Ontology can be used as a formal and demonstrative knowledgebase that can express the thinking process of human. Software Development Process is a collection of ideal practices and procedural system that is performed by mature organization with high capability. Due to complexity of process, however, Software development Process often results in obstruction of introducing and improving simple process activity. While introducing and improving software development process, application of ontology to complex software development process is more approachable by showing deductive results of relationship between ISO/IEC 15504 and CMMI. In this paper, we demonstrate a methodology that utilizes the improved process database conceptually mapping between ISO/IEC 15504 and CMMI using ontology.

건축에 있어서 이론과 실제의 관계 문제는 오랫동안 건축 담론에 대한 주요 대상이 되어왔다. 이는 건축에서의 발전이 역사적으로 동시대의 사회적, 문화적, 경제적 환경의 진화와 더불어 진행되어 왔기 때문이며, 건축작업 선상에서 대두되는 이론과 실제의 관계와 맥락성이 건축의 주체성에 매우 중요한 요소로 여겨지기 때문이기도 하다. 1960년대부터 불거진 포스터모던주의의 사고적 영향은 건축분야의 의미와 가치에 있어서 학문과 실무분 야에서 새롭게 재조명되기 시작하였고, 기존 건축고유의 영역을 벗어나, 역사, 이론, 비평, 기술 및 디자인 분야로 확장되어 새롭고 다양한 접근 방법과 그 방식에 대한 고민을 추구하기 시작하였다. 건축작업에 중요한 근거를 제시해주는 비평적 사고를 유지하기 위하여, 이론적인 아이디어에서 실질적인 실무로서의 투사방법, 그리고 그 사이의 절충을 지속하기 위함은 특히 현대사회에서 더욱 복합적이며 다면적인 질문이 되고 있다. 이 논문은 건축의 투사 방법에 있어서 현대 건축가들이 자신들의 이론적인 관점과 그 관점을 건축적으로 가시화 시키는 관계성을 관찰하고, 어떻게 본인만의 논리와 프로세스를 추구하고 지속하는가에 대한 점을 연구하는데에 그 목적이 있다.

Korea's design developed closely related to economic growth and plays a key role in material growth, wealth growth, and consumption promotion today. Of course, it is true that Korea's design level has grown significantly, but it has not reached a trend-leading level. Behind this, it is thought that one of the reasons behind this is that most design companies are biased towards trend research and benchmarking from a supplier perspective, resulting in the creation of design sculptures. If you look at the examples that lead the world's design trends, you can see that their subjective thinking from the author's point of view accounts for a significant portion of design sculpture creation. Through an in-depth interview with designers and artists at both extremes of the spectrum of thought, I want to look at examples of self-expression design development and get implications for suggesting conceptual models of self-expression design sculpture. Through this, a conceptual model was proposed, which is organized into a five-step design creation process in which balanced thinking is achieved by combining the thinking system and process according to the writer's point of view with the majority of design creation dominated by supplier perspective.

새로운 기술 활용에 직접적인 영향을 받는 사람들은 기존 사고와 행동을 변화해야 할 필요성을 인식하지만 대개의 경우 현재 상황에 집착하게 된다. 따라서 조직원에게 변화의 방향을 제시하고 이것이 필수적인 것이며 동시에 성취 할 수 있다는 확신을 주어 그들의 사고를 다시 재구성 할 수 있도록 한다면 조직내의 성공적인 변화 관리를 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 조직 변화 관리를 성공적으로 실행하기 위하여 변화의 본질을 이해하고, 변화를 방해하는 위험 요소를 최소화 하는 방법론, 구체적인 변화 관리 실행계획 수립 절차, 각 단계별 생성되는 산출물, 진단도구(Tool)를 제시하며, 특히 평가단계에서는 변화의 초기 목표와의 차이 분석을 통하여 조직 전체에 효과를 확장할 수 있도록 필요한 기술, 지식, 태도 등을 추출하여, 변화가 ongoing 프로세스이며 지속적인 개선 활동과 연계되어야 한다는 점에 대해 논한다.

