This study was carried out to introduce a couple of commercialized patented technologies in the area of turfgrass production. All sod production related patents in Korea during the period from Dec. 20, 1948 to Dec. 30, 2005 were reviewed. Details of two patents (patent No. 0434389 and 0478194) were included. The results are summarized as follows: 1. One of the domestic patents on sod production was the technique using natural and plastic films. Information on topsoil mixtures was also reviewed form foreign patents. 2. Patented multi-purpose sowing equipment can evenly mix soil, sand, fertilizer and other soil conditioners with seed, stolen and rhizome of turfgrass. 3. Patent on cool-season turfgrass sod production provide topsoil mixture combination and mixing ratio for sports field, landscape area and roof garden.

오존 경보제와 예보제의 실시가 오존 오염에 관한 일반인의 관심을 증폭시키는 중요한 계기가 되었음에도 우리 연구계와 정책 당국의 대응은 이에 훨씬 못미치고 있다. 1990년 이래 학회지 관련 논문 편수는 연간 1∼3편에 그치고 있고, 다른 이차오염 현상과 달리 정책 당국은 여전히 지원을 고려하지 않고 있다. 오존 연구가 뿌리를 내리지 못한 가운데 강행된 경보제와 예보제의 와중에 책임을 떠맡은 지방자치단체는 조급하게 노련한 예보 모델을 찾고 있고 충분한 검토도 없이 외국의 사례에서 대책을 구하고 있다. 논란이 되고 있는 오존 예보의 부정확성은 모델 선택의 문제가 아니라 모델 이용이 잘못된 때문이다. 현재 오존 대책의 일환으로 검토되고 있는 차량 부제 실시와 같은 단기 대책은 역효과를 낼 수 있다는 연구결과도 있다. 선진국의 오존 연구는 도시 규모에서 지역 규모로 확대되고 있고, 구츰 등 액상반응의 효과 규명과 1 kin 이하 미세 변화 모델링이 시도되고 있고, 지구 단위 대류권 실험의 일환으로 태평양 상공의 오존과 오존 전구물질의 대기화학이 조사되고 있다. 우리는 우선 우리의 오존 문제를 정확히 이해하도록 노력하여야 한다 합리적 계획 아래 체계적으로 접근하여 갈 때 당장은 아니지만 우리의 오존에 대한 이해가 깊어갈수록 예보의 정확성은 향상될 수 있다. 많은 비용과 노력이 필요한 오존 대책의 시행은 충분히 신중하여야 한다. 서울과 같은 대도시라면 적합한 수치모델을 구비하여 효과를 점검할 수 있어야 한다. 일부에서는 예보의 정확성을 높일 수 있는 방안의 하나로 수치모델 이용을 거론하고 있으나 수치모델은 매일의 예보와 같이 일상적 목적을 위하여 사용될 수 있는 모델이 아니며, 현재와 같이 기초가 갖추어져 있지 않은 상황에서는 더욱 그러하다. 정상적 모델 이용이 가능할 수 있도록 배출원 자료 체계를 갖추어야 하고, 서을 등 특징적 지역에 대하여서는 집중적 현장 조사를 실시하여야 한다.3)와 NAS(National Academy of Sciences, 1983), 미국에서 발행되는 정부 지침서 (Federal Register)에 고시된 내용 등을 토대로 하였다. 연구는 당면현실로 다가온 정보화 및 세계화의 기업환경에서 예견되는 몰입(committment)의 약화에 대한 치유방안으로서, 정보화된 경영모의게임의 기업 교육훈련 시스템(Business Training System)으로의 발전 가능성을 제시한다 하겠다.