The controller area network(CAN) was originally developed to support cheap and rather simple automative applications, However, because of the its performance and low cost, it is also being considered in automated manufacturing and process control environments to interconnect intelligent devices, such as modem sensors and actuators. This paper presents a new application technology of the developed CAN control modules for the automated doors in building automation system Key pad and RF methods are used to open and close the automated door by the slave CAN module with CAN Protocol. BAS application technology of CAN field bus modules is also presented firstly in our nation.

This paper proposes a new internet Web based concept & design method and implementation of LonWorks network system for remote intelligent control. The Experimental LonWorks network system using i·LON Web server is designed and fabricated. It is also verified that the developed control modules with LonTalk protocol have available inter offerable, reliable performance characteristics from the experimental results, Especially, the results provide a available technical data for remote home, building & plant automation control.

This paper proposes the new concept & design method and implementation of LonWorks network system for remote monitoring & lighting dimming control and telemetry using Web network. The Experimental LonWorks network system for telemetry & remote monitoring and control are designed and fabricated. As a result, it is verified that LonWorks is open, inteoperable, reliable network system from the experimental results, especially, it seamlessly links the data and control networks, allowing the IP(internet) network to be treated as an extension of the LonWorks networks, and vice versa.