The objective of this study is to suggest the process and method of local accident investigation for local authorities with a view to efficient and effective managing traffic accidents. With a project city selected accident-type maps, accident lists, accident diagrams, priority of black-spots/-lengths, site visits, remedial measures, opportunity costs, monitoring etc. are taken into consideration, by using accident data in the last 3 years. Analyzed are accident savings to be expected when applying technical, organizational, and administrative processes attached to local accident investigation.

Recently, the administration and supervision of Information Security Certification and Security Inspection has been enforced but information leakage and security accidents by insiders are increasing consistently. The security accidents by insiders ran to 21% in 2010, by the 2011 Cyber Security Watch Survey. The problem is that immediate recognition is difficult and stopgap measure is mostly adopted without company's external notice apprehensive for cost increase or credit drop in case of internal security accidents. In the paper, we conducted the regression study on security access management then proposed the standard process available for other systems and businesses sites. It can be very useful for many companies to investigate, analyze and improve the problem of security management conveniently.

기존의 웹기반 가상실험 시스템은 단방향적 학습내용 제시 및 학습자의 반응이라는 구조를 가지고 있으며 실제 과학실험에서 범하기 쉬운 오류들을 학습자가 스스로 진단하고 수정할 수 있는 과정을 간과하고 있다. 또한 현재의 가상실험 사이트는 학습자의 입장에서 다양하게 사고하고 변인을 조작하며 피드백을 통한 오류를 분석, 분류 및 수정 할 수 있는 기회를 제공하지 않는 경우가 대부분이다. 이에 본 논문은 가상 실험에서 학습자들이 겪게 되는 오류발생 문제를 진단하고 분석하여 피드백과정을 거쳐 오류를 수정하고 보완하여 가상공간에서 교사와 학습자, 학습자와 학습자간의 상호작용을 통한 가상실험이 원활하게 이루어지게 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 가상실험 학습의 장점 및 그와 연관된 오류분석 및 피드백의 의미를 7차 교육과정과 관련되어 기술하였으며, 시스템을 인터페이스 프로세스, 오류체크 프로세스, 오류분석 프로세스, 오류기록 프로세스, 오류제어 프로세스, 피드백 프로세스로 구성하였다. 또한 현 교육과정 중 초등학교 4학년 과학과의 한 단원을 선택하여 시스템을 적용하였다. 먼저 국내 및 국외에서 웹기반 학습과 관련된 가상실험 사이트들이 다수 개발되고 있으나 단순한 학습내용 제시와 실험결과 위주의 평가를 중시한다는 단점이 있다. 본 시스템의 학습자는 이와는 달리 실험결과 뿐만 아니라 실험과정의 오류를 확인하고 피드백을 받아 스스로 오류를 분석, 수정하게 된다.

'UAS flight recording system' is a system that is mounted on an unmanned aircraft system consisting of various components and records flight-related data. The data recorded by this system should be used for aviation accident and incident investigations to prevent similar accidents. In particular, for the category of UAS with high operating risk, safety devices close to that of manned aircraft are required, and it is urgent to develop flight recording systems reflecting the characteristics of the UAS to secure airworthiness. This paper highlights the need for UAS flight recording systems for aviation accident and incident investigations and seek a method to derive flight recording system parameters for 'Certified Category' with high operational risk. To this end, Inter-City UAM was used as a concrete use case, and the process of approaching system parameters was devised by assuming accident occurrences and hazards from mission profiles and scenarios. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that parameters could be derived through this process.

The age of the $4^{th}$ Industrial revolution characterized with artificial intelligence leads to increased interest in emotional aspects representing humanity as counterpart competence to the digital literacy, As the educational model to foster emotional intelligence, noticed is 'maker education based on design thinking process,' since it cultivates the spirits of empathy, intuitive thinking, collaboration, communication, sharing, and openness. In this context, this study aimed to examine relationship between the educational model and emotional intelligence. For this purpose, a case study has been conducted with 37 undergraduate students in an University general education class, and the results of data collection and analysis confirmed positive influences of the program in enhancing most components of the emotional intelligence.
