  • What is the term "intelligence information society", which is a term that has been continuously discussed recently? This means that the automation beyond the limits of human ability in the whole societies based on intelligent information technology is a universalized social future. In particular, it is a concept that minimizes human intervention and continuously pursues evolution to data (or big data) -based automation. For example, autonomous automation is constantly aiming at unmanned vehicles with artificial intelligence as a key element. However, until now, intelligent information research has focused on the intelligence itself and has made an effort to improve intelligence logic and replace human brain and intelligence. On the other hand, in order to replace the human labor force, we have continued to make efforts to replace workers with robots by analyzing the working principles of workers and developing optimized simple logic. This study proposes important strategies and directions to implement intelligent information education policy and intelligent information technology research strategy by suggesting access strategy, education method and detailed policy road map for intelligent information technology research strategy and educational service. In particular, we propose a phased approach to intelligent information education such as basic intelligence education, intelligent content education, and intelligent application education. In addition, we propose education policy plan for the improvement of intelligent information technology, intelligent education contents, and intelligent education system as an important factor for success and failure of the 4th industrial revolution, which is centered on intelligence and automation.

  • In this era of big data, a variety of government organizations are trying to create new added value via Information Integration. Therefore, several projects related to government agencies' information sharing have activated system connection/integration. The risk factors of system operation, however, have increased as the volume of Information Integration System grows. The interference in information sharing is predicted to affect the operation of the agencies, and the issue will grow even worse with massive impact on civil society when the agency operation is interrupted due to system failures in terms of infrastructure, software, data quality, and security. Diverse studies related to the maintenance of Information System have been conducted, but there is currently no evaluation framework for the operational system of Information Integration between various government agencies. In this respect, this study distinguishes each of the Information System components, Data, IT, People, Process, systematizes with Plan-Do-See, and finally presents a maturity model for Information Integration. Nine derived processes were analyzed through interview and questionnaires from Information Integration System officials, further suggesting maturity stage applying CMMI. This model allows diagnosis of the maturity level of an Information Integration System, and is expected to be utilized as resource for improving organizational processes.

  • As a study of the blended learning method on design education through the blended learning method, I would like to propose that more advanced learner-led customized design education is possible. Understanding in face-to-face classes and advantages in non-face-to-face classes can be supplemented in an appropriate way in remote classes. Advanced artificial intelligence and big data technology can provide personalized and subdivided learning materials and effective learning methods tailored to learners' levels and interests based on quantified data in design classes. In this paper, it was proposed to maximize the efficiency of the class by applying a method that exceeds the limitations of time and space through the proposal of the A La Carte model (A La Carte). It is a remote class that can be heard anytime, anywhere, and it is also possible to bridge the educational quality and educational gap provided to students living in underprivileged areas. As the goal of fostering creative convergence-type future talents, it is changing with a rapid technological development speed. It is necessary to adapt to the change in learning methods in line with this. An analysis of the infographic virtual space design and construction process through the A La Carte model (A La Carte) proposal was presented. Rather than simply acquiring knowledge, it is expected that knowledge can be sorted, distinguished, learned, and easily reborn with its own knowledge.

  • Recently, digital advertising has shifted towards delivering messages through short ads of less than 15 seconds, and on social media, ads need to convey the message within 5 seconds before consumers skip them. Although the length of advertisements has decreased, advancements in artificial intelligence algorithms and big data analysis have made it possible to deliver personalized messages that cater to consumers' interests. In this changing landscape, the importance of delivering tailored messages through short and efficient ads is increasing. In this study, we examined the effects of message framing as part of effective message delivery. Specifically, we examined the differences in the effects of two framings, "health" and "environment," for vegan products. The growing consumer interest in health and the environment has elevated the interest in vegan products, and the vegan market is expanding rapidly. Consumers purchase vegan products not only for personal health benefits but also due to their ethical responsibility towards the environment, which can be considered ethical consumption. Previous research has not shown the differences in the effects between health and environment message framings, and the research has been limited to vegan food products. This study investigates the differences in the effects of health and environment message framings using a dish soap product category. By identifying which advertising messages, either health or environment, are more effective in promoting vegan products, this study provides insights for companies to enhance their message framing strategies effectively.

  • As it spreads to all industries of artificial intelligence technology, AIaaS equipped with artificial intelligence services is emerging. In particular, non-IT companies are suffering from the absence of software experts, difficulties in training big data models, and difficulties in collecting and analyzing various types of data. AIaaS makes it easier and more economical for users to build a system by providing various IT resources necessary for artificial intelligence software development as well as functions necessary for artificial intelligence software in the form of a service. Therefore, the supply and demand for such cloud-based AIaaS services will increase rapidly. However, the quality of services provided by AIaaS becomes an important factor in what is required as the supply and demand for AIaaS increases. However, research on a comprehensive and practical quality evaluation metric to measure this is currently insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, we develop and propose a usability, replacement, scalability, and publicity metric, which are the four metrics necessary for measuring reusability, based on implementation, convenience, efficiency, and accessibility, which are characteristics of AIaaS, for reusability evaluation among the service quality measurement factors of AIaaS. The proposed metrics can be used as a tool to predict how much services provided by AIaaS can be reused for potential users in the future.

