디지털 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 벤처를 성공적으로 육성하려면 빅데이터와 인공지능 알고리즘을 바탕으로 한 비즈니스 모델이 사회적으로 적합한 형태로 수용되어야 한다. 그러나 디지털 벤처가 데이터와 알고리즘 활용에 있어 공정한가에 대한 의구심과 도전이 지속되고 있으며 이와 관련된 연구 노력도 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 온라인 유통 플랫폼 벤처로 급격히 성장한 쿠팡이 직면한 도전을 통해 빅데이터와 알고리즘 기반의 비즈니스 수행에 따른 어려움과 이에 대한 이론적 고찰을 시도했다. 쿠팡의 도전을 알고리즘, 빅데이터, 자동 최저가 매칭 시스템, 그리고 오프라인 업체의 비교 데이터 활용에 관한 문제로 정리했다. 이들 각각에 대하여 의무 범위론의 관점에서 문제 해결의 실마리를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 쿠팡의 자체 브랜드 출시를 배경으로 디지털 플랫폼 기반의 벤처 기업이 성장하면서 제기되는 사회적 도전 과제들을 검토함으로써 지속가능성을 유지하기 위한 전략적 고민과 실천적 연구 노력이 뒤따를 필요성을 환기시킨다.

본 연구에서는 인터넷이 등장한 이후 인터넷의 사용이 보편화되면서 사이버 커뮤니티에 대한 관심과 참여하고 있는 사람들의 숫자가 급증하였다. 그러므로 사이버 커뮤니티의 시${\cdot}$공간의 제약 초월, 인터넷 공동체, 수평적 구조, 인터넷 방송, 인터넷 비즈니스 등의 다양한 순기능과 인터넷 상의 윤리적 문제, 익명성, 비대면성 등에서 발생되는 역기능의 실태, 사이버 커뮤니티의 활용에 대해서 조사분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 사이버 커뮤니티의 개념부터 사이버 커뮤니티의 특징, 사이버 커뮤니티의 순기능과 역기능을 살펴본 후, 주 대상자 20대의 대학생으로 한 설문조사를 통해 사이버 커뮤니티의 순기능과 역기능에 대한 생각에 대해 알아보았다.

본 연구는 산업체 임직원 및 오산대학 교수들이 학생들에게 우선 요구하는 직업기초역량이 무엇이고, 우리나라 대학들에서는 이러한 직업기초역량을 향상시키기 위해 어떤 노력을 기울이고 있는지를 파악하여, 향후 오산대학 재학생의 직업기초역량 향상 방안을 모색, 이를 대학의 정책에 반영하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 정승환(2005)이 개발한 직업기초능력 진단지를 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정하여 각 학과에 협조문과 함께 배포하여 이를 회수하였다. 그리하여 설문에 응한 총 292명의 산업체 임직원 및 51명의 교수들 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 한편, 우리나라 대학들에서 재학생의 직업기초역량 향상을 위해 어떤 노력을 하고 있는지를 문헌 등을 통해 분석하였다. 조사결과, 첫째, 각 직업기초역량별 하위 항목들에 대한 중요도 대비 현재수준을 통해 개발이 요구되는 직업기초역량을 산업체 임직원들의 담당업무별로 알아본 결과, 사무 관리직은 '자기개발 관리능력', '문제해결능력', 그리고 영업서비스직은 '문제해결능력', '자기개발 관리능력'을, 기술 생산직도 '문제해결능력', '자기개발 관리능력'을 기타 업무의 경우도 '문제해결능력', '자기개발 관리능력'을 부족한 역량으로 꼽았다. 둘째, 교수들이 속한 학과의 계열별로 볼 때, 공학계열은 '기획능력', '자기개발 관리능력', '문제해결능력', '비즈니스 예절'을 그리고 인문사회계열은 '자기개발 관리능력', '기획능력', '문제해결능력', '비즈니스예절', '직업윤리'를, 기타 계열은 '문제해결능력', '기획능력', '직업윤리', 자기개발 관리능력', '정보능력'의 순으로 부족한 역량으로 꼽았다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 오산대학 각 계열 재학생들에게 우선 요구되는 직업기초역량 둥에 대해 논의하였다.

Today, the metaverse is understood as a concept in which the boundaries between the real and the virtual are blurring and the economic, social, and cultural activities of the real and virtual worlds are interconnected. In this study, we intend to examine the current status of the metaverse platform at home and abroad. Through this, if we can confirm the current location of the metaverse platform in Korea, we will try to identify the field of metaverse application suitable for the domestic situation. In addition, we will try to find ethical problems among the problems of the metaverse that developed rapidly. This will serve as a basis for finding solutions when using the Metaverse platform in the future.

Purpose - The current paper not only investigates the intermediating process of the association between job insecurity and organizational performance, but also tries to find a factor which mitigates the negative influence of job insecurity. Design/methodology/approach - By conducting structural equation modeling(SEM) analysis with survey data from 351 employees, this study tried to identify the mediating effect of organizational trust, as well as the moderating influence of ethical leadership in the job insecurity-organizational trust link. This paper built hypotheses that job insecurity decreases the level of employee's organizational trust, then the level of the employee's organizational trust would influence organizational performance. In addition, ethical leadership would function as a buffering factor between the association between job insecurity and organizational trust. Findings - This paper found that job insecurity had a negative influence on employee's organizational trust, and the employee's organizational trust had a positive influence on organizational performance. The ethical leadership mitigated the negative impact of job insecurity on organizational trust. Research implications or Originality - By empirically delving into the importance of ethical leadership and organizational trust to increase organizational performance, this paper may provide top management and leaders in an organization with important insights that they should adequately monitor and manage the level of ethical leadership and organizational trust.

