 통해 자동으로 수화로 번역되어 아바타의 수화 동작으로 화면에 출력된다. 전체 시스템은 수화 아바타를 포함한 그래픽 유저 인터페이스 (GUI), 수화 데이터베이스 및 한글 형태소/문장 분석기를 포함하는 문자-수화 번역기, 그리고 TCP/IP 기반의 문자 전송기의 세 부분으로 나뉜다. 본 논문에서는 수화 데이터베이스의 단어 선정을 위한 대상 작업 현장을 청각 장애 근로자가 타 직업에 비해 많은 비중을 차지하는 전자 부품 조립 업체로 한정하였다. 수화 데이터베이스는 자음 14종, 모음 17종, 숫자 15종, 일상생활 용어 1000종, 전자 부품 조립 업체에 특화된 단어 50종 및 직업 교육 관련 용어 50종으로 이루어진 총 1146종의 수화 단어를 포함하며, 수화 데이터베이스에 등록되지 않은 단어에 대해서는 지화로 표현하도록 한다. 이 중 전자 부품 조립 업체 특화 단어와 관련하여서는, 현재 동일한 분야의 작업 현장이라 하더라도 각 사업장 간 사용되는 수화가 통일되지 않아 문헌 조사 및 현장 조사를 통해 사용 빈도가 높고 형태가 공통적인 50종을 추려내었다. 본 연구는 실제 업무현장에서 청각장애인이 겪는 의사소통의 문제를 효과적으로 해결함으로써, 청각장애인이 직업 현장에 보다 쉽게 적응하도록 도움을 줄 뿐만 아니라, 일을 통해 자아 실현을 하도록 돕는 방안이 될 수 있다는 점에서 중요한 의의를 갖는다.

Existing studies have shown consistent results that a diversification discount phenomenon occurs, which means that the value of the company decreases as the degree of diversification of a company increases. Nevertheless, it is explained by the agency theory as a factor that continues to promote diversification by companies. And in order to solve the agency problem, it is important to form an effective governance structure. In order to solve these problems, this study aims to study how the directors' concurrent information affects the monitoring effect of the board of directors through this affects diversification.To this end, research was conducted on KOSPI companies for 6 years from 2011 to 2016.As a result of the analysis, in the case of the concurrent appointment of the CEO and the inside director, there was a positive (+) effect, but the significance could not be confirmed. In the case of adjunct appointments as outside directors, positive results were confirmed that were significant for diversification.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of concurrent appointment as a director on the quality of the internal accounting management system (IACS). For analysis, 9,343 KOSPI & KOSDAQ company-year data from 2014-2019, excluding the financial industry, were used. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the quality of IACS decreased as the number of multiple positions in the director increased. Although there is a difference in the roles of inside and outside directors, it was found that the quality of IACS decreases equally as the number of board members. According to the business hypothesis, this can be said to be the result of the agency problem within the company because directors, who were more busy with concurrent positions as directors, did not put sufficient effort into their work. This study suggests that information on the concurrent position of directors can be a new indicator that reflects the characteristics of the board in evaluating the effectiveness of corporate governance.

This study investigated the effect of accounting information on dividend policy as a measure of corporate conservatism from the perspective of the internal accounting management system. The verification is based on a sample of 543 companies listed on securities (excluding KOSDAQ and financial industry) among the Bank of Korea (2019) 「2018 Corporate Management Analysis」 and company analysis of the Korea Productivity Center (financial data disclosed as listed companies as a December settlement company) was composed. Using SPSS 22, empirical analysis was conducted using exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis. The first is the verification related to corporate conservatism and the role of dividend policy, and it is verification of whether internal accounting management influences financial decision-making. Second, if internal accounting management exists, it is a verification of how conservatism and investment policies (in-house reserve, debt borrowing, capital increase, dividends, etc.) affect the corporate value according to accounting information. As a result, from the perspective of the internal accounting management system, it was found that among the variables of accounting information, profitability can have a positive effect on corporate conservatism and dividend policy as a corporate valuation method of reinvestment. In addition, it has been proven that corporate conservatism has an effect on profitability-to-value through capital accumulation and reinvestment such as surplus and internal reserves. In the future, we will study and discuss the complementarity of corporate conservatism and dividend policy in relation to governance structure and improvement of the internal accounting management system.

In order to respond to the public needs to utilize the newspapers as high-valued information resources, the number of the commercially available news items which are transformed into a form of database has been remarkably increased by the introduction of CTS into the newspaper companies. As for the domestically available Japanese and foreign newspaper article database, explanations are given to the following items. 1) Characteristics of database, such as date of coverage, frequency updating, time-lag, news sources, search terms, available information, etc. 2) Matters to be noticed at the utilization. 3) Pattern of utilization depending on the object of the investigation, such as the investigation of company, market trend, etc. Since the newspaper article database will be available in a form of digitized information, making the combination with the inter-company LAN system possible, increased opportunities to use it in near future are expected.

