The critical thinking has become gradually important in nursing education for the era of convergence. The literature review was undertaken to identify the study trends of critical thinking in nursing education in Korea. 75studies from 1996 to 2014 were reviewed. The studies related to critical thinking were highly increased from 2006. The study design was identified descriptive studies to path model. The predictors to critical thinking were an academic system, age, interpersonal relationship, academic achievement, the duration of clinical practice, satisfaction on nursing, self-esteem, self-efficacy, learning methods and so on. The consequence variables were clinical practice stress, cognitive stress, the ability of problem-solving, clinical competency, emotion control, communication competence. It is necessary to develop education programs and curriculum based on evidence from the researches for increasing critical thinking.

세계가 일일 생활권화 됨과 더불어 국제교류가 활발해지므로써 횡문화 간호 연구는 전문직 간호(Professional Nursing)에 있어서 매우 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있음을 많은 문헌을 통해서 알 수 있다(Brink, 1976 : Leininger, 1977 : Roberston & Boyle, 1987). 횡문화 간호연구는 서로 다른 문화적 배경을 가진 사람들을 잘 이해하고 그들의 건강을 돌봄에 있어서 더욱 효과적이고, 안전한 간호를 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 간호이론 개발, 간호모형(Model) 개발에 있어서도 매우 중요한 역할을 한다고 믿는다. 본 연구는 1984년에서 1987년 사이에 전문적 간호연구지에 실린 10편의 횡문화 간호연구와 관련된 논문들을 발췌하여 간호지식체의 본질적인 과정인 비판적 문헌고찰을 통해 각 논문들을 비교 분석 한 것으로써, 미래의 간호연구를 위한 간호실무, 간호교육, 간호연구 방법 및 간호 행정면에서 그 적용성을 높여줄 것이다. 비판적 문헌고찰을 위한 기준은 Burns와 Grove(1987)의 방법을 참고하여 아래와 같이 선정하였다. 1. 분석대상 : 목적, 가설 진술, 문헌고찰, 표본조사, 방법론적 논점, 결과 해석 2. 이론적 틀의 유도 흑은 통합 3. 발전적인 간호수행을 위한 중요성, 적용성 및 제언 이상의 내용으로 비교 분석을 해본 결과 1984년에서 1987년 사이에 발표된 횡문화 간호에 관한 논문들의 주제는 주로 여성을 대상으로 한 건강돌봄, 자가간호, 건강신념, 수유, 임신 그리고 간호사와 소수민족 노인과의 의사소통 양상 등으로 나누어 볼 수 있었다. 이론적 틀은 주로 사회학, 정신심리학, 인류학 이론으로부터 도출되었고, 오직 두 편만이 간호 이른에 틀을 둔 것으로 나타났다. 1. 10개의 논문의 가설과 목적의 분석에 있어서 4편의 논문은 목적과 가설이 구체적으로 진술되어 있었고, 나머지 6편은 목적이 전반적으로 진술되어 있었으며 가설도 구체적이지 않았다. 이러한 제한점은 각 논문의 연구자가 문헌고찰을 충분히 하지 못하고 단지 수편의 논문만을 제시 한 데서 비롯되었다고 분석 해 볼 수 있겠다. 2. 문헌고찰 부분에서는 각각의 연구주제를 지지해줄 수 있는 문헌들이 충분히 고찰되지 못하였고, 이론적배경 또한 횡문화 이론과의 관련성이 적었다. 또한 횡 문화 연구에 기초가 되는 연구대상자의 사회 인구학적 특성과 역사적 배경은 잘 나타났으나, 이론적 연구와 경험적 연구 간에 괴리가 있었다. 3. 표본추출방법은 문화에 기반을 둔 대상자를 선정한다는 점에서 한계성 이 있었다. 4. 방법론적 이유로는 대상자와의 면담시간이 구체적으로 기술되지 않았으며, 고유한 언어를 통역하는 과정에서 의미론적 문제에 대한 고려가 부족하였다. 면접과 기록과정에서 보면 자료의 기록과정과 분류 및 분석과정이 명시되어 있지 않았다. 참여관찰과 면접방법을 사용시 이에 대한 자세한 기술이 되어 있지 않았다. 5. 연구결과의 적용 및 이에 대한 논의는 상당히 제한되어 있었는데, 수편의 연구만이 방법론 문제점과 앞으로의 연구분야에 대한 전망을 제시하였으며, 특이한 것은 어 떤 연구자도 이른 개발을 위한 적용 및 임상실무적 차원에서 간호에 대한 제언을 하지 않았다.

Smart specialization은 새로운 산업정책의 유용한 아이디어임에도 불구하고 이론적 논의는 소극적이었다. 이 글은 smart specialization에 관한 논의는 관련문헌에 비해 어떠한 새로운 관점을 제시하고 있으며, 또한 어떠한 이론적인 관련성과 정책정 유용성을 가지는가에 대하여 비판적으로 검토하기로 한다. 먼저, 스마트 전문화의 핵심적인 개념을 계량서지학(bibliometrics)으로 개관한 후, 정책적 유용성에 대해 노정한다. 본 논문의 주된 내용은 스마트 전문화의 장점과 단점을 이론적으로 논의하는 것인데, 이를 스마트 전문화에 대한 비판적 검토라고 할 수 있다.

This paper defines online search strategy as a global approach to the resolution of online searching. Five search strategy models including Brief Search. Building Blocks Strategies. Successive Facet Strategies, Successive Fractions Approach, and Citation Pearl Growing, are critically reviewed. Applicability and adaptability of each strategy are examined in the real concrete online searching environment.

