The purpose of this study is to explain intention to use untact medical diagnosis and consultation services. We carried out the analysis of the survey data using Smart PLS 3.0 to test the hypotheses how the expected benefit variables and perceived risk variables of untact medical diagnosis and consultation services affect intention to use. According to the empirical analysis results, this study confirmed that quality of telemedicine service had a significant effects on perceived usefulness, Perceived Easy of Use. And accessibility had a significant effects on perceived easy of use, cost saving and expected benefits had a significant effects on use Intention of untact medical diagnosis and consultation services. Performance risk and service risk had a significant effect on medical risk. And medical risk had a significant negative(-) effects on use Intention of untact medical diagnosis and consultation services. This study has its meaning because it found out that it deals structurally and expansively with use intention of untact medical diagnosis and consultation services through positive and negative factors.

The purpose of this study is to explain intention to use untact medical diagnosis and consultation services. There is a need for untact medical diagnosis and consultation services in order to increase social interests and a global trend for public protection and convenience enhancement. We carry out the analysis of the survey data using Smart PLS 3.0 to test the hypotheses. According to the empirical analysis results, this study confirms that health consciousness have significant effects on the cost saving, quality of telemedicine service and self-efficacy have significant effects on the accessibility, compatibility. cost saving, quality of telemedicine service, accessibility and compatibility have significant effects on Perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness have significant effects on use Intention of untact medical diagnosis and consultation services. This study has its meaning because it found out that it deals structurally and expansively with use intention through Expected Benefit and usefulness based on individual characteristics for untact medical diagnosis and consultation services. In addition, The results of this study suggest that if the related policies are institutionalized based on the Expected Benefits covered in this study, the perception of untact medical diagnosis and consultation services can be changed progressively.

This study was conducted to explore the acceptance behavior of undergraduate students toward telemedicine, which is temporarily allowed in the COVID-19. We applied social cognitive theory and technology acceptance model in order to reflect the convergence characteristics between medical service and digital technology of telemedicine. Based on these theoretical backgrounds, we investigated perception toward telemedicine and determinants of intention to accept telemedicine. To examine the research model and hypothesis, an online survey was conducted for college students who have not used telemedicine from September 8 to 10, 2021. A total of 184 data were collected, and multiple regression analysis was conducted using the SPSS 28.0 program. The results showed that health technology self-efficacy, usefulness and convenience benefits, social norm, and trust in telemedicine providers had positive effects on intention to accept telemedicine. This study is meaningful in that it selected undergraduate students, who are digital natives, as new targets for telemedicine, and presented the basic direction of strategies to target them.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the service attributes and consumer reactions of telemedicine apps in South Korea and visualize their differentiation by constructing positioning maps. We crawled 23,219 user reviews of 6 major telemedicine apps in Korea from the Google Play store. Topics were derived by BERTopic modeling, and sentiment scores for each topic were calculated through KoBERT sentiment analysis. As a result, five service characteristics in the application attribute category and three in the medical service category were derived. Based on this, a two-dimensional positioning map was constructed through principal component analysis. This study proposes an objective service evaluation method based on text mining, which has implications. In sum, this study combines empirical statistical methods and text mining techniques based on user review texts of telemedicine apps. It presents a system of service attribute elicitation, sentiment analysis, and product positioning. This can serve as an effective way to objectively diagnose the service quality and consumer responses of telemedicine applications.

디지털 헬스케어는 헬스케어 산업과 ICT 기술이 융합되어 개인 건강 및 질환을 관리하는 분야로서 소비자 중심의 서비스 제공을 위해 관련 산업이 크게 발전하고 있다. 최근 감염병 시대에 디지털 건강기술을 활용한 비대면 진료에 대한 요구가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 디지털 헬스케어 플랫폼은 비대면 치아 진단 및 치료 견적 플랫폼으로서 시간적·공간적 제약 없이 충치 환자에게 편리한 구강검진이 가능하게 하고, 직접 치과를 방문하지 않아도 치과 전문의에게 본인의 치아 상태를 검진받을 수 있다. 또한, 여러 치과 전문의에게 본인의 치아 치료 견적을 받고 가격을 비교하여 본인이 원하는 적절한 가격과 방법으로 치료하여 비용을 절약할 수 있도록 한다.

