The nuclear power plant construction project is large-scale, has various stakeholders and computer system, and is produced and managed a large amount of information. The domestic nuclear power plant construction project has accumulated data based on many years of experience in the system. It has the competitiveness to suggeest alternatives that meet the requirement of the client in the overseas nuclear power plant project. Earned value management, which integrates schedule and cost, is possible to risk management. It was developed the earned value management system considering the the actual data properties and types of the preceding nuclear power plant construction projects. It will be able to increase the nuclaer power plant export competieiveness. Therefore, it was palned to carry out future stuies so that it be able to complement the measure to integrate cost and schedule in consideration of actual data(quantity of activity, etc.).

Since the beginning of 1960s, Korea has been advanced into Africa but we are much too late to extend its business in African Market due to lack of understanding about there. From being the latest Africa is understanding as 'Rising Sun & Post Brics' for Korea. As an advance strategy in Afrcan Market suggest to get international co-operation from ECA, OAU, IFC together with IMF & IBRD etc.

The absence of a concrete method for economic analysis is one of the main reasons that the RFID is not so widespread. Through literature survey and a case study of a courier service company we propose a novel method of economic justification including cost and benefit analysis. In order to reflect the uncertainties caused by the RFID technology itself and the estimated investment cost, we propose optimistic, conservative and pessimistic estimations of benefits and a sensitivity analysis of investment costs. This paper may contribute the systematic evaluation of cost and benefit of RFID adoption.

우리나라 재벌기업은 소유집중에 의한 소유경영과 비관련사업다각화를 경영의 특징으로 하고 있으며 정부는 경제력집중의 완화와 재벌기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위하여 공정거래법 등을 통하여 소유분산과 업종전문화를 지속적으로 추진해 왔다. 본 연구는 이러한 정부의 재벌정책에 방향을 제시코자 재벌기업의 기업지배형태를 고찰하고 30대 재벌기업의 1997년 자료를 이용하여 그룹차원과 개별기업차원으로 나누어 재벌기업의 소유구조 결정요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 그룹차원에서 소유구조결정요인은 상장비중을 제외하고는 뚜렷한 요인이 식별되지 않아 그룹차원에서는 대주주가 지분관리를 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 개별 기업차원에서는, 먼저 대주주의 총지분은 개별기업의 특성과는 거의 무관하게 결정되는 것으로 나타났으나, 개인의 지분은 상장후 경과년수 및 기업규모와 부의 유의적인 관계를 나타내었으며 법인지분은 기업규모와는 무관하나 상장후 경과년수와는 오히려 정의 유의적인 관계를 보였다. 또한 주력기업에 대하여는 대주주가 개인지분을 높게 유지하려는 경향이 있음도 드러났다. 또한 총지분을 종속변수로 사용한 경우의 모형의 설명력이 개인지분이나 법인지분을 종속변수로 사용한 경우에 비해 현저히 낮게 나타나 향후의 소유구조 결정요인에 대한 연구에 있어서 종속변수로서 총지분을 사용하고자 하려면 면밀한 사전분석이 필요함이 시사되었다.

요즘 아날로그 방송에서 디지털 방송시대로 변화함에 따라 디지털 방송기술이 많이 발전되었다. 디지털 방송은 방송국으로부터 만들어지는 영상, 음성, 데이터 스트림들이 MPEG을 통해 효율적으로 압축하고 동기식으로 패킷화되어서 MPEG TS 패킷형식으로 서비스 이용자에게 위성 또는 지상파를 통해 전송되어진다. 방송되어지는 데이터 정보는 물론 그 외의 비관련 데이터도 제공되어짐으로써 서비스 이용범위도 많이 늘어나고 특히 기존의 영상과 음성위주의 방송과는 달리 사업자와 이용자간의 쌍방향으로 데이터를 송수신할 수 있는 기술이 고부가가치 사업으로 대두되고 있다. 디지털 방송을 수신해서 보기 위해서는 튜너로부터 수신되어 디지털화된 MPEG TS 패킷들을 분류해주는 과정이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 실제 디지털 방송되었던 패킷 파일을 가지고 분류하였다. 영상 스트림과 음성 스트림을 분류하고 데이터 스트림을 분리하였다. 그리고 데이터 방송 규격의 데이터 스트림 파일을 별도로 입력하여 데이터를 분류하였다. 프로그램은 Microsoft visual c++6.0을 사용하여 구현하였다.