This study explored the effectiveness of virtual reality education interventions for nursing students in adult nursing practicum. This systematic review extracted intervention methods, research topics, outcome variables, and evidence synthesis of effectiveness. Seven studies were extracted from the databases of PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, and RISS. This study showed effects on knowledge, performance, attitude, critical thinking, self-efficacy, information assessment ability, problem-solving ability, self-confidence, and efficiency of nursing students. Therefore, virtual reality educational intervention contribute to enhance the competencies in adult nursing practicum.

The purpose of the research was to develop an analysis framework for Korean mathematics textbooks from a critical mathematics education perspective. For this, we conducted a comprehensive literature review regarding critical theory, critical education, and critical mathematics education. Based on the literature review, we derived a preliminary framework for textbook analysis. To validate the preliminary framework delphi survey was carried out twice with 21 expert panelists in the field of mathematics education and multicultural education. The first delphi survey was conducted with open-ended questions to investigate diverse opinions regarding educational goals, contents, and teaching methods of critical mathematics education. The second delphi survey was conducted with Likert-type scale and it was analyzed using Mean, Contents Validity Ratio, Degree of Consensus. As the result of the whole research procedures, the final analysis framework was developed consisting of four categories: classical knowledge, community knowledge, communicative knowledge, and political knowledge. A development of the analysis framework from a critical mathematics education perspective could give a significant impact on the mathematics curriculum or mathematic teacher education in the Korea and a meaningful initial step for the effort of practicing critical mathematics education. It is expected that this study could not only incite consideration for the better mathematics education but also expand the prospect of research and practice in mathematics education. This study would provide a new paradigm of future mathematics education with which to teach and guide students to become members of world civil society with mathematical power and critical competency.

The purpose of this study is to review recent studies on the service quality evaluation of digital libraries and to derive from research trends and several suggestions. Specifically, this paper compared and analyzed recent literatures on e-service quality evaluation of digital libraries in Korea with regard to service quality evaluation models and measure methodologies. Finally, this study offered two important suggestions. The one is the necessity of developing a standardized service quality evaluation model for digital libraries which is customized in korean environment and the other is establishment of development guideline of service quality evaluation for digital libraries.

Domestic debates on 'international development' has hitherto been rather more focused on the narrow topic of Official Development Assistance (ODA) - therefore, practical and practice-oriented enquiries for the former's effective implementation have dominated the field as a result. However, such lack of foundational debates on 'development' has rendered the field inept to respond to the rapidly changing development landscape since the new millennium both globally and in Southeast Asia. With this particular problematique in mind, the paper argues for the utility of critical Southeast Asian studies in enriching theoretical debates in Korea's international development studies. In doing so, we analysed the trend of academic research published since 2000, of which theme concern international development with a specific geographical focus on Southeast Asia. The result shows that such publication and the thematic issues have witnessed rapid quantitative growth since 2007 - while the nature of the publications still clearly remained practical and practice-oriented for effective execution of ODA. We therefore propose the critical Southeast Asian studies to overcome the problematique above by emphasising more inter-/multi-disciplinary approaches that challenge the hegemonic paradigm in the field.

This paper revisits two conventional beliefs of environmental nonmarket valuation and examines their weaknesses and a new opportunity. The two beliefs are that willingness to pay (WTP) is an appropriate measure of nonmarket behaviour and that exogenous variables are relevant predictors of WTP whilst endogenous variables are not. The contemporary literature in psychology and economics is reviewed to demonstrate departures from these two beliefs. Tackling heterogeneity in stated preferences, both socio-demographic and psychological variables should be measured simultaneously to explain and predict choice behaviours more accurately.

As the influence of Landscape Urbanism has grown, various criticisms on the discourse also have increased. A study on critical opinions of Landscape Urbanism is necessary to fully comprehend the theoretical structure of the discourse and its limitations. This study introduced the concept of Intension and Extension, which is used in the field of Logics and Semiotic, as an analytical tool to interpret various criticisms based on different views in a more objective and synthetic way. After examining the development of criticisms of Landscape Urbanism, 30 texts with important critiques on the theory were selected and analyzed. Criticisms can be classified as internal criticism and external criticism according to specific topics they are engaged with. The study only covers internal criticism as a research scope. The internal criticisms on Landscape Urbanism are re-categorized into topics of theory, practice and the relation between theory and practice. Vagueness of concepts and error in concepts are two types criticism related to the issue of theory. Lexical Ambiguity and Intensional Vagueness are the main causes of conceptual vagueness in Landscape Urbanism. Conceptual vagueness related with the problem of redefining an existing concept through expanding its meaning reveals a structural dilemma. There are three types of criticism included in the topic of practice: absence of practical results, form-oriented practice, and ambiguous identity in practical results. Ambiguous identity is caused by Extensional Vagueness allowing borderline cases. Because these borderline cases overlap with extensions of landscape architecture, it is hard to differentiate projects of Landscape Urbanism and those of conventional landscape architecture. Most criticisms on the relation between theory and practice raise the question on the practical method. Two types of criticism are engaged with the topic of the practical method: errors in practical methods and absence of practical methods. The absence of practical methods is a fundamental problem of Landscape Urbanism which is hard to solve by the proposed solutions. However, these structural problems are not only the weak point but also the factor that is able to prove the potentials expand the scope of Landscape Urbanism. In addition to the results of the study, internal criticisms on Landscape Urbanism should be examined in the following studies in order to predict the next direction of Landscape Urbanism.
