외부하중을 고려한 추진기관 연소관의 구조 해석

  • 본 연구는 유도탄 비행시험시에 연소관의 스커트와 날개 장착용 브라켓에 작용하는 공력하중과 연소관에 내압이 동시에 작용하는 추진기관에 대하여 구조 해석하였다. 추진기관의 스커트부 및 브라켓부의 공력하중은 3차원적으로 작용하기 때문에 대칭성을 이용한 $180^{\circ}C$3차원 구조 해석을 수행하여 비행시험, 수압시험, 지상시험 모드에 대하여 응력 수준을 비교하였다. 해석 결과 3가지 모드의 최대 등가응력은 거의 같으며, 비행시험시 공력하중이 앞마개부에 미치는 영향은 최대 등 가응력의 6%이내로 상당히 작았다. 수압시험 모드와 지상시험 모드의 실험치와 해석치를 비교한 결과 정확한 해석을 위해서는 점화기를 모델링과 점화기와 연소관, 브라켓과 연소관에 접촉요소의 적용, 3차원 비선형 해석등 보다 상세한 해석이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

  • 교류전력을 측정하기 위하여 알고 있는 직류전력과 동시에 비교할 수 있는 전력비교기를 개발하였으며 이 비교기를 기본으로 하여 정밀 전력계와 전자식 전력량계를 교정하거나 시험검사 할 수 있는 기준시스템인 전력표준기를 개발하였다. 특히 Push-Pull 기술을 이용한 전력비교기는 간단하며 정확도가 매우 높은 것으로 평가되었으며 전력비교기의 전체 불확도는 30 $\mu$ W/VA로 평가되었다.

Comparative Study on Cross-anisotrupic Elasticity of Granular Soils Based on Lab-scale Triaxial Experiment and Discrete Element Analysis (실내 삼축시험과 개별요소법(DEM)을 이용한 사질토 직교 이방 탄성 특성의 미시역학적 비교 분석)

  • The comparative study using the lab-scale experiment and the discrete element analysis is attempted to analyze the cross-anisotropic elasticity of granular soils. The lab-scale experiment consists of the small stress-controlled triaxial cyclic tests and the bender element tests. In the discrete element analysis the simulations of lab-scale cyclic tests are conducted in the various directions. Good agreement between the experimental data and the simulation on the elastic properties in the axial and shear directions confirms the usefulness of the discrete element method. The comparative analysis of the difference in the experimental data and the simulation of radial cyclic tests shows that the discrete element method can successfully be used to check the reasonable magnitude of each measurement in the experiments.

  • The flight test is last means of compliance to satisfy airworthiness standards and important to evaluate the performance and safety of the developed aircraft. The flight test technologies are obtained from great numbers of experiences and know-hows and protected. In addition, flight test should be conducted efficiently since its various test conditions and items. Therefore, it is requisite to secure efficient flight test methods. This paper discusses the flight test methods for take-off and landing performance and two kinds of techniques are proposed. By performing real flight tests, they are compared with each other and analyzed through the flight analysis.

  • 본 연구는 아스팔트 콘크리트의 채움재로서 제강더스트의 사용가능성을 실험을 통하여 분석하였다. 실험에는 제강더스트의 기본물성시험과 혼합물의 비교시험을 포함시켰다. 비교시험에서는 채움재로서 석회석분을 사용하는 경우와 제강더스트를 사용하는 경우, 채움재와 아스팔트를 혼합한 필리-비투먼, 그리고 골재까지 혼합한 아스팔트 콘크리트에 대하여 물성을 비교분석하였다. 실험결과 제강더스트는 포장용 채움재의 규정을 만족시키며, 제강더스트를 채움재로 사용한 아스팔트 콘크리트보다 우수하며, 제강더스트는 아스팔트 혼합물용 채움재로써 충분히 사용가능한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • In this study, mathematics exams for university entrance in the USA, the UK, Australia, Singapore, and Japan are investigated. We look into SAT, ACT and AP-course in the USA, GCE A-level test in the UK and Singapore, VCE in Australia, and UECE (University Entrance Center Exam) and individual university's admission tests in Japan. Those exams are analyzed in terms of exam system, mathematical contents, types of items, and testing time. Based on the result five issues on university entrance exam system in Korea are drawn out: types of tests, mathematical contents, item types, sub-items, and opening tests results to the public.

  • Several centrifuge modelling tests were performed to compare sand compaction pile (SCP) with gravel compaction pile (GCP) at the point of bearing capacity. SCP and GCP were installed as 30, 40, 50, 60, 70% of replacement ratio in cylindrical model tank (diameter = 20 cm, height = 40 cm), and the loading tests were carried out to analyze the bearing characteristics of soft clay ground reinforced by SCP and GCP. As a result of loading tests, the bearing capacities of soft grounds reinforced by SCP and GCP increase with increasing replacement ratio of pile, and a GCP reinforced ground has larger bearing capacity than that of a SCP reinforced ground. Several proposed bearing capacity equations for ground reinforced by SCP or GCP were compared with loading test results.

  • Some methods of calculation of test load value from design load data were investigated which will be applied at strap installed full-scale airframe of composite aircraft. These methods were applied to left wing of KC-100 composite aircraft and the calculated test load values were compared with each others. Generally since test load values are differently calculated according to each aircraft type and position of straps, all calculation methods mentioned at this study need to be applied and compared to each aircraft. Finally the most appropriate method needs to be selected.

A Study on the Performance Analysis of an Extended Scan Path Architecture (확장된 스캔 경로 구조의 성능 평가에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we propose a ESP(Extended Scan Path) architecture for multi-board testing. The conventional architectures for board testing are single scan path and multi-scan path. In the single scan path architecture, the scan path for test data is just one chain. If the scan path is faulty due to short or open, the test data is not valid. In the multi-scan path architecture, there are additional signals in multi-board testing. So conventional architectures are not adopted to multi-board testing. In the case of the ESP architecture, even though scan path is either short or open, it doesn't affect remaining other scan paths. As a result of executing parallel BIST and IEEE 1149.1 boundary scan test by using the proposed ESP architecture, we observed that the test time is short compared with the single scan path architecture. By comparing the ESP architecture with single scan path responding to independency of scan path, test time and with multi-scan path responding to signal, synchronization, we showed that the architecture has improved results.

  • In a number of industries, porous insulations have been frequently used, reducing thermal insulation space through excellent performance of the thermal insulation's characteristics. This paper suggests an effective thermal conductivity prediction model. Firstly, we perform a literature review of traditional effective thermal conductivity prediction models and compare each model with experimental heat transfer results. Furthermore, this research defines the effectiveness of thermal conductivity prediction models using experimental heat transfer results and the Zehner-Schlunder model. The newly defined effective thermal conductivity prediction model has been verified to better predict performance than other models. Finally, this research performs a transient heat transfer analysis of a thermal protection system with a porous insulation in a high speed vehicle using the finite element method and confirms the validity of the effective thermal conductivity prediction model.