소프트웨어의 품질을 향상시키기 위해 결함을 찾고 시정하는 것을 통제하는데 가장 중요한 요소가 바로 오류/장애/실패(통칭하여 결함(defects)를 효과적으로 추적하는 것이며, 결함을 추적하기 위해서는 효과적인 결함 추적시스템(Defect Tracking System)의 도입이 필요하다. 기존의 결함 추적 시스템은 고객/사용자로부터의 문제보고, 테스팅 기간 중의 결함보고, 변경관리 기능 등을 통합적으로 제공하고 있지 못하다는 점과 테스팅을 포함한 개발과정의 정량적 통제를 위한 데이터를 효과적으로 축적 제공하지 못하고, 더욱이 결함의 근본적인 원인을 찾아 해결할 수 있도록 하기 위한 정보를 효과적으로 제공하지 못하고 있는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기존의 결함 추적 시스템의 문제점을 해결하고자 설계/구축되어 현재 사내에서 활용되고 있는 결함관리 시스템인 Promise System을 소개하고자 한다. Promise 시스템은 고객의 불만 및 요구사항, 인스펙션 및 테스팅 시의 결함 및 요구사항에 대하여 각 담당자별로 업무를 할당, 추적할 수 있게 하고, 결함 및 요구사항에 관한 각종 상태정보와 통계 정보를 제공하여, 각 개발 및 테스팅 단계별로 결함 제거 목표의 수립, 정량적 통제, 결함 원인 분석을 통한 프로세스 개선 등을 지원하는 시스템이다.

Recently, broadcasting companies have been faced with changes in social environment, particularly, the emergence of new media, including the internet, cable TV and DMB, and in the political environment, such as convergence in broadcasting and communications media. To cope with these changes, broadcasting companies are showing increasing interest in building new broadcasting information systems. This study presents how to develop a web-based broadcasting information system for the small and medium-sized broadcasting company. For developing the system, the study describes system configuration, business function relationship diagrams and business flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, major programs, and graphic user interfaces. The newly developed web-based broadcasting information system is expected to increase business productivity to a significant extent through faster decision-making and business execution in and out of the company.

사회의 근본적인 경제 구조가 농경사회에서 산업사회를 거쳐 정보사회로 전환되면서 인터넷 사용자와 인터넷에서의 마케팅 및 커뮤니케이션이 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 인터넷 매체의 빠른 확산과 인터넷 매체만이 갖는 특징 때문에 기존의 커뮤니케이션 환경과 양식, 기업의 활동양식, 나아가서는 개인의 라이프스타일이 크게 변모하고 있다. 통신과 네트워크 기술, 디지털 및 멀티미디어 기술의 발달에 힘입어 기존의 일방적이고 수동적인 정보전달 방식은 쌍방향적이고 능동적인 정보전달방식으로 바뀌어 가고 있다. 즉, 커뮤니케이션 주체간의 시간과 거리 공간의 벽이 없어지는가 하면 소비자의 정보수집, 구매, 의사 전달과 같은 행동양식도 크게 탈바꿈하고 있는 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 Interactive한 통신 기능을 기반으로 한 인터넷 광고는 마케팅이나 광고 캠페인에 대한 기업의 전통적 접근방식을 크게 변화시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 정보화 시대의 인터넷 이용자들의 일반특성과 인터넷 사용 경향을 살펴보고 조직내에서 이뤄지는 인트라넷에서 실시되고 있는 배너광고(Banner Advertising)와 팝업창을 중심으로한 광고활용이 사내구성원의 효율적인 커뮤니케이션을 구축할 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위한 개념적 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

개방과 경쟁의 도입, 기술의 발달, 고객욕구의 다양화 및 고급화 등과 같은 제반 환경요인의 변화로 최근의 정보통신산업에서는 많은 변화가 야기되고 있다. 특히 별정통신이라는 이름으로 도입된 새로운 사업형태는 탄생상의 문제, 경험과 지식의 부족 및 상층되는 목표로 인하여 정착되어 가는 과정에서 문제와 불협화음이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제는 제도, 기능, 시장 그리고 사업자 관계라는 네가지 측면으로 집약될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 별정 2호 사업을 숭심으로 유통기능에 대한 검토 및 분석을 통해 유통구조 시스템의 전략적 설계 방향을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 기간통신사업자의 사내 유통망을 보완해주는 사외유통망을 설계함으로써 유통효율성과 마케팅 효과성을 동시에 제고해야 한다는 것이다. 둘째, 별정통신 유통경로 시스템을 발전적 마케팅 전략의 일환으로 통신서비스 제공이라는 단순한 차원을 뛰어넘어 고객생활의 질을 향상시키고 고객의 성공을 가져오는 폭넓고 고차원적인 개념으로 확대하여야 할 것이다. 이러한 기반 위에 통신사업에 대한 홍보활동을 강화하고 다양한 통신서비스를 제공할 수 있는 서비스 충실화를 기하여야 할 것이다. 셋째, 기간통신사업자가 강점을 갖고 있는 영역에 대해서는 기존의 직접마케팅을 활용하고, 약점을 가지고 있는 서비스나 기능에 대해서는 대체하거나 보완하는 역할을 별정사업자에게 부과함으로써 전체 서비스 제공 시스템의 목적을 달성할 수 있을 것이다.
