This study analyzed the effect of participation of in - company events on organizational commitment. A total of 52 questionnaires were analyzed for workers. The results of this study were as follows: First, there was no statistically significant correlation between employees' satisfaction with organizational life satisfaction and the correlation coefficient between MT / WS and Sports events was -.478, p <.01 Level negative correlation. Second, the group differences of the organizational life satisfaction according to the individual characteristics of the workers were analyzed according to the age and position, and the organizational life satisfaction was analyzed as being higher than that of 30 ~ 35 years of age More than the deputy director. Third, there was no statistically significant difference between groups of self-efficacy according to personal characteristics. The purpose of this study is to examine whether organizational commitment influences organizational commitment through organizational life satisfaction and self - efficacy.

This study analyzed the effect of education and training of small businessess on improving job satisfaction and job performance. The study results showed availability of training and sufficientness of practice hours affected job satisfaction, quality & availability of training and sufficientness of practice hours affected job responsiveness, information accessability of training, training place & facility and sufficientness of practice hours affected willingness to participate in training. Women and procuction worker had higher willingness to learn, yet who are in their 20s and continuously worked for 3-5 years had lower training satisfaction so it is recommended to improve it. This study provided implications for exploring effective factors to enhance company training performance and verified the effect.

This study investigates the effect of the organizational preparedness for corporate entrepreneurship(OPCE) on innovative behavior, with a focus on the mediating role of resilience. Building on literature regarding the OPCE and resilience, hypotheses are developed and tested using data collected from 217 middle managers in South Korean small and medium-sized enterprises. Results show that the OPCE has both direct and indirect effects on the consequence. Resilience is also found to be positively associated with innovative behavior. It also find that resilience mediates the relationship between OPCE and innovative behavior. These findings suggest that the perception of middle managers on OPCE contributes to developing their resilience, which in turn encourages them to act entrepreneurially. Theoretical and practical implications, limitations and suggestions for future studies are presented.

전자 비서 시스템은 사용자의 위치정보 및 통신환경을 인식하여 사용자에 대한 통신 연결 요청이 발생했을 때 사용자 정보를 이용하여 상황에 가장 적합한 통신수단을 선택하고 연결을 지원하는 편리한 통신환경을 제공한다. 본 연구는 유.무선 통합 시스템의 응용 사례로서 사내 전자 비서 시스템을 설계 구현한 것으로써, 다양한 통신수단 간의 전환을 위한 프로토콜 설계와 네트워크 서버 구축을 그 골자로 한다. 사내에 있는 모든 사원들의 통합적인 통신수단의 사용성향 및 위치정보가 데이터 베이스에 반영되고 전자 비서 시스템은 이 정보를 통해 사용자에게 개별적인 전자 비서 서비스를 제공한다.

본 논문은 미국 다국적 기업의 해외 합작투자 발표가 개별 기업의 주식 가격에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 개별 기업의 경영능력 및 대리인 비용의 존재 여부에 따라 기업의 투자의사 결정시 증권시장이 차별적으로 반응한다는 점을 가설화하였으며 이를 실증연구를 통하여 입증하였다. 평균적으로 해외 합작투자 발표 당일에 주가 상승으로 인한 평균초과수익율은 0.4%로 기업 인수 합병에서 인수 기업이 실현하는 수익률에 상응하는 수준이었다. 본 논문의 실증연구 결과는 Jensen(1986)이 제시한 '사내잉여자금-과잉투자'(Free Cash Flow - Overinvestment)가설과 대체로 일치하고 있다. 즉, 기업의 관리능력이 뛰어나고 사내에 축적된 잉여자금의 양이 적은 경우 해외 합작투자 결정은 증권시장의 호의적인 반응을 받은 반면 경영이 부진하고 사내에 유보된 잉여자금의 양이 많은 기업의 경우 투자자의 관심을 끌지 못하였음을 알 수 있다.

This paper explores the impact of the external workers on employment performance in Korea, using Workplace Panel Survey (WPS). I find the use of external workers, e.g., temporary agency workers, in-subcontract workers, and contract workers, is mainly negatively related with employment performance. Especially the use of in-subcontract workers and contract workers is negatively related with the job creation rate of standard workers and the net growth rate of internal workers. The results show the existence of a substitute effect between the use of internal and external workers.

현재 세계적으로 e스포츠 시장의 규모가 꾸준히 성장하고 있지만 프로 e스포츠 구단부터 e스포츠 이벤트 대행사까지 각종 e스포츠 유관 기업들은 산업 규모에 걸맞는 수익을 창출 하기는 커녕 오히려 적자를 기록하는 경우를 더욱 자주 찾아볼 수 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 사업적 다각화를 위해 프로 선수들을 주류로 다루는 e스포츠 산업뿐만 아니라 다양한 아마추어 e스포츠 산업을 다루는 사업 모델 또한 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그 중 각종 논-엔데믹 기업 내에서 진행되고 있는 사내 e스포츠 토너먼트들이 업무 효율성에 얼마나 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지에 대해 연구함으로서 새로운 수익 모델에 대한 검증, 더 나아가 사업 타당성에 대해 검토해 보도록 한다.

회사의 정보보호 활동 기준을 제시하기 위해 '정보보호 정책규정집' 제작이라는 쉽지 않은 일을 해낸 김 대리. 그는 프로젝트를 마친 후에도 알림 게시판 공지, 포스터 제작, 자체 정보보호 교육 등을 통해 사내 구성원들이 회사의 보안 정책지침을 잘 이해하고 따를 수 있도록 별도의 정보보호 정책홍보를 시행했다. 두 달 뒤, 김 대리는 사내 구성원들이 '환상기업'의 보안정책을 얼마나 잘 준수하고 있는지 궁금해 하지 않을 수 없었다.

인터넷의 급속한 보급과 웹 인터페이스를 기반으로 하는 사내 전산 시스템인 인트라넷(Intranet) 어플리케이션 개발이 보편화되고 있다. 그러나 인트라넷 도입에는 기존 시스템 및 데이터베이스와의 연동, 사내의 고유한 업무흐름(Workflow), 성능 및 보안 요구사항이 있어 패키지 형태의 인트라넷 제품은 그 확장성와 적용성에 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인트라넷 어플리케이션 개발에 재사용될 수 있는 공통 기능 모듈들을 재사용 신기술인 '객체지향 프레임워크' 방식을 적용함으로써, 기업에서 인트라넷 어플리케이션을 개발할 때에 비용이나 기간을 단축하여 높은 효율을 갖고자 한다.
