  • 최근 인공지능 기술과 로봇 기술의 발전으로 인해 비서 로봇을 만드는 기술적인 가능성이 커지면서 업무 자동화를 위해 많은 기업에서 도입하고 있다. 특히 인구 고령화가 진행되면서 노동력 부족이 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 현재 비서로봇은 정형화된 대화는 잘 처리하지만 비정형화된 대화에 대해서는 한계가 있다. 본 논문은 앞선 문제를 해결하기 위해 비정형화된 대화도 가능하면서 사용자가 원하는 행동을 실행할 수 있는 보편화된 비서 로봇을 선보인다. 음성인식 모듈과 구글 어시스턴트를 활용하여 마이크를 통해 비서 로봇에게 스케줄 관리, 날씨 등을 질문하고, 스피커를 통해 대답을 듣는 등 비정형화된 의사소통을 할 수 있으며, 비서 로봇에게 원하는 행동을 지시하여 행동을 구현시킬 수 있는 비서로봇을 제안한다.

  • The occupational socialization process of security and secretary service goes through four stages of preparation, adaptation, conflicts, and maturity and dynamic and incessant changes. The preparation stage includes the preparation to become a security and secretary service, the importance of what to prepare, usefulness of college education, required courses, and certificates. The adaptation stage includes the percentage of bodyguard and secretary, systematic nature of work, stagnation of the job, abilities required for a security and secretary service, elements to work on, job satisfaction, information sources, professionalism of the job, and future of the job. In the conflicts stage includes conflicts at work, difficulty of security and secretary service, problem-solving efforts, advice and consultation, satisfaction with workload, job stress, perceptions of others for security and secretary service, experience of trying to get another job, and supplements. And the maturity stage includes the changes to the roles and capabilities of a security and secretary service, autonomy of business management, degree of others' recognition of one's abilities, methods to evaluate job performance, salary, social status and pride, and efforts for self-development.

  • 최근 AI, 음성인식, 빅데이터, IoT의 발달에 의해 홈 스마트 비서에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이에 맞추어 국내외 대기업들은 청각 중심의 다양한 스마트 비서 제품을 출시하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 단점을 보완한 스마트-홈 비서 시스템을 제안한다. 스마트-홈 비서 시스템은 전방 상황 및 사용자의 행동을 인식할 수 있게 하는 영상 처리부, 카메라에서 획득한 정보에 따라 상황에 맞추어 Pseudo-Hologram 콘텐츠를 재생하는 영상 표출부로 구성되어 있다. Pseudo-Hologram을 활용하여 표출함으로써 사용자 UI/UX에 실감성을 더한 시각적인 스마트-홈 비서 시스템을 구현하였다.

  • 전자 비서 시스템은 사용자의 위치정보 및 통신환경을 인식하여 사용자에 대한 통신 연결 요청이 발생했을 때 사용자 정보를 이용하여 상황에 가장 적합한 통신수단을 선택하고 연결을 지원하는 편리한 통신환경을 제공한다. 본 연구는 유.무선 통합 시스템의 응용 사례로서 사내 전자 비서 시스템을 설계 구현한 것으로써, 다양한 통신수단 간의 전환을 위한 프로토콜 설계와 네트워크 서버 구축을 그 골자로 한다. 사내에 있는 모든 사원들의 통합적인 통신수단의 사용성향 및 위치정보가 데이터 베이스에 반영되고 전자 비서 시스템은 이 정보를 통해 사용자에게 개별적인 전자 비서 서비스를 제공한다.

  • 최근 인터넷 및 정보 통신 기술이 급속하게 발달함에 따라서 네트워크를 기반으로 한 응용 소프트웨어 및 네트워크 관련 기술들이 많이 연구, 개발되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 과거 인공지능 분야에서 많이 연구되어 왔던 에이전트 기술이 최근의 네트워크 기술을 기반으로 하여 다시 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 에이전트 기술을 이용하여 본 논문에서는 일반 비서업무 중에서 상사의 스케줄 관리를 대행할 수 있도록 하는 비서 에이전트 시스템 모델을 설계하고 그 구성 기법을 기술한다. 본 논문에서 기술하는 비서 에이전트 시스템은 3-tier 구조하에 각 비서 에이전트의 스케줄 자료 처리 및 이를 이용한 판단 능력을 효과적으로 분석하기 위해서 데이터베이스 시스템과 지식기반 시스템이 유기적으로 결합되어 운용된다.

The Digital Innovation of Secretarial Roles: An Examination of Changing Work Environments and Required Competencies (비서직의 디지털 혁신: 업무 환경의 변화와 요구 역량 고찰)

  • The accelerated pace of change in the business environment and the advent of new information and communication technologies since the onset of the pandemic have had a profound impact on the way in which work is conducted. These developments are also affecting the nature of secretarial roles, with the adoption of digital workplaces rendering online-based work that transcends physical time and space the norm. The role of the secretary is also undergoing a transformation, with the capacity to utilize digital technology and communicate in person emerging as crucial competencies. The objective of this study is to provide an exploratory account of the evolving work environment and the newly required competencies of secretaries in the digital workplace. The research methodology comprised in-depth interviews with current assistants, the objective of which was to explore the cultural, spatial, technological, and workplace changes and the new competencies required. The study revealed that the role of secretaries in the digital workplace is undergoing a significant transformation. This is characterised by a decline in traditional face-to-face work, an increased reliance on digital platforms, and the digitisation of information management. The competencies deemed essential for success in this evolving environment include digital literacy, proficiency in text-based communication, the ability to maintain a consistent attitude towards online and offline work, and the capacity to adapt to new situations. The findings of this study contribute to the academic understanding of the digital workplace for secretaries and provide a useful basis for the development of practical secretarial education and career development programs. Furthermore, this study aims to provide a more comprehensive examination of secretarial work in the digital workplace and to identify areas where secretaries may require additional support.

Theory of planned behavior and use of Virtual Personal Assistant(VPA) (계획된 행동이론과 가상개인비서 이용)

  • The current study investigates VPA usage (i.e.,continuance intention of use, WOM intention) of by Theory of Planned Behavior (i.e.,attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) and perceived value/risk. The results show that (1) attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and perceived value positively predicted the continuance intention of VPA use. Regarding WOM of intention, there were positively significant effects of the attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and perceived value. The results of this study are expected to provide a variety of practical and theoretical implications in promising artificial intelligence market by the impact of TPB (i.e.,attitude toward to VPA, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control) and perceived values of VPA.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a comprehensive research model that can explain potential customers' intentions to adopt and use VPA(Virtual Personal Assistants) devices. This study proposes and validates a new theoretical model that extends the perceived value theory. Partial least squares analysis is employed to test the research model and corresponding hypotheses on data collected from 313 survey samples. Perceived value, perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment are important factors affecting the adoption of VPA devices. To increase potential users' intention to use, VPA device manufacturers should not only focus on developing utilitarian functions but also fun features based on open development echo-system. This study is the important empirical attempt to examine user acceptance of VPA devices, as most of the prior literature has concerned analysis of usage patterns or technical features.

  • Recently the demand for civil protection and security guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. However the supply and education system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. However, the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to analyse current situation of curriculum on security guard training at the universities related to this department, and to seek an educational model for this area. For that, the following questions will be examined. First, Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards? Second, What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards? and what the qualifications of the trainers? Then, what are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities? Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities? etc.. In summary to meet the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analyses of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim. For the scholarly identity to the security and secretary studies is th following on the core curriculum, then the university curriculum is very important for that. It is need to arrange the curriculum that is actually current at College or University for the suggestions on scholarly identity and development of the security and secretary studies.
