배지의 종류와 급액방법이 양액재배 오이의 생장과 수량에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Substrates and Irrigation Methods on the Plant Growth and Fruit Yield of Hydroponically Grown Cucumber Plants)

  • 본 실험은 오이 고형배지경 재배시 펄라이트 단용 및 혼합배지를 이용한 다양한 배지조건하에서 적합한 관수방법을 찾고자 수행하였다. 배지는 펄라이트 단용배지와 펄라이트 70%에 왕겨, 훈탄 및 코코피트를 각각 30%씩 섞은 혼합배지를 비교하였으며 관수방법은 일반적인 점적관수, 점적튜브 아래에 부직포를 깔아 상면의 물퍼짐을 개량한 변형점적급액법, 그리고 미스트노즐을 이용한 분무관수를 비교하였다. 엽면적은 펄라이트 단용처리구가 51.6dm$^2$으로 가장 낮은 엽면적을 나타냈으며 혼용처리구의 경우 60.0dm$^2$이상이었고. 특히, 코코넛 피트를 흔용한 처리구에서는 66.2dm$^2$의 엽면적을 나타냈다. 순동화율(NAR)은 펄라이트와 코코넛피트를 혼용한 처리구에서 가장 높았으며. 엽면적지수(LAI)와 개체생장율(CGR)도 높게 나타났다. T/R율의 경우 펄라이트 단용 처리와 왕겨혼용처리구에서 높게 나타났다. 펄라이트 단용배지와 코코넛피트 흔용배지의 경우 점적튜브 저면에 부직포를 펼친 변형점적 급액법이 주당 2140g과 2175g으로 가장 많았고, 왕겨혼용배지는 분무급액법이 우수하였다. 훈탄흔용배지는 일반적인 점적급액법이 가장 좋았다. 상품과수와 상품과수량은 코코넛피트 혼용패지의 변형점적급액법이 가장 많았고 기형과율도 낮게 나타났다.

암모니아수 흡수제를 사용하는 분무탑의 이산화탄소 포집 기본특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Characteristics of CO2 Capture with Spray Towers Using Ammonia Solution)

  • 단일 노즐을 이용하는 $CO_2$ 포집용 분무탑의 기본적 특성을 실험적으로 구하였다. 다양한 조건 - 주입 기체 유량 및 농도, 주입 흡수제 유량 및 농도 등 - 에서 얻어진 포집성능을 포집효율 뿐만 아니라 재생에너지의 주요 결정요인인 $CO_2$ 포화도 측면에서 검토하였다. 다양한 조건들에서의 포집효율 변화는 흡수제($NH_3$)와 $CO_2$의 상대적 유량비만의 단조증가함수로 잘 표현되었다. 포집후의 흡수제의 $CO_2$ 포화도 또한 $NH_3/CO_2$ 유량비만의 함수로 잘 정리가 되었으나, 포집효율과는 다르게 단조감소함수를 보였으며, 특히 $CO_2$ 포화도와 포집효율과의 상관관계를 보면 기존의 모든 연구들에서 포집효율이 증가할수록 $CO_2$ 포화도가 감소하였다. $CO_2$ 포화도는 낮은 포집효율 조건에서 최대 20-25% 수준이었으나, 90% 이상의 고효율에서는 10% 미만으로 매우 낮았다. 이는 높은 포집효율을 위해 사용되는 흡수제의 양이 과도하며, 다시 재생에너지가 과도하게 필요함을 의미한다.

  • 초임계 분출법을 이용하여 입자의 코팅을 행하였다. 핵입자로는 분무건조법으로 제조된 Microcapsule을 사용하였으며, 코팅 물질로는 녹는 점이 다른 두 종류의 파라핀을 사용하였다. 파라핀이 녹아 있는 초임계 $CO_{2}$ 용액은 공 기에 의해 유통중인 유통층 내부로 작은 직경의 노즐을 통해 분출된다. 이 때 추출조의 온도와 압력은 각각 $50~120^{\circ}C$, $150~200\;kg/\textrm{cm}^2$으로 변화시켰다. 이론적인 코팅 두께를 계산하였으며, 코팅층의 분석은 SEM과 FT-IR을 사용하였다. $Mg^{2+}$ ion의 용출특성은 원자홉광광도계를 사용하여 조사하였다.

액주형 이류체노즐의 반경반향 분무특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Radial Spray Performance of a Plaint-Jet Twin-Fluid Nozzle)

  • In the combustion system, the optimum spray conditions reduce the pollutant emission of exhaust gas and enhance the fuel efficiency. The spray characteristics-the drop size, the drop velocity, the number density and the mass flux, become increasingly important in the design of combustor and in testifying numerical simulation of spray flow in the combustor. The purposes of this study are to clarify the spray characteristics of twin-fluid nozzle and to offer the data for combustor design and the numerical simulation of a spray flow. Spatial drop diameter was measured by immersion sampling method. The mean diameter, size distribution and uniformity of drop were analyzed with variations of air/liquid mass flow ratio. The results show that the SMD increases with the liquid supply flow rate and decreases with the air supply velocity. The radial distribution of SMD shows the larger drops can diffuse farther to the boundary of spray. And the drop size range is found to be wider close to the spray boundary where the maximum SMD locates.

