오늘날 보안 패러다임은 경계 기반 보안 체계에서 제로 트러스트로 변화하고 있다. 이에 NIST는 NIST SP 800-207(Zero Trust Architecture)을 발간하며 제로 트러스트 기본 원칙인 7 Tenets를 제시하였다. 하지만 7 Tenets에 대한 구체적인 구현 및 검증 방안이 부재하여, 제로 트러스트 기술 적용 범위를 정하는 데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 제로 트러스트 제품이 제로 트러스트 표준 모델에 부합하는지 검증할 수 있는 NIST 7 Tenets 기반 점검 항목을 제안한다. 점검항목은 총 59개의 문항으로, 필수적으로 요구되는 필수 기능 28개와 선택적으로 요구되는 선택 기능 31개로구성된다. 수립한 내용에 근거하여 5개의 기업 제품을 검증한 결과, 필수 기능을 모두 만족하는 제품은 없었으며 적용된 제로 트러스트 원칙이 상이함을 확인하였다. 이는 본 논문에서 제안한 점검 항목을 통한 제품의 표준 모델 부합성 검증이 가능함을 보여주며, 향후 국가·공공기관에서의 제로 트러스트 사용 및 유연한 국외 제품 도입 시 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the appropriateness of Regulatory Impact Analysis(RIA) in terms of the technological regulation impact assessment in order to confirm whether the current RIA process reflects the important characteristics of technological regulation. This paper develops a logical framework for analysis of technological regulation and evaluates the appropriateness of the RIA statements submitted by the government departments. From the viewpoint of [technological feasibility of regulation], [synthesis of domestic technological norms], [synthesis of international technological norms], as a result of evaluating the contents of the actual RIA statement on the basis of objective facts, feasibility of alternative analysis, and expert judgment, only 23.4% of the RIA statements were judged "appropriate", and there were no particular differences among the government. As a result of reviewing the appropriateness of RIA statements according to regulatory attributes, the appropriateness of RIA statements on technological regulation with social regulatory and indirect regulatory attributes was rather high. In sum, the level of Korean RIA statements is insufficient to carry out the practical meaning of technological regulation impact assessment. That is, as each government department adopts technological regulation, the understanding of the technological properties of the regulation may not be complete. The RIA statement that does not adequately reflect the technological rationale, hinders the careful review of other regulatory alternatives by exaggerating the feasibility of the technology regulation, at the same time leads to the serious problems that impede the acquisition of competitiveness of companies and the public in the global competition system.

비뇨생식기 질환을 이야기 하려면 태생적으로 여성보다는 공격적이며 일방적이고 다양한 성을 추구하면서 자신 있어 하는 남성들을 얘기하는 것이 HIV감염의 남여 비율 9:1의 현 상황에서도 부합되는 이야기일 것이다. 첫째로는 특이한 일부 남성들의 잘못된 성의식과 성접촉 습관에 초점을 맞춰서 이야기 할까 한다. 두 번째는 HIV감염과 아주 밀접한 성병성 감염질환인 염증성 병변이나 궤양성 병변에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

본 논문의 주된 내용은 21세기 지식정보사회의 신경향에 부합하는 새로운 분류체계를 연구한 것으로, 연구된 내용은 다음과 같다. 위의 연구를 통해, 21세기 지식정보사회의 신경향에 부합하는 새로운 분류체계가 되도록 하기 위해 듀이십진분류법을 지양하고 인터넷 검색시스템 정보 분류 방식을 따랐으며, 이용자의 요구에 따라 통합 또는 세분화가 가능한 열린 분류안을 지향했다. 또한, 기획성 분류군을 설정하여 지역 및 문화의 특수성, 사용자의 개인적 요구에 부응할 수 있게 했다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 주제별 분류와 기획성 분류를 혼합한 형태로 구성하는 것을 권했다. 주제별 분류안은 학술적으로는 유용하지만, 데이터가 항목별로 균등하게 반영되기 어렵고 일반인의 관심을 다양하게 담아내기 어렵다. 따라서 기획성 분류를 가미함으로써 문화의 특징을 살려내야 한다는 것이다.

Zoning data such as national land use planning map, urban land use planning map, agricultural promotion zoning ap, forest land zoning map has a relationship each other in law and spatial context. But difficulties in data share and the lack of accuracy of manual work makes serious inconsistence son zoning data relationship. This causes many trial and error in land use. For resolving this problem the data modellingmethod is presented as a technical solution.

새롭게 대두되고 있는 홈 네트워크(Home Network) 환경에서 정보가전은 댁내외에서 제공되는 여러가지 데이터 서비스를 제공받는 단말기로서의 역할을 담당하며, 이러한 데이터를 체계적이고 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서 정보가전용 내장형 데이터베이스 시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이 시스템은 기존의 파일이나 메모리 기반 데이터베이스 시스템과 같이 동시성 제어를 지원하여야 하지만, 제한된 자원의 효율적인 활용이라는 제약 조건을 가지고 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 조건에 부합하는 정보가전에 탑재될 내장형 데이터베이스 시스템의 요구조건을 정의하고, 이에 부합되는 동시에 제어의 기법으로 제한적 다중 버전을 이용한 2단계 잠금 기법(Multiversion Technique with 2-Phase Locking)을 제시하고, 이 기법이 기존의 잠금 기법 및 다중 버전 기법보다 정보가전에 적합할 수 있음을 각각의 장단점의 분석을 통해 기술하였다.

The current research investigates the basic philosophy that would serve as a foundation for the development of the service economy. In particular, the current work suggests that the Korean traditional philosophy fits the philosophy of the service economy because of the relational nature of the Eastern culture (vs. Western culture). Therefore, it is suggested that trough manifestation of the Korean traditional philosophy, the service economy would be invigorated. The yin-yang and the Two Taegeuk do not emphasize the role of human, and thus, a new philosophy incorporating this aspect needs closer attention. Therefore, the Korean traditional philosophy, structured in a Three Taegeuk framework could serve as the foundation for the development of the service economy. The Three Taegeuk framework relates to the harmonization, horizontality, bi-directionality, and relational aspects of the service industries. For example, human serving the agent role in the society resembles the current service economy where service workers and customers serve important roles in value creation. Taken together, the current research suggests that the Korean traditional philosophy serve as an important foundation for the development of the service economy.