We have experienced a case of ventricular septal defect due to blunt chest trauma. A 22 year old male patient was admitted due to chest pain after Motor cycle accident on July 1st,1993. On 5th hospital day, sudden onset of dyspnea was noted and auscultation represented newly developed systolic murmur. A cardiac catheterization and Left ventriculogram revealed ruptured septum at the apical portion. Because there was open wound on anterior chest wall and congestive heart failure was medically controlled, the patient was discharged for elective operation. He was readmitted on August 14th, 1993.At operation, ventricular septal defect was found in apico-posterior muscular septal area, about 2.0 x 1.5 cm in size. The defect was repaired by double velour patch with interrupted suture and ventriculotomy was closed with Teflon felt. The patient`s postoperative course was uneventful and discharged 10 days postoperatively without complication. The patient have been followed up~ for 2 months. He is on functional class I with small amount of residual shunt at the ventricular septum.

The localization system for tour guide robot was developed which is inevitable and important for the guide robot in order to guide the tourists and explain the history or contents of the site. The localization system is based on the non-inertial sensors such as a DGPS, Dead-Reckoning. The information of the DGPS is used to update the estimated positions from Dead Reckoning. The extended Kalman filter was used for the fusion of the measured information from the sensors and estimated positions by Dead Reckoning. The simulation results show that it is very reliable and the position error is bounded within a certain extend.

CT 영상에서 폐암 추출을 위한 컴퓨터지원진단시스템(CAD)에서 전처리 시스템은 매우 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 본 논문에서는 CT 영상에서 폐암 추출을 위한 전처리 기법을 소개한다. CT 영상에서 폐 영역 추출 과정에서 가장 먼저 수행되는 이진화를 위해 k-means 클러스터링 알고리즘을 이용하고, 비관심 영역 제거 방법으로 연결요소를 분석하고, 이진화 과정에서 발생한 폐 외곽 분실을 재구성하기 위해 Rolling Ball 알고리즘을 수행한다. 또한 분할된 폐 영역에서 폐암 후보자를 선출하기 위해 분할과정에서 수행하였던 이진화 방법을 폐 영역에 다시 한번 적용하고 잡음제거를 위해 모폴러지 기법을 사용한 전처리 기법을 제안한다.

This study examines the trends, current situation and implications of non-tariff measures (NTM) and specific trade concerns (STC) on the protection trade measures of ASEAN. ASEAN's non-tariff measures and the share of specific trade concerns are very significant as they are the second and third largest, respectively, of the major countries. This means that protection measures using non-tariff measures are a strong feature of ASEAN's trade policy. Also, in the future, ASEAN should try to prevent unnecessary disputes caused by exporting countries' specific trade concerns in the implementation of non-tariff measures. Activating trade policy cooperation is likely to reduce conflicts and costs caused by these trade disputes.

통영연안VTS 관제구역은 남해 주요 항만으로 가기 위한 중요 길목으로서 일평균 700 척의 선박이 이용하고 있다. 최근 3년간 통계 자료에 따르면, 관할 해역 전체 해양사고 중 내항 어선과 관련된 사고가 약 70 퍼센트를 차지하고 있다. 최근 해상교통환경이 복잡해짐에 따라 비관제대상인 내항 어선의 민원이 증가하고 있으며, 안전관리를 위한 대책 마련의 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 이에 제도적, 기술적 개선 방안을 중심으로 해상교통안전 증진 방안을 살펴보았다.