최근 코로나 19가 장기화하면서, 비대면서비스로 대체되고 있는 한편, 의료분야에도 서비스 패러다임이 변화되고 있다. 특히, 국내의 법 제도적으로 묶여 있는 원격 의료서비스의 적용이 가능하고 상급종합병원에서는 비대면 진료서비스를 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 비대면 원격판독시스템은 모바일 의료영상진단기기를 기반으로 의료사각지대에 있는 환자들의 영상촬영과 이에 대한 판독 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시스템이다. 제안한 시스템은 의료환경에 적용하기 위해 환자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 원격으로 환자의 영상 데이터를 판독하기 위한 시스템과 그 처리 과정을 보인다. 그리고 끝으로 구축된 시스템의 수행 결과를 보인다.

Telehealth has been a hotly debated health policy issue in South Korea, mostly because the medical community - especially primary care practitioners - have strongly opposed it. As a result, telehealth has remained forbidden under law. However, the temporary permission of telehealth in Korea, as well as its exploding use in other countries, all in response to COVID-19, is re-igniting the discussion on telehealth in Korea. This article explores general legal issues that may arise if and when telehealth is fully implemented in Korea. The article's analysis shows that legislative changes are necessary to allow reimbursement of telehealth as well as remote purchase of medicine. The article also advocates introducing new evidentiary rules to curtail covert recording of telehealth sessions. On the other hand, additional legislation is probably not necessary to address the medical liability of physicians practicing telehealth or to adress much-discussed privacy issues. The existing laws in those domains are already robust enough to operate without much difficulty in the context of telehealth too.

코로나19 팬데믹을 계기로 원격의료의 수요가 폭발하여 비대면 진료가 가능하도록 법률을 개정하려는 추세에 필요한 서비스로 시간과 비용이 없고, 거리 두기 단계 상향등으로 병원에 방문하지 못하는 환자가 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 시중에 건강상태를 확인할수 있는 장비를 판매하지만 전문적인 지식이 없는 일반인은 정확하게 결과를 알 수 없고 한가지의 검사만 측정이 가능하기 때문에 검사결과를 확인하고 싶으면 병원을 방문해야한다. 본 논문은 전문적인 지식이 없는 일반인도 자신의 건강상태를 확인가능하게 하기 위해 심박, 심전도, 산소포화도, 체온센서의 측정값을 그래프로 표현한 후 검사결과를 토대로 의사와 원격진료가 가능하여 병원을 방문하지 않고 의사와 상담 및 진료가 가능하다. 병원에 입원이 불가능한 환자일 경우 산소포화도 측정값이 95%미만이면 산소공급 즉 응급처치가 가능하다.

This study aims to analyze the interest of modern people in non-face-to-face medical counseling in the medical industrys. Big data was collected on two social platforms, 지식인, a platform that allows experts to receive medical counseling, and YouTube. In addition to the top five keywords of telephone counseling, "internal medicine", "general medicine", "department of neurology", "department of mental health", and "pediatrics", a data set was built from each platform with a total of eight search terms: "specialist", "medical counseling", and "health information". Afterwards, pre-processing processes such as morpheme classification, disease extraction, and normalization were performed based on the crawled data. Data was visualized with word clouds, broken line graphs, quarterly graphs, and bar graphs by disease frequency based on word frequency. An emotional classification model was constructed only for YouTube data, and the performance of GRU and BERT-based models was compared.

As technology utilizing low-power short-range wireless communication is applied in conjunction with medical information as a development of the fourth industrial revolution, interest in medical information is increasing. As the age group of smart devices increases and becomes more common, related research such as linking mobile devices with various objects and equipment is continuously being conducted. In addition, interest in untact (non-face-to-face) is increasing due to the prevalence of Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19), including various infectious diseases. As a result, it is a state that requires distance not only in social but also in life. In this study, using a low-power near-field wireless communication technology of beacons to create an IoT device by communicating with the web server of the medical information system was studied to make it easier to receive medical treatment during visits to medical institutions.