  • 본 연구에서는 RBCC (Rocket Based Combined Cycle)엔진이나 기존 램제트 추진기관의 초기 추력 제공에 과산화수소 가스발생기를 이용하는 새로운 추진시스템을 제안하였고, 기초 연구 수행으로서 촉매 분해된 과산화수소 제트에 케로신을 분사하여 자연발화 및 연소 특성을 연구하였다. 과산화수소는 촉매 베드를 통하여 분해된 후 축소노즐을 통해 연소실로 분사됐으며 이 제트에 인젝터를 통하여 수직으로 케로신을 액상으로 분무하였다. 연소실내에서의 온도와 압력을 측정하여 점화를 확인하고 자연발화 특성을 조사하였다. 400°C의 연소실 온도와 연료와 산화제 혼합비 0.6이상에서 자연발화와 안정적인 연소가 가능하였다. 이 결과를 통하여 램제트의 새로운 초기 가속장치의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

휴반 살포용 노즐의 분무특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Spraying Nozzle on Paddy Levee)

  • In order to find out the optimum size of nozzle of the power sprayer in the paddy field, four different sized hole of nozzles were tested on its discharge volume per unit time and its effective covering distance. 1. The discharge rate of each nozzle is proportional to square root of the transmitted internal pressure of liquid, and the discharge coefficient ranges from 0.82 to 0.86 at the pressure of 20 to 30 kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$. 2. The effective covering distance is increased as the size of the hole is larded and also the pressure is increased under under the limited pressure. Generally, the effective covering distance is not greatly increased at the pressure of above 25kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$. The distance from the nozzle to the spot where the largest amount of droplets are dropped is about 14.5m for 3.05mm nozzle and 16m for 4.05mm nozzle in the pressure range from 20 to 25kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$. 3. From the above results it is concluded that the 3mm nozzle with the power sprayers, which are now being supplied to the farmers, can be used for disease and insect control on the paddy field of which block size is 30m${\times}$100m, and operators need not to enter the field for spraying. For the 40m${\times}$100m block, 4mm nozzle should be used with large size of pump which discharge capacity is 60l/min or more.

중.소형 연미기의 성능평가 및 성능개선에 관한 연구 (I) -소형 연미기에 대하여 - (Performance Evaluation and Improvement of Medium and Small Scale Rice Polishers (I) -small scale rice polisher -)

  • The structural characteristics of a small scale rice polisher was analyzed to improve its performance. Spraying characteristic of nozzles used for rice polishing was also analyzed by a machine vision system. The internal pressure of the polishing chamber was measured according to outlet resistance, water spraying, and roller shaft speed. In addition, the performance of the rice polisher was evaluated to improve it in the basis of internal pressure in polishing chamber, whiteness, and broken rice ratio of clean rice according to the operating conditions. Actual nozzle discharge rate and drop size were 125 cc/min and 86~97 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, respectively. In the case of water spraying on rices, the internal pressure showed 4.9~9.8N/$\textrm{cm}^2$ increase. broken rice ratio decreased, and there was no difference in whiteness. The internal pressure inueased up to two times with the increase of the outlet resistance. Also, the pressure at the upper part of screen was one and half times as high as the pressure at the lower part. In the case of water spraying rate of 150 cc/min, the roller shaft speed of 850 rpm resulted in no difference in whiteness and decrease of 0.3% in broken rice ratio, comparing to the roller shaft speed of 950 rpm.

바이오디젤 연료의 혼합기 형성 및 미립화 증진 방안 (A Review on the Mixture Formation and Atomization Characteristics of Oxygenated Biodiesel Fuel)

  • In this work, the mixture formation and atomization characteristics of biodiesel fuel were reviewed under various test conditions for the optimization of compression-ignition engine fueled with biodiesel. To achieve these, the effect of nozzle caviting flow, group-hole nozzle geometry and injection strategies on the injection rate, spray evolution and atomization characteristics of biodiesel were studied by using spray characteristics measuring system. At the same time, the fuel heating system was installed to obtain the effect of fuel temperature on the biodiesel fuel atomization. It was revealed that cavitation in the nozzle orifice promoted the atomization performance of biodiesel. The group-hole nozzle geometry and split injection strategies couldn't improve it, however, the different orifice angles which were diverged and converged angle of a group-hole nozzle enhanced the biodiesel atomization. It was also observed that the increase of fuel temperature induced the quick evaporation of biodiesel fuel droplet.

  • Fundamental informations on performance of sets of solenoid valve and nozzle were necessary to develop a target selectable spraying system. The experiments were performed for the sets of solenoid valves and flat spraying nozzles at 3 levels of the operating pressures, and the obtained results are as follows; Rise time of the system pressure to reach up to 90% of the operating pressure after the valve turned was affected by nozzle size and operating pressure. Maximum overshoot of the system pressure was about 170% not affected by the sets of valve and nozzle and operating pressure. The system pressure after its settle down within 5% of the set pressure showed good uniformity in any condition of the experiment as less as 2.3% of its coefficient of variation. Time requirement to lower the system pressure down to 50% after the valve power turned off was affected by valve and nozzle set and operating pressure.