Recently, the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT has been increasing in various fields such as interactive commerce and mobile financial services. However, LMMs, which are mainly created by learning existing documents, can also learn various human biases inherent in documents. Nevertheless, there have been few comparative studies on the aspects of bias and discrimination in LLMs. The purpose of this study is to examine the existence and extent of nine types of discrimination (Age, Disability status, Gender identity, Nationality, Physical appearance, Race ethnicity, Religion, Socio-economic status, Sexual orientation) in LLMs and suggest ways to improve them. For this purpose, we utilized BBQ (Bias Benchmark for QA), a tool for identifying discrimination, to compare three large-scale language models including ChatGPT, GPT-3, and Bing Chat. As a result of the evaluation, a large number of discriminatory responses were observed in the mega-language models, and the patterns differed depending on the mega-language model. In particular, problems were exposed in elder discrimination and disability discrimination, which are not traditional AI ethics issues such as sexism, racism, and economic inequality, and a new perspective on AI ethics was found. Based on the results of the comparison, this paper describes how to improve and develop large-scale language models in the future.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of climate change cognition on clothing behavior of fashion consumers to understand the impact of climate change on the fashion system. An online survey was conducted of 385 people in their 20s-50s working in the fashion industry as well as general consumers. Data collected from surveys were analyzed by factor analysis and t-test. Results are as follow: First, climate change cognition consists of four sub-dimensions, which are 'knowledge of climate change' and 'recognition of climate change in Korea'. Second, clothing behavior related with climate change consists of six sub-dimensions, which are 'environmentally-friendly fashion purchases', 'new clothes-wearing style affected by climate change', 'ethical fashion consumption', 'pursuit of functional fashion', 'pursuit of seasonless fashion', and 'clothes-wearing in response to climate change.' Last, the group with higher cognition of climate change than the group with lesser cognition had significantly higher degree of trying new styles created because of climate change, making ethical fashion purchases, pursuing functional fashion, and wearing clothes in response to climate change.

Acceleration of the fashion cycle has caused problems of environmental pollution because consumers made a lot of waste of clothes. To solve them, upcycle design has been uprised. This study researched the present condition through recent cases of upcycle design. The standard of collected cases is focused on used products which was already run out once and then has been recreated by being recreated with new design. Through this study, there is a purpose to provide solution of environmental pollutions and a right direction of upcycle fashion design. Collected cases are classified into five production methods. First method is Melting and Compressing, which it melts or compresses materials. Second method is Gathering and Combining, which it gathers or combines each different materials. Third method is Cutting and Dividing, which it cuts or divides products materials. Fourth method is Mixing and Changing, which it mixes materials, adds design elements, and changes of purpose. Final things are classified with multiplicatively used factors which are already divided.

항만의 계획 ${\cdot}$ 개발 ${\cdot}$ 운영은 사업 또는 준정부기간과 유사한 기능을 수행하는 사업으로 이해된다. 이러한 기능은 화물처리량의 최적화, 수익창출의 극대화, 도시 ${\cdot}$ 지역 ${\cdot}$ 국가의 경제발전에 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다. 항만 관리자들은 항만국장 또는 이사장들과 목표를 공유함으로써 항만운영의 비즈니스 측면을 극대화시키는 방안을 모색하고 있다. 이러한 추세에도 불구하고, 본 논문은 항만 개발 및 운영의 환경적인 측면이 항만 관리자들의 철학적 ${\cdot}$ 윤리적 ${\cdot}$ 기업적 책임과 동일하게 고려되어야 함을 주장하고 있다. 사실, 항만 운영의 외부효과에 대한 부주의가 궁극적으로 미래 항만 계획수립 및 운영이 어렵게 하였고, 항만의 경쟁력을 떨어뜨렸다. 따라서 본 논문은 현 상황에서 철학적 배경을 제시하고, 환경파괴 없이 지속시킬 수 있는 항만관리시스템으로 통합할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

현재 우리사회는 인터넷의 진화와 정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전으로 급속하게 변화하고 있으며, 스마트폰의 확산과 무선 인터넷 활성화, 신규 융합서비스가 급격한 성장세를 보이며 인터넷을 기반으로 한 컨버전스가 산업 발전의 새로운 패러다임으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 패러다임의 변화는 세계 최고 수준의 IT 인프라를 기반으로 새로운 비즈니스 창출과 사회현안 해결을 위한 IT 활용의 중요성을 말해주며, 우리의 일상생활 전반에 큰 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 정보화의 진전이 진행될수록 이에 대한 역기능 또한 다양해지고 심화되어 사회적 이슈로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷의 익명성과 비대면성으로 인해 프라이버시 침해, 불건전 정보의 유통, 중독현상 등 개인과 사회의 피해가 점증하고 있다. 따라서 IT 발전과 활용에 따른 인터넷 진흥과 보호의 균형 있고 체계적인 대책 마련, 책임 의식과 윤리성 강화, 협력체계 구축이 절실히 요구되는 시점이다. 본고에서는 이러한 환경 변화에 대응한 한국인터넷진흥원의 중점 추진과제로서 인터넷 정책 개발과 활성화 기반 마련, 건전한 인터넷 문화와 이용환경 조성, 신속한 침해사고 대응과 선순환 구조 마련, 커뮤니케이션 패키지를 통한 국제협력 활동 등을 살펴보고 사회적 공감대 형성과 적극적인 참여를 도모하고자 한다.