  • As social data become into the spotlight, mainstream web search engines provide data indicate how many people searched specific keyword: Web Search Traffic data. Web search traffic information is collection of each crowd that search for specific keyword. In a various area, web search traffic can be used as one of useful variables that represent the attention of common users on specific interests. A lot of studies uses web search traffic data to nowcast or forecast social phenomenon such as epidemic prediction, consumer pattern analysis, product life cycle, financial invest modeling and so on. Also web search traffic data have begun to be applied to predict tourist inbound. Proper demand prediction is needed because tourism is high value-added industry as increasing employment and foreign exchange. Among those tourists, especially Chinese tourists: Youke is continuously growing nowadays, Youke has been largest tourist inbound of Korea tourism for many years and tourism profits per one Youke as well. It is important that research into proper demand prediction approaches of Youke in both public and private sector. Accurate tourism demands prediction is important to efficient decision making in a limited resource. This study suggests improved model that reflects latest issue of society by presented the attention from group of individual. Trip abroad is generally high-involvement activity so that potential tourists likely deep into searching for information about their own trip. Web search traffic data presents tourists' attention in the process of preparation their journey instantaneous and dynamic way. So that this study attempted select key words that potential Chinese tourists likely searched out internet. Baidu-Chinese biggest web search engine that share over 80%- provides users with accessing to web search traffic data. Qualitative interview with potential tourists helps us to understand the information search behavior before a trip and identify the keywords for this study. Selected key words of web search traffic are categorized by how much directly related to "Korean Tourism" in a three levels. Classifying categories helps to find out which keyword can explain Youke inbound demands from close one to far one as distance of category. Web search traffic data of each key words gathered by web crawler developed to crawling web search data onto Baidu Index. Using automatically gathered variable data, linear model is designed by multiple regression analysis for suitable for operational application of decision and policy making because of easiness to explanation about variables' effective relationship. • In this paper, we report what we have observed with regard to user-perspective issue clustering based on multi-layered two-mode network analysis. This work is significant in the context of data collection by companies about customer needs. Most companies have failed to uncover such needs for products or services properly in terms of demographic data such as age, income levels, and purchase history. Because of excessive reliance on limited internal data, most recommendation systems do not provide decision makers with appropriate business information for current business circumstances. However, part of the problem is the increasing regulation of personal data gathering and privacy. This makes demographic or transaction data collection more difficult, and is a significant hurdle for traditional recommendation approaches because these systems demand a great deal of personal data or transaction logs. Our motivation for presenting this paper to academia is our strong belief, and evidence, that most customers' requirements for products can be effectively and efficiently analyzed from unstructured textual data such as Internet news text. In order to derive users' requirements from textual data obtained online, the proposed approach in this paper attempts to construct double two-mode networks, such as a user-news network and news-issue network, and to integrate these into one quasi-network as the input for issue clustering. One of the contributions of this research is the development of a methodology utilizing enormous amounts of unstructured textual data for user-oriented issue clustering by leveraging existing text mining and social network analysis. In order to build multi-layered two-mode networks of news logs, we need some tools such as text mining and topic analysis. We used not only SAS Enterprise Miner 12.1, which provides a text miner module and cluster module for textual data analysis, but also NetMiner 4 for network visualization and analysis. Our approach for user-perspective issue clustering is composed of six main phases: crawling, topic analysis, access pattern analysis, network merging, network conversion, and clustering. In the first phase, we collect visit logs for news sites by crawler. After gathering unstructured news article data, the topic analysis phase extracts issues from each news article in order to build an article-news network. For simplicity, 100 topics are extracted from 13,652 articles. In the third phase, a user-article network is constructed with access patterns derived from web transaction logs. The double two-mode networks are then merged into a quasi-network of user-issue. Finally, in the user-oriented issue-clustering phase, we classify issues through structural equivalence, and compare these with the clustering results from statistical tools and network analysis. An experiment with a large dataset was performed to build a multi-layer two-mode network. After that, we compared the results of issue clustering from SAS with that of network analysis. The experimental dataset was from a web site ranking site, and the biggest portal site in Korea. The sample dataset contains 150 million transaction logs and 13,652 news articles of 5,000 panels over one year. User-article and article-issue networks are constructed and merged into a user-issue quasi-network using Netminer. Our issue-clustering results applied the Partitioning Around Medoids (PAM) algorithm and Multidimensional Scaling (MDS), and are consistent with the results from SAS clustering. In spite of extensive efforts to provide user information with recommendation systems, most projects are successful only when companies have sufficient data about users and transactions. Our proposed methodology, user-perspective issue clustering, can provide practical support to decision-making in companies because it enhances user-related data from unstructured textual data. To overcome the problem of insufficient data from traditional approaches, our methodology infers customers' real interests by utilizing web transaction logs. In addition, we suggest topic analysis and issue clustering as a practical means of issue identification.

  • This research measured and visualized the spatial dependency and the spatial heterogeneity of the small business in Cheonan-si, Asan-si with $100m{\times}100m$ grids based on global and local spatial autocorrelation. First, we confirmed positive spatial autocorrelation of small business in the research area using Moran's I Index, which is ESDA(Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis). And then, through Getis-Ord $GI{\ast}$, one kind of LISA(Local Indicators of Spatial Association), local patterns of spatial autocorrelation were visualized. These verified that Spatial Regression Model is valid for the location factor analysis on small business commercial buildings. Next, GWR(Geographically Weighted Regression) was used to analyze the spatial relations between the distribution of small business, hourly mobile traffic-based floating population, land use attributes index, residence, commercial building, road networks, and the node of traffic networks. Final six variables were applied and the accessibility to bus stops, afternoon time floating population, and evening time floating population were excluded due to multicollinearity. By this, we demonstrated that GWR is statistically improved compared to OLS. We visualized the spatial influence of the individual variables using the regression coefficients and local coefficients of determinant of the six variables. This research applied the measured population information in a practical way. Reflecting the dynamic information of the urban people using the commercial area. It is different from other studies that performed commercial analysis. Finally, this research has a differentiated advantage over the existing commercial area analysis in that it employed hourly changing commercial service population data and it applied spatial statistical models to micro spatial units. This research proposed new framework for the commercial analysis area analysis.
