This paper presents the Internet audio broadcasting technology based on the streaming technology. In this paper, we choose the MPEG-2 AAC for multimedia data, and for the streaming of this data we use RTP/RTCP protocol. We use RTSP protocol for the control of streaming data and TCP/IP for the exchange of information between server and client. By using all of these protocols and MPEBG-2 AAC, we explain the implementation method for the unicast/multicast streaming server/client system. Our system was tested by ETRI intranet, which is connected by 2000 researchers. Experimental result show that our system can be process the packet loss and jitter by retransmission and variable length buffer. Multicast streaming server can be used for the audio broadcasting service inside the company, unicast streaming server can be used for the AOD (Audio On Demand) service.

In modern information society, the necessity arose of having to manage overall information technology as information technology is introduced to companies and public organizations while the necessity of joining the goals of business and IT is increasing. Also, there has been an increase in organizations which are preventing the overlapping of IT investigations and pursuing ROI. Hereupon, many developed companies created the concept of IT governance. IT governance indicates the structure and dynamic behavior of companies' business and the structural affecting factors influencing IT, and this is expressed as business, the business & IT related committees and departments inside and outside, the framework representing their relationship and range of activity, organizational diagram and process composition. Intermingled with such external factors, the reestablishment of defense IT governance in order to reach the vision and goal of our current military defense has become a requirement. This study aims to describe core strategy for building defense IT governance framework. In order to support these claims, the comprehensive IT governance and information technology are mentioned, domestic and overseas military cases are analyzed, and core strategy for building defense IT governance framework is analyzed as well.

ATP bioluminescence system and impedance system were evaluated with the objective of reducing the time for microbial analysis of cosmetics formulations from 72 to 24 h. The meaningful correlation (at least $95\%$) was achieved when emulsion were artificially contaminated with low levels of different organisms, including Pseudomonas aeruinosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Ralstonia mannitolilytica. The standard agar plate method, ATP bioluminescence and impedance method were used for in this study. Successful evaluation and validation of automated systems has enabled the introduction of ATP bioluminescence and impedance method into routine use within the microbiology laboratory. This has provided a rapid assessment of product quality, resulting in faster throughput and resource maximization.

Also, you do not have the limitations of time and space provides a flexible working environment. Smartwork environment is an IT environment to be provided to carry out the business by accessing remotely via smart device outside of the internal IT infrastructure of an existing. Smartwork system to increase the work efficiency is present to what information protection threats according to their convenience. Safeguards information that can be utilized to build a secure smartwork environment is required. Therefore, in this paper, we examined the worksmart information protection measures that can protect the information be reconciled smoothly to fit the smartwork environment.

Fungal contamination is a detrimental factor affecting sawdust media-based shiitake cultivation in greenhouses. During fungal monitoring of greenhouses used for shiitake cultivation, eight fungal species were isolated and identified from indoor air and mushroom flies collected in the greenhouses. The current study reported five species as new in Korea, viz. Ascochyta hordei, Discosia artocreas, Mucor nidicola, Perenniporia medulla-panis, and Pseudozyma prolifica, and confirmed two species, Penicillium charlesii and Penicillium brevicompactum, which were previously recorded in Korea without molecular taxonomic validation. The morphological characteristics and phylogenetic relationships based on nucleotide sequences of the internal transcribed spacer rDNA region or calmodulin gene were described for all identified species.

This paper aims to analyze the relationship between R&D outsourcing ratio (external R&D expenditures out of total R&D expenditures) and firm characteristics. Four hypotheses are tested using firm-level data with Tobit regression method. The major findings of this paper are as follows. First, firms with high technological capabilities, which are measured by R&D expenditures per sale and the number of patents per employee, rely more on R&D outsourcing. Nonetheless, firms that own R&D centers tend to rely less on external outsourcing of R&D. Second, firms with high managerial innovation capabilities, which is measured by the introduction of IT solutions, show higher R&D outsourcing ratio. Third, bigger firms are likely to spend more in external R&D than in internal R&D. This paper also discusses implications on R&D policy of Korea.

The purpose of this paper is to consider how the Korean major broadcasts employs their broadcasting human resources and makes use of them in connection with broadcasting education as media education in universities. The problems deals with broadcasting education in universities, particularly with regard to the point of broadcasts view, with the training & reeducation systems and with the academic-industrial cooperation. By using depth interview with experts(directors of personnel management of the broadcasts), this paper explores meaning of media education for the training of broadcasting human resources. In the opinions of the responsible officers for personnel management, it distinctly exists different points of view between the related academic circle and the broadcasting on-site. The related academic circle criticizes the chronic invariability of broadcasts, and the broadcasts the impractical broadcasting education of the academic circle.

Four species of Trichoderma causing green mildew of Agaricus bisporus were isolated from 38spots of mushroom growing areas in Korea. These are T. koningi, T. lignorum, T. glaucum and an unidentified species, and their frequencies of occurrence are $50\%,\; 32\%,\; 13\%; and\; 5\%$ respectively. All of these species grew well in potato dextrose, Waksman's and Richard's solution, and preferred acid (pH. 4) to neutral. The temperature in mushroom trouse should be kept at $15^{\circ}C$ during cropping period, not only for the high yield of mushroom but also for the prevention of green mildew of mushroom caused by Trichoderma spp . T. lignorum was killed in soil on an exposure of 60 minutes at $70^{\circ}C$ and when exposed for 30minutes at $80^{\circ}C$. Peak heat procedure of compost eliminated T. lignorum and T koningi.

Experiments were carried out to evaluate the air speed distribution of an enclosed growing-finishing pig house in summer and winter. The data taken by experiments were compared to validate with the calculated air speeds by a commercial CFD code, FLUENT. Air basically enters into the house through Baffled slot Inlet and leaves through a exhaust fan attached on the Exhaust fan in exiting wall of the house. Air speeds were measured as $2{\sim}2.5m/s$ at the two side slot in winter and 0.8 m/s in summer. The validation showed that a CFD simulation is one of feasible methods to predict airspeed distribution in the growing-finishing pig house.
