A New Business Model of the Multi-channel Satellite Webcasting Service (다채널 위성인터넷방송서비스의 비즈니스모델에 관한 연구 -네트워크외부성 유.무에 따른 비교분석을 중심으로-)

  • The appearance of on-demand business model of multimedia contents is one of the biggest changes in the broadband Internet which aims at the high-speed Internet users. Currently the interest in the webcasting service, a new converged service of the broadcasting and the telecommunications, has been increased. However the quality of service is not guaranteed due to the bottleneck problem in a middle-mile as the fundamental limit of the Internet, and has not been improved greatly due to the small-scaled operators of the webcasting services. This study suggests a new business model of the multi-channel satellite webcasting service based on the satellite multicasting and content delivery network, which guarantees the quality of service and channelizes the contents by the type or by the special purpose.

Systematic Literature Review of Smart Trade Contract Research (스마트 무역계약 연구의 체계적 문헌고찰)

  • This study provides a systematic review of smart trade contracts, examining the research trends and theoretical background of utilizing smart contracts and blockchain technology for the digitalization and automation of trade contracts. Smart trade contracts are a concept that applies the automated contract system based on blockchain to trade-related transactions. The study analyzes the technical and legal challenges and proposes solutions. The technical aspect covers the development of smart contract platforms, scalability and performance improvements of blockchain networks, and security and privacy concerns. The legal aspect addresses the legal enforceability of smart contracts, automatic execution of contract conditions, and the responsibilities and obligations of contract parties. Smart trade contracts have been found to have applications in various industries such as international trade, supply chain management, finance, insurance, and energy, contributing to the ease of trade finance, efficiency of supply chains, and business model innovation. However, challenges remain in terms of legal regulations, interaction with existing legal frameworks, and technological aspects. Further research is needed, including empirical studies, business model innovation, resolution of legal issues, security and privacy considerations, standardization and collaboration, and user experience studies to address these challenges and explore additional aspects of smart trade contracts.

  • A classification was provided of various business models that are currently found in internet electronic commerce(business-to-business as well as business - to consumer). Some of these models are essentially an electronic re-implementation of traditional forms of doing business, such as e-shops. Many others go far beyond traditional business such as value chain integration and seek innovative ways to add value through information management and a rich functionality. Creating these new business models if feasible on]y because of the openness and connectivity of the internet. This study explored independent and industry-backed current and future business models that are emerging in the B2B electronic market industry, as well as value -added service models for the Net market maker industry, The protected rapid growth of B2B electronic market will cause a highly competitive environment. The B2B electronic market that deliver on real lasting value will dominate and ultimately earn for themselves a long-term Place in the landscape of the new economy.

  • As the number of successful design innovation product cases in business increases, interest in design innovation is increasing. This study aims to examine how the design innovation (functionality, ergonomics, aesthetics) of Bluetooth speaker products affects the customer's preference and purchase intention. It proposes a research model through rational behavior theory (TRA) and technology acceptance model (TAM) for empirical research. The questionnaire was composed of questions to understand the influence of design innovation, favorability, and purchase intention. As a result of the study, functionality, ergonomics, and aesthetics influenced product preference and purchase intention. In order for the innovative product of Bluetooth speaker design to be accepted in the early market, it is most important to form a positive attitude toward favorability centering on function and aesthetics. Favorability is a factor that has the most decisive influence on the purchase intention of design innovation products, and companies must discover and reinforce various factors that positively affect the preference.

  • Recently, studies about process mining for creating and analyzing business process models from log data have received much attention from BPM (Business Process Management) researchers. Process mining is a kind of method that extracts meaningful information and hidden rules from the event log of enterprise information systems such as ERP and BPM. In this paper, repair processes of electronic devices are analyzed using ProM which is a process mining tool. And based on the analysis of repair processes, the method for finding major failure patterns is proposed by multi-dimensional data analysis beyond simple statistics. By using the proposed method, the reliability of electronic device can be increased by providing the identified failure patterns to design team.

  • This study is a study on the methodology of establishing an innovation strategy centering on the customer experience, which is essential in order to transform the existing collection and preservation-centered mutual aid company service into a visitor-centered service. To this end, we conducted literature research on environmental changes in the funeral industry from the perspective of service science and the significance and value of customer experiences within them, good customer experiences and bad customer experiences from the perspective of customer experience management. A study was conducted to present and prove a specific model. The customer experience-oriented innovation strategy of the funeral industry means to search for various alternatives that can reach the target state from the present state, focusing on the customer, and select the most appropriate transformation plan among them. As an effect of application, it was found that it is a source of differentiation by generating positive emotions to customers, and that customer experience data is highly helpful in making important decisions for the actual resource input of the parent company. This innovation model was presented, and its value was firstly proved by analyzing the difference from the existing evaluation method. Finally, as a result of analyzing the causal relationship through regression analysis using the customer experience measurement procedure, customer experience diagnosis/evaluation, customer experience innovation strategy, and cooperative company's performance as variables, the relationship proved to be significant.

