웹 로그는 웹 서버를 통해 이루어지는 작업들에 관한 기록으로써, OLAP이나 데이터 마이닝과 같은 비즈니스 인텔리전스 기술로 분석되어 고부가가치 창출에 사용되는 중요한 자료이다. 웹 로그에는 파일 이름과 같은 물리적인 데이터가 저장되는데 이러한 데이터는 분석에 사용되기 전에 정제과정을 통해 의미 있는 데이터로 변환되거나 불필요한 경우에는 삭제된다. 웹 로그 데이터의 분량을 적정선으로 유지하면서 데이터 정제 작업의 일부가 해결되도록 하는 방법으로 웹로그 생성단계에서 시스템이 제공하는 필터를 쓸 수 있다. 그러나, 필터로는 웹 페이지의 내용이 동적으로 변경되는 경우 그 상황을 즉시 반영하기가 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 웹 로그가 ‘지능적 웹 로거’를 통해 생성되도록 하여 이러한 문제를 해결하였다. ‘지능적 웹 로거’를 통해 불필요한 데이터의 생성을 막고, 물리적인 데이터를 신속하게 의미 있는 데이터로 변환하도록 하였다. 웹 페이지의 변경 내용을 웹 로그 생성에 즉시 반영하여 의미 있는 데이터 생성에 이용함으로써, 웹 로그 생성 후에 실행되던 데이터 정제작업 자체를 단순화시켰고, 웹사이트 관리자가 편리한 사용자 인터페이스로 로그 규칙을 만들어 적용할 수 있도록 하였다.

인터넷 비즈니스나 전자상거래와 연관되어 고객관계관리 (Customer Relationship Management: CRM)가 널리 확산됨으로 해서 군집분석에 대한 관심이 한층 높아졌고, 다양한 군집분석 프로그램이 시장에 소개되어 지고 있다. 그러나, 군집분석 프로그램들은 다른 데이터 분석 기법과는 달리 그들의 정확성을 측정하기가 매우 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 이미 알려져 있는 군집구조를 지닌 인위적 데이터를 사용하여 반복적 군집분석 프로그램 (Convergent Cluster Analysis: CCA)과 보다 전통적인 단순군집 프로그램 (One-Shot Clustering Program: Howard-Harris 프로그램), 그리고 데이터 마이닝 기법 중의 하나인 데모그래픽 군집분실 프로그램의 정확성을 비교하기 위한 현재 진행 중인 연구의 방법론을 제시하는데 그 주요 목적을 두고 있다.

The main objective of this study is to investigate the structural relation between antecedents and consequences of web sites' trust of venture company. It examines consumer perceptions trust in a web site and address following research questions; what factors influence consumer trust in a web site and what specific web site cues are associated with trust, satisfaction, and intention? We test our hypothesis in a empirical data from 123 consumers across 3 web sites of venture companies. By factor analysis, the results show that web site characteristics are such as design, business function, interface, technology, community, and contents of each web site. We also find that web site characteristics such as design, interface, technology, and community can influence significantly satisfaction of web site, and design and contents of web site can influence consumer's trust. And the results show that trust influence behavioral intention through the satisfaction. The results offer important implication for web site strategies of venture company that include the manipulation of factors influencing web site trust. And the future directions of the present research are discussed.

