국회 안에서 사회복지사들의 영역을 확대하고 있는 위풍당당 그녀들. 사회복지사들의 새로운 진출 영역 중에 하나인 국회. 과거에도 물론 사회복지전공자들이 있었겠지만 과거의 사회복지전공자들이 전공과 무관하게 이 길을 택했다면 그녀들은 자신들의 전공을 살린 사회복지사 비서관이라는 것이다. 국회 진출한 사회복지사들의 정확한 수는 아직 확인되지 않았지만 그녀들은 대략 5명 정도로 파악하고 있다.

튜브 내의 입구영역에서 난류 유동에 의한 대류와 비회복사(non-gray radiation)가 동시에 일어날 때의 열전달특성을 수치해석적으로 연구하였다. 작동유체는 이산화탄소, 수증기, 질소의 혼합가스라고 가정하였다. 지배방정식을 계산하기 위해 유한차분법이 이용되었고, 복사전달방정식을 이차편미분방정식으로 바꾸기 위해 P-1 근사법이 사용되었다. 그리고 혼합가스의 비회흡수계수(non-gray absorption coefficient)는 지수광폭밴드모형(exponential wide band model)을 이용해서 구하였다. 열전달특성에 대한 온도조건의 영향을 조사하기 위해 튜브의 축방향에 대한 평균 온도와 뉴셀트수(Nusselt number)의 변화를 몇 가지 다른 온도조건에 대해 나타내었다. 또한, 가스의 성분조성에 대한 영향을 조사하였으며, 이러한 결과에 기초해서 튜브 내에서 난류유동에 의한 대류와 비화복사가 동시에 일어날 때의 복사 뉴셀트수를 쉽게 예측할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

Non-gray radiation with convection in the entrance region of a smooth tube is numerically investigated. The fluid is a mixture of carbon dioxide, water vapor, and nitrogen to simulate combustion products of propane. The flow is assumed to be laminar and hydrodynamically and thermally developing. The P-1 approximation is used to simplify the radiative transfer equation and the exponential wide band model is adapted to model the spectral absorption coefficients of non-gray gas mixture. The bulk mean temperature and Nusselt number variation along the tube axis are shown for several inlet and wall temperature pairs to show the effect of temperature on the heat transfer characteristics. Nusselt numbers for simultaneously developing flow are compared to those for thermally developing flow. In addition, the effect of the mole fraction of the non-gray gases on convective and radiative Nusselt numbers is investigated.

In this study, the design method of a 155 mm Solid Fuel Ramjet projectile is proposed and a flight performance analysis program through mathematical modelling is developed. Through flight performance analysis, ramjet performance during flight, which is comprised of thrust, specific impulse, pressure recovery ratio, location of shock waves, and magnitude of drag, was predicted. The results show that compared to Rocket Assisted Projectile(RAP), the range was increased by 90 %. Furthermore, how variations in nozzle exit area ratio and the intake area cause variations in range was observed. This research on modeling and simulation methodology will provide useful data for future development of solid fuel ramjet projectiles.

In Korea, as the elderly population increases, elderly medical facilities and nursing care workers are increasing in labor force, but nursing care workers are avoiding nursing care workers due to poor working conditions and many physical and mental exhaustion of nursing care workers. Therefore, in this study, 284 nursing care workers were surveyed to search resources and to find alternatives to enhance the quality of life of caregivers. The result of research, The first, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social on a married women. The more a religion, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social, psychological. The higher the salary, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social, physical. The second, the support of a Superior effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and physical and the support of a colleague effected positively on the quality of life in social and physical. The third, the support of a Superior moderated by self-efficacy of the quality of life in the social and psychological. This results suggest that can be influential variables the support of social and the self-efficacy as an alternative to burnout of the care workers.