암시하며, 따라서 우리 교육문화에 맞는 재택수업 형태의 개발이 시급함을 제시한다고 하겠다.column density of HCaN is (1-3):n1014cm-2. 정보시스템 개발노력의 상당수는 실패로 끝나고 있다. 최근 통계에 따르면 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트의 반은 실패로 끝난다고 한다［kaplan, 1998］. 이와 같은 높은 실패율은 시스템 개발을 위한 노력을 체계적으로 투입하지 못하고 개발 프로젝트를 관리하기 위한 노력을 단위프로젝트 차원에서만 집중시키는데서 연유한다고 생각된다. 다시 말해 장기적인 관점에서 개발조직의 역량 향상이라는 보다 근본적인 목표를 간과하고 있는 것이다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 분야에서는 정보시스템 개발과 관련'한 개발 조직의 능력을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 접근방법이 제시되고 있다. 개발조직의 개발 프로세스 성숙도를 진단하기 위한 측정도구로 개발된 카네기멜론대학의 CMM(Capability Maturity Model)과 ISO 에서 정의한 표준인 SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability dEtermination) 모델이 그 대표적인 예에 속한다. 그러나 이와 같은 모델들은 개발조직의 프로세스 개선을 위한 방향과 요건은 제시하고 있지만, 이를 조직 내에서 구현하기 위한 구체적인 방법이나 수단은 제시해주지 못하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 접근방법 역시 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 역량 이나 개발경험이 일천한 우리 현실에서는 부분적인 성과 이상을 기대하기는 어려웠다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점이 개발 프로젝트와 관련된 경험이나 지식을 효과적으로 추출하고, 획득하고, 체계화하고, 시스템화하여 조직 내에서 활용하려는 노력이 부족한기 때문이라고 본다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개발조직의 역량 향상을 위한 지식관리적 접근 방법의 세가지 유형을 제시하기로 한다.>$Ca^{2＋}$ 는 뿌리에서, $Mg^{2＋}$ 는 잎에서 많았으며, $PO_4$$^{-}$ 는 과실과 줄기에서 많았다. 배지간에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았으며, $K^{+}$, $Ca^{2＋}$ 및 $Mg^{2＋}$ 는10:0에서, $PO_4$$^{-}$ 는 8:2에서 각각 많았다.해 제품을 판매하였으며, 기업 및 제품이미지 제고를 위한 고객에 대한 서비스도 강화하고 있었다. 통신기기업체내지 소프트웨어 산업으로의 진출이 가능할 수 있도록 상호진출을 허용할 필요가 있다고 본다. 이를 위해서 우리 나라 정부 역시 미국처럼 새로운 통신개혁법을 만들 필요가 있다. 새로운 통신개혁법의 핵심적인 사항으로서 첫째, 통신과 CATV간의 상호진입을 허용, 둘째, 통신사업자가 통신관련 기기산업에 참여할 수 있는 규제완화를 허용, 셋째, 유아단계에 있는 소프트웨어 및 컨테트산업을 육성하는데 산업육성책 수립 등을 적극적으로 추진하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 현재 국내 재벌기업들로 구성되어 있는 기반산업을 지원하는 기술개발 지원체제와 육성정책을 소프트웨어 및 컨텐트의 응용산업으로 개편할 필요성도 제시되며, 이를 위해 범부처 차원에서 소프트웨어 및 컨텐트 육성정책을 지원하는 종합적인 대책을 마련해야 한다고 본다.서, Li-K, Li-Na탄산염에 대하여 부 식거동을 검토한 결과, 가압하에서 내식성이 향상되는 것이 발견되었다. 이유로서는 가압하에서 용융탄산엽의 증가된 산화력으로 보다 치밀한 내식성 산화물 피막이 형성되기 때문으로 생각되고 있다. 또