전국에 1,000여개의 다문화 기관들이 활동 중이다. 그중 정부주도형인 여성가족부 지정 다문화가족지원센터 210여 곳을 제외한 나머지 기관들은 대부분 정부 민간 혼합형이거나 민간주도형 기관들이다. 정부주도형 기관들은 중앙정부와 지방자치단체로부터 운영비가 지원되지만 정부 민간 혼합형이나 민간주도형 기관들은 운영비를 기부금 또는 후원금에 의존한다. 그러나 경제위기의 도래로 기부금이나 후원금이 급감하는 상황에서 정부 민간 혼합형이나 민간주도형 기관들의 자립은 더욱더 어려워질 전망이다. 이러한 전망과는 달리, 지원 대상들과 다문화이슈는 지금보다 훨씬 더 늘어날 전망이다. 국내 이주민의 수는 매년 증가추세이다. 향후 2050년이 되면 전체인구의 10%가 외국인이라는 전망도 나온다. 외국인의 정주화 그리고 가족이민 증가에 따른 상이한 종교와 문화에 대한 편견 없는 이해와 대화가 강조될 것이며, 학교교육정책, 직업양성, 노동시장정책, 동등한 노동조건과 사회보장 요구, 사회적 차별에 대한 계몽정책 등 다양한 다문화 이슈도 부각될 것이다. 이처럼 다양한 분야에서 다문화 이슈를 가장 잘 다룰 수 있는 민간주도형 다문화기관의 자립 여부는 다문화 지원정책의 성패와도 연결된다고 볼 수 있다. 결국 민간주도형 다문화기관이 지금의 운영구조를 개선하고 재정적 자립을 확보하기 위해서는 다문화 관련 비즈니스모델 개발을 통해 다문화 기관들이 스스로 자립할 수 있는 사회적기업에 관심을 가질 수밖에 없다. 사천다문화통합지원센터는 비영리민간단체로 지난 13년 동안 창조적인 다문화 사업들을 추진하여 괄목할만한 성과를 거두었다. 그러나 일반 기부금이나 후원금으로 운영비를 충당하고 있는 상황에서 자립 기반 구축을 위한 비즈니스 모델 개발은 필수적이었다. 마침내 요리조리아시아 협동조합을 만들어 청소년 공정여행 프로그램인 세계로여행학교와 아열대채소 농장을 운영중에 있다. 뿐만 아니라 기업의 CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) 해외공헌사업도 위탁받아 운영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사천다문화통합지원센터가 그동안 진행해 온 청소년 공정여행과 아열대채소 농장을 다문화기관의 비즈니스 모델적 측면에서 사례 분석한 후, 벤치마킹을 통해 민간주도형 다문화기관들로 확대시킴으로써 사회혁신의 기회를 증대시킬 방안을 제시하였다.

Innovation, especially business process innovation, has evolved into a core focus area for all successful organizations. To ensure long-tenn survival, an enterprise must place innovation at the top of daily business operations to drive desired revenue stability and growth. Business Process Innovation is a key success factor for the next generation enterprise. Companies need to nurture an environment that encourages and enables process innovation. Business Process Management (BPM) must become the focal point of innovation initiatives. But the most BPM solutions are for large company. The cost is too high to build for small and medium sized company. We need the light and easy BPM solution for small and medium sized company. In this paper, we introduce the SESS which is BPM solution for small and medium sized company.

글로벌 비즈니스 환경에 있어서 경쟁력을 유지 혹은 강화시키기 위한 방법으로 많은 기업들이 경영혁신 활동에 주력하고 있다. 식스 시그마는 이러한 활동을 가능케 하는 핵심적인 방법론이자 도구로써 주목 받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 식스 시그마의 도입에 따른 성과요인을 분석하여 보다 체계적인 프레임워크를 제시함으로써 그 성공 가능성을 관리할 수 있도록 하는 것이 주요한 목적이라 하겠다. 이를 위해 전문가 집단을 대상으로 한 델파이 조사방법과 이를 분석하기 위한 도구로써 계층적 분석기법(AHP)을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 총 12개의 요인들이 도출되었으며 중요도에 따라 가중치를 계산하여 이를 실제 식스 시그마 프로젝트에 적용하여 연구에 제시된 프레임워크를 검증토록 하였다. 본 연구는 다양한 산업 및 기업에서 식스 시그마 방법론의 적용이 급속히 확대되어 가는 추세에서 프로젝트의 성패를 가늠짓게 하는 중요 요인들을 보다 객관적인 프레임워크로 제시되었다는 점에서 그 의의가 있을 것이다.

This study is about the effect of the founder's self-efficacy on the sales of the founding company by focusing on the factors that are currently emphasized in the founding education. In particular, this paper starts from the consciousness of the problem that the education that is being implemented to achieve the purpose of successful start-up among various government-based start-up support projects is failing to produce many start-up failures. Entrepreneurs cannot be assessed by objective financial data, but there is a high degree of uncertainty that should be determined based on their personal and learning abilities. In addition, many previous studies, which are likely to be successful when there is a high self-efficacy in a specific field due to the influence of factors such as personal experience or learning, will answer the direction of support for start-up companies. This study focuses on the impact of the founder's self-efficacy on the sales of the founding firms, especially the sales that are the key to the survival of the founding firms. This study has six major studies. First, to analyze whether the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs with respect to entrepreneurship affects the sales of entrepreneurs. Second, to analyze whether the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs with respect to market orientation affects the sales of entrepreneurs. Analysis of whether the founder's self-efficacy affects the sales of the founding firms. Fourth, analysis of whether the founder's self-efficiency affects the sales of the founding firms' understanding of management environment changes. An analysis of whether efficacy affects the sales of a start-up company, and sixth, an analysis of whether the founder's self-efficacy of business model building ability affects the sales of a start-up company. As a result of the empirical analysis, this study found that the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs on product differentiation capability and business model building capacity had a positive influence on the sales of entrepreneurs. The self-efficacy had a positive effect on self-efficacy, and the customer orientation had a positive effect on self-efficacy on business model building capacity. Also, it was confirmed that a path exists between the components of self-efficacy and that self-efficacy through the path has a positive effect on the sales of the start-up company. Therefore, the results of this study suggest the implications of establishing such a path and strengthening self-efficacy to create the survival and start-up performance of a start-up company if the goal of the start-up company is to survive when implementing various support projects for the start-up company.