에이즈는 HIV$^{human immunodeficiency virus}$라는 바이러스에 의해 유발되므로 에이즈를 치료하기 위해서는 HIV를 우리 몸속에서 박멸하여야 한다. 1987년 AZT가 최초로 FDA의 공인을 받은 이래로 현재까지 여러 가지 약제들이 에이즈 치료에 사용되고 있다. 아직까지 HIV를 박멸하여 에이즈를 완치할 수 있는 치료제는 개발되지 않고 있으나 에이즈 치료제를 3가지 이상 복용하는 강력한 항레트로바이러스 요법highly active antiretroviral therapy, HAART을 시행함으로써 손상된 면역 기능을 회복시키고 기회감염을 줄여 좋은 효과를 보인다. 에이즈 치료제는 크게 세가지로 나눌 수 있다. 첫째는 뉴클레오사이드 역전사효소 억제제이고 둘째는 비뉴클레오사이드 역전사효소 억제제, 셋째는 단백분해효소 억제제이다. 현재 우리나라에서 사용되는 에이즈 치료제에 대해 알아보도록 하자.

The purpose of this study was to explore the institutional protection scheme to identify the factors influence physician turnover of social workers. The main reference comes from the 2014 research on wages and work conditions of Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs. The result of the analysis shows that 33.7% of the social workers intend to change jobs and that the possibilities of changing jobs have factors in gender, age, education levels, job satisfaction, wage, and contractual factors. This result shows that in order to enhance support of underprivileged, the treatment of social workers needs to be improved. This research proposes settings of switching job position system through facility M&A and institutional development.

발주잔량의 감소와 세계경기 회복기조 등을 감안할 때, 수급여건은 저점에 근접해 있다. 그러나, 해상물동량 증가율의 둔화, 대형선박 위주로 되살아난 발주 등을 감안할 때, 운임지수 등 시황회복은 상대적으로 느리게 진행될 전망이다. 2012년부터 상위선사의 뚜렷한 실적차별화가 나타나고 있으며, 국내선사는 상대적으로 취약한 선종다각화와 자본력, 계열 및 정부의 저조한 지원 등으로 금융위기 이후 재무구조가 가장 큰 폭으로 악화되었다. 상위선사의 실적우위는 일시적 차이가 아닌 선박의 대형화와 높은 연료효율성, 우수한 글로벌 네트워크 등 구조적 원가경쟁력의 차이에 기인하고 있다. 상위 3개 선사는 초대형선박의 추가인수와 P3 Network 구축으로 원가경쟁력이 더욱 향상될 전망이며, 재무여력을 갖춘 경쟁선사들도 선박가격이 낮은 상황에서 고효율의 대형선박을 발주, 원가경쟁력을 제고하고 있다. 반면에 호황기 고가에 선박을 확보한 국내선사는 과중한 재무부담으로 인해 선박대형화와 글로벌 네트워크 구축에 동침하지 못하고 있어 원가경쟁력의 차이는 더욱 심화될 전망이다. 더딘 시황회복과 상위선사의 단위당 운송비(Unit Cost) 하락 등을 감안할 때, 빠른 시일 내에 운임상승을 통한 큰 폭의 성과개선을 기대하기 어렵고, 과중한 재무부담은 투자여력의 위축으로 이어지고 있다. 여기에 중국 유럽선사가 정부로부터 대규모의 직접적 지원(대출, 지급보증)을 제공받고 있는데 반하여, 우리 정부는 장기적 관점의 지원이나 대책을 유보한 채, 제한된 유동성 지원만을 하고 있다. 재무부담에 따른 악순환을 깨고 원가경쟁력을 확보하기 위해선, 비핵심자산 매각, 자본유치 등 구조조정을 통한 재무구조 개선, 투자여력 확보를 통한 글로벌 경쟁력 회복, 정부차원의 지원과 조정 등 가능한 모든 방안을 총 동원하여 재무구조를 개선하고 투지에 나서는 것이 시급하다. 하지만, 불황으로 체력이 소진된 해운사의 자체적인 노력만으로는 한계가 있다. 기간산업의 국가경쟁력 차원에서 국내 선사의 자체노력은 물론, 정부 또는 금융기관 등 유관기관들의 확실한 지원이나 의사결정이 필요한 시점이다. 그렇지 않을 경우 국내 해운산업은 어두운 터널의 끝을 벗어나지 못하고 글로벌 경쟁사와의 격차는 더욱 벌어지게 될 것이다. 다음은 한국신용평가에서 발표한 "풍전등화 국내 해운업계, 본원적 대책 마련 시급"의 주요 내용을 요약 정리한 것이다.