The Journal of Digital Policy & Management. This space is for the abstract of your study in English. Recently, advancements in voice recognition technology lead to a new oral cultural era. Text based on new oral cultures, can bring about a cultural revolution. This research is rooted within the humanistic approach, including oral and text. The goal of the research is the humanistic measurements in regards to these cultural issues. Just like the complementary relationship between oral and text for the future. First of all, we will discuss the aspects that have resulted in the change between a text culture to an oral culture. After checking these changes with regards to voice recognition technology, we will be able to discuss the possibilities and problems of this cultural change. We discussed expected outcomes, such as the complementarity of speaking and writing, the expansion from the private culture to the public culture, the possibilities of a simultaneous concurrency. We also discussed the necessity such as a new semiotic approach of the voice and preparation for the expansion of the world of life. Specifically, the necessity for the advancement and control of the Korean culture against the dominance of a global corporation will be explored. In this study, basic research will be undertaken to look at the possibility of the new voice recognition technology and cultural changes, that are expected to be able to be effectively utilized and continue into more detailed research.

The aim of this study is to examine the regional features of shipbuilding-allied industries comprehensively. Inaddition, this study would offer groundwork to construct spatial networks of shipbuilding-allied industries. Relatively in short term, large modem shipbuilding firms of South Korea have developed under the national strategic support, around southeast coast region. Although small shipbuilding firms and marine equipment firms have supported regional economy, these firms have scaled down their functions and roles due to the national policy. In the long tenn, Korean shipbuilding-allied industries have limitations in stable development, because they have separated their roles. Consequently it is necessary the balanced development of large, medium, and small shipbuilding firms and linkage system with marine equipment firms for overall development of shipbuilding-allied industries. This study suggests two spatial strategy for shipbuilding-allied industries development. First, we need to construct a shipbuilding specialization area which agglomerates competent parts firms adjacent to large shipyards. Second, in national strategy, a long term strategy is required to utilize extremely synergy and external effects induced from a shipbuilding duster of southeast coast region which systematically combines shipbuilding-allied industries, universities, the government authorities, and research institutions.

Despite rapid changes in the structure of industry, manufacturing remains a key industry for economic progress, promotion of trade, increased employment, and the creation of new industries. Production technologies are essential for strengthening the competitiveness of small- and medium-sized manufacturing industries. However, it is very difficult to standardize and systematically propagate production technology from an experienced worker to an inexperienced worker because these technologies are generally improved by the skilled people in a workshop. In this study, we introduce a Web-based platform system consisting of a knowledge authoring tool, technology database, semantic database, and Web portal service for sharing production technologies for the exterior housing parts of mobile products. By investigating various cellular phone designs, reference form factors for three types of mobile phone housings were designed based on the standard features. In addition, several manufacturing technologies and considerable information such as reference mold designs and molding conditions optimized using CAE and recent R&D outputs are stored in this system.

This is descriptive study to 2nd analysis data KNHANES IV-VI about risk factors of readmission among patients with cardiovascular disease. Among the total 65,973 adults, 1,037 with angina or myocardial infarction were analyzed. The analysis was conducted using SPSS window 21 Program and CHAID decision tree was used in the classification analysis. Root nodes are economic activity(χ²=12.063, p=.001), children's nodes are personal income(χ²=6.575, p=.031), weight change(χ²=12.758, p=.001), residential area(χ²=4.025, p=.045), direct smoking(χ²=3.884, p=.031). p=.049), level of education(χ²=9.630, p=.024). Terminal nodes are hypertension(χ²=3.854, p=.050), diabetes mellitus(χ²=6.056, p=.014), occupation type(χ²=7.799, p=.037). We suggest that the development and operation of programs considering the integrated approach of various factors is necessary for the readmission management of cardiovascular patients.

The roots of modern popular music have evolved from blues and jazz music. But now, due to various multimedia developments and the expansion of the online industry, these traditional music is gradually being shunned by the public. When measuring a nation's cultural scale, it does not value only a few genres of popular music. In many advanced countries, music, which has basic artistic value, is trying to support and grow more base expansion in government and businesses, and to meet the needs of consumers. At this time, local jazz and jazz clubs are gradually losing ground, out of dance, rock and ballad music. Everyone should recognize that it is not just a genre of music that is alienated from the trend of the times, but an important part of cultural art that we should develop and nurture systematically. And it should be handled by more media and recognized by the public. Although it is a small market, this paper analyzes the development of jazz music in Korea and various factors that jazz clubs can establish as part of the music industry through analysis of Korean jazz clubs. The artistry and popularity of jazz music, the development of music education programs, the revitalization of government-led performances and the operation of concert halls differentiated from those of broadcasting media will eventually lead to the development of jazz clubs due to the rise of many jazz music lovers. It is also hoped that through the direction of development, we will be able to succeed as a major part of pop culture.