The Purpose of this study is to suggest various kinds of applicability by analyse a case of application, Gaga movement Language of Ohad Naharin. There are experiences based on participation on Gaga Workshop in Tel Aviv, 2015, Gaga People Website that Gaga Movement Ltd. have for running programs, Dance Journals and Theses for materials. As a result, Gaga was applied to performing arts, education and Tourism. It evolved movement in dance works and narrowed the distances between dancers and audiences in performing arts. Gaga/Dancers was for dance education contents for professional dancers. Gaga/people was for Dance education contents for public. Last, Gaga was applicable to tourism as it combined with regional nature of desert, in Gaga in Desert. This achievement is originated by the way of Gaga Movement Ltd. business Most of all, it was the attitude of returning their achievement of dance in art. It is considered that various kinds of application on dance contents enriches culture in society.

한국 광학산업을 상징하는 글로벌 산업단체 한국광학기기협회(www.koia.or.kr)가 2012년 4월11일부터 13일까지 서울 코엑스에서 제1회 광전자 산업전시회를 개최한다. 한국광학기기협회와 케이훼어스(주)가 공동 주최하는 'Photonics Seoul 2012'는 광부품 소재, 레이저 및 레이저응용장비, 광학측정 및 시험분석장비, 정밀영상시스템, IT정보기기, 소프트웨어 및 녹색광산업 분야의 광학장비 및 부품소재 등 광산업 제품을 총 망라하는 대규모 전시회라는 점에서 기대를 모으고 있다. 특히 이 전시회는 국내 광산업체의 비즈니스 활성화를 위해 'SMT/PCB & NEPCON KOREA', 'Printed Electronic & Electronics Materials Show', 'LED Packaging EXPO', 'Film Technology Show' 전시회와 동시 개최되어 전시기간 동안 한자리에서 최신 기술 및 제품 동향은 물론, 다양한 국내외 바이어를 만날 수 있는 기회가 될 것으로 기대된다. 동 전시회에 대한 자세한 사항은 한국광학기기협회 사업추진팀(02-3481-8931)으로 연락하면 된다.

뉴욕공공도서관(The New York Public Library)은 전문분야로 특화된 대학원 수준의 4개의 연구도서관과 85개의 지역분관을 가리키는 복합관의 총칭이다. 뉴욕시는 인구 800만의 5개의 행정구역으로 이루어지는데, 뉴욕공공도서관은 맨해튼, 브롱크스, 스태튼섬의 3개지구 330만명을 서비스 대상으로 하고, 나머지 2개 지구를 브루클린공공도서관, 퀸즈공공도서관이 관할한다. 연간 예산은 2억8천만달러에 달하며, 2003년의 통계에 따르면 방문이용자가 150만명, 홈페이지 이용자도 1,000만명에 이른다고 한다. 놀라운 것은 운영이나 규모면에서 세계 제일로 손꼽히면서도 공립(公立)이 아니라 비영리민간단체(NPO)가 운영하는 공공(公共) 도서관이라는 것이다. 뉴욕공공도서관은 설립부터 독지가들이 기부 등을 통해 도서관 활동에 깊이 관여하면서 행정과의 독특한 협력관계를 발전시켜왔다. 이러한 전통에 의거한 퍼블릭 프라이빗 파트너십(Public Private Partnership)은 뉴욕공공도서관의 핵심으로 보다 풍부한 서비스의 제공을 가능하게 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라와 달리 예산확보를 위한 경비가 일정부분 상정되고 있는 뉴욕공공도서관의 자금조달 비즈니스 모델에 대한분석에 중점을 두었다.