  • 기업의 시장개척과 경쟁 우위 확보에 있어 인간친화형 혁신 제품의 개발이 중요해지고 있다. 인간친화형 혁신 제품의 개발은 기술, 인간, 미학, 비즈니스와 경영, 윤리와 법에 대한 전공 지식 및 제품 개발 전 과정에 대한 통합적인 시각과 경험을 필요로 한다. 이를 위한 교육과정은 학제간 및 산학간 연계를 통해, 교과과정을 이수한 인력이 별도의 교육 없이 제품 개발 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 개발되어야 한다. 본 연구는 국내 대학의 산업공학, 기계공학, 산업디자인학과와 국외 MIT, Stanford, Carnegie Melon 대학의 제품 설계 및 개발 교육 프로그램을 대상으로 (1) 목표 및 대상 파악, (2) 교과과정 특성분석, (3) 운영 모델을 파악한다. 이를 바탕으로 국내외 현황에 대한 비교 분석 결과를 제시하고 대상과 목표, 이수방식 등에 따른 다양한 학제간/산학간/프로그램 운용 등에 필요한 모델을 정리하고 그 활용방안을 제안한다.

  • In this study the improved service innovation model to solve the problems that appear from a vantage point of the providing security services process through the application and appeal process of convergence security technologies proposed. The model was in view of service science to resolves the limitations that facilities management and unmanned security of physical security field through the application of meteorological information on convergence security technologies. The contribution of this research: improved risk management based on convergence security technologies through service innovation management, evaluated the quantitative value of risk management activity using service effects, and development of physical security service providing methodology using meteorological information.

  • Currently, there is a drain of natural resources, environmental contamination, generation of waste, and problems of the earth's climate by CO2 emissions according to mass production and overconsumption of mankind. It is effectuated by a linear economy that involves manufacturing products, use, and waste repeatedly; there is no guarantee in the lives of humans and the future of the globe if we do not find alternative proposals. For a sustainable developing society and to overcome the present global problems, we must successively change to a circular economy from a linear economy. The circular economy has the concept of an extended value chain in recovery, reuse, remanufacturing, and recycling, instead of discarding after the use of manufactured goods. New business models of circular economy have been realized to save the earth ecology and sustainable developing society in serious recognition of the linear economy system. New business models are established by creating a vision and developing a program, and by renovating technology, law, and financial support through a worldwide government policy.

  • 인터넷관련 혁신의 수용을 설명하려는 많은 연구들에서 정보기술수용모델(TAM)이 적용되었지만, 온라인 상거래의 수용을 정확히 설명하기 위해서는 인터넷을 통해 상거래를 할 때 발생하는 특성을 반영해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 상거래관련 기존 연구들을 바탕으로 TAM을 확장하는 변수로 신뢰와 감정을 추가하고 변수들의 영향 관계를 통합적으로 구조화하였다. 이러한 확장 구조를 통해, 온라인 상거래 수용을 설명하는데 TAM의 원형을 그대로 적용하거나 신뢰 혹은 감정만을 고려한 기존 연구들이 갖는 설명의 제한점을 극복하고자 하였다. 그리고 온라인 상거래의 수용에 대한 전체적인 틀을 파악하고, 소비자가 온라인 상거래를 수용하는 측면에서 온라인 상거래의 성공을 결정짓는 주요한 변수들의 관계를 명확히 하였다. 신뢰, 감정, 사용의 용이함이 유용성을 지각하고 사이트 사용의도를 갖고 상거래 행동을 하는데 영향을 주며 이들 변수들간에도 영향관계가 있다는 모델을 제안하였고, 대안적으로 감정을 태도의 요소로 보는 모델과 신뢰가 감정이 전혀 관계가 없다는 모델을 제시하였다. 모델들을 비교한 결과 제안모델이 가장 우수하다고 판단할 수 있었다. 각 변수들의 경로계수에 의해 가설을 검증한 결과, 감정과 사용의 용이함은 유용성에 정적으로 유의하게 영향을 주었고 신뢰는 어느 정도 영향을 주었다. 그리고 신뢰와 사용의 용이함은 감정에도 유의하게 영향을 주었다. 그렇지만 사이트 사용의도에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 변수는 사용의 용이함 뿐이었다. 실증연구를 바탕으로, 온라인 상거래가 사용자 수용 측면에서 성공을 할 수 있기 위해서는 사용의 용이함과 함께 신뢰와 감정이 중요하게 고려되어야 함을 알 수 있다.
